The Preserves at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, through and by their attorney XXXX XXXX, with fraud upon the XXXX XXXX XXXX obtain a summary judgment and sold my home at auction on XX/XX/2022 without the proper procedural manner. I was never served any notice of lien or notice of intent to default. Now they have alleged to have purchased the property at auction and I still have not received all the notification I am required through due process to respond in a timely fashion. I believe that there is fraud with that organization and the courts help them. I would like a full investigation is due and they never had any legal interest in the home and that the original note and mortgage with the alleged mortgage company XXXX XXXX is also fraudulant.

I wasnt aware that I have 2 accounts for my HOA I did pay one account this year and I ask the agent if I owe any money she said I dont few months later I received a letter I owe a amount for different account. I ask her for the payoff amount. And is way too much for attorney charger and fees last time the amount was more than this one and I payed less amount. I need help please

I RECEIVED A LETTER FROM SOME LAWYERS, WHO ACT ON BEHALF OF THE ASSOCIATION OF MY HOUSE, INDICATING THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR A DEBT THAT WAS GENERATED AS A RESULT OF THAT NOTIFICATION, THEY INTEND THAT WE AS OWNERS OF THE HOUSE ARE THE ONE WHO ASSUME THESE COSTS AND IT IS UNFAIR SINCE WHAT THEY ALLEGE IS NOT REALLY TRUE
