To Whom it May Concern, For several months I have received monthly notices from North Shore Agency ( NSA ) stating they have multiple accounts, from several publishers, that have been placed in NSAs office for collections. To date, I have received three ( 3 ) letters with the same vendor names and different amounts due from several publishing companies.
I have sent three ( 3 ) certified letters to the NSA XXXX XXXX indicating that I have never ordered magazine publications from the vendors and will not pay for publications I did not order. NSA uses the same vendor names and submits new notices to me, once per month, with varying amounts due. I have requested that they remove me from their " mailing list '' for " multiple publishers that NSA claims I own a debt and they threaten to send to collections. I requested that NSA provide proof of my responsibility for signing up for these purchases ; which I know is false because I never placed any orders for publications. NSA does not reply to my certified letters even though I have specifically requested a formal response. NSA continues to send monthly notices with no justification. On XX/XX/2021, I notified NSA, via certified mail, that if their continued harassment did not cease that I intended to file and notice of complaint.
NSA presents them in a manner that you are able to contact them and resolve issues ; this is not the case. I have Goggled every possible phone number and address for NSA in order to contact them and have them stop sending me notices. The phone numbers I have tried to contact them at are not valid, they do not answer/disabled or they do not return calls ( NSA contact numbers : ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). NSAs website is inactive. NSAs customer service email XXXX does not respond when I send email. The mailing addresses NSA has on file are inconsistent with a directory search : the mailing address on your letter is : 1 ) NSA, North Shore Agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, PA XXXX and 2 ) NSA, North Shore Agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, NT XXXX.
NSA has received and signed for all three certified letters I sent to them on XX/XX/2021, XX/XX/2021 and XX/XX/2021. NSA has received my letters but refuses to resolve this matter. I have sent notices to all publishers and I still receive invoices. NSA and the publishers appear to be working together to acquire funds for services/products not purchased by me then threaten to send notices to collections.
I feel that NSA and the publishers are fraudently trying to collect money from people. I feel that this effort appears to be intentional means to try to lure people in to paying for a service/product that they did not order.
Could you please help me in getting NSA and the publisher to cease harassing me? Additonally, I need confirmation that NSA has not submitted a collection notice ; I have sterling credit and do not want to have my credit compromised. NSA and the publishers need to be held accountable for fraudulent activities. I can provide all documentation between NSA, certified letters, e-mail correspondence, etc. as requested.

I started to receive magazine subscription invoices, one after the other starting with a billing date of XX/XX/2022. The 1st was for XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$15.00}. It was sent to a " XXXX XXXX XXXX at my address. I have never heard of this magazine and never subscribed to this. I contacted the company and told them I never subscribed to this magazine. I received another for XXXX XXXX for {$69.00} due XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and monthly with past due statements.. I got an invoice for XXXX XXXX XXXX for {$29.00} and another invoice for {$29.00} due XX/XX/2022 and monthly. I got another invoice for XXXX 's XXXX XXXX for {$35.00} monthly. I got another invoice from XXXX XXXX for {$12.00} with a due date of XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022 and XX/XX/2022 and monthly with past due thereafter. I got another invoice for " XXXX XXXX '' The XXXX XXXX ( I never heard of this ) for {$40.00} due XX/XX/2022, XX/XX/2022, and monthly XX/XX/2022 which states that I ordered XXXX and XXXX XXXX. I got another invoice for XXXX 's XXXX for {$19.00} due XX/XX/2022.
Note, I do not read these magazine. I never subscribed to any of these magazines. Some were sent to " XXXX XXXX '' and some referenced an old address of mine. I believe that this is a scam to collect money. This is fraudulent and possibly identity theft.
Today XX/XX/2022, I received XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX debt collection bill for {$29.00} to collect a debt for XXXX XXXX XXXX which may be related to these magazine invoices. I am disputing this debt by mail.

North Shore Agency or SRAXXXX, is in direct violation of FDPCA by attempting to contact a minor directly to recover a fraudulent debt claim. NSA provides an inoperable phone number in their " form letter '' that is designed to waste approximately 7 minutes of the consumers time before automatically hanging up on the caller, this makes it impossible to contact them directly ( multiple reviews on XXXX website can confirm consistent issues with company communication ). A XXXX nubmer for their associates SRAXXXX will get you in contact with the NSA director of opperations, XXXX. XXXX is a big fan of hanging up on people with legitimate concerns, so be prepared for that. XXXX claimed I didnt identify myself, then claimed I falsly identified myself, then refused to speak with me on the account they are attempting to collect from my XXXX yr old son, because they were to ignorant to spell my sons name fully or correctly. XXXX took it upon herself to change the address, refuse to verify the debt, refuse to cancel the debt, and refused to provide the name, address, and contact info for the original creditor... all further violations of FDPCA. XXXX XXXX actions orginate from illegal scams ( debt collecting from minors ), and perpetuate the problem through her dishonesty and shady practices. Whats worse is because of her actions there is some sort of claim for collections against my son ( or a horrible mispeleed variant of his name ) " out there '', and I have no way to settle, verify, or cancel it.

I spoke with a representative who claims her name is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Now and that they purchased my auto loan. She threatened me with repossession and initially asked me to send in {$3300.00} so that they would allow me to continue paying monthly payments for my XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX. She said the alternative would be for me to agree to pay {$2800.00} a month via an automatic draft. I told her that was too much to ask. She put me on hold then came back and said they would take {$500.00} payments if I start payment that day. I paid the {$500.00} and asked if I would receive a receipt and loan verification documents.
I did not receive any documents, but the automatic drafts continue. I called XXXX more times and requested to see the original contract with signatures, my biographical information matched to the loan ( i.e. SSN, DOB ), my address at the time of purchase, balance statement, payment history, pay-off amount, promise to pay agreement, and receipts for the payments already paid. XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX, the last representative I spoke with, told me that they did not have any of that information. They would have to contact a liaison and did not know when I would be provided a balance statement or any other loan documents, that they might " pick my car up before then ''.

On XXXX my XXXX XXXX XXXX husband received a debt collection letter from North Shore Agency stating that they are collecting a debt for XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$12.00}. Although he never ordered this magazine he mailed a check in that amount on XXXX XXXX, thinking this would resolve the issue. However, he received XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX He returned both magazines to the senders subscription department. On XX/XX/XXXX, he received notification from XXXX that the order was placed through an agency, that he needed to contact them because XXXX has an agreement that any action must be taken only with their approval.
I, XXXX XXXX, wife of XXXX, contacted XXXX Customer Service Center advising them that we never ordered the magazine and that we wanted delivery of the magazine stopped. We were advised that a stop order was put in place and that we would receive XXXX more issue. I asked what the date of this order was and was advised that the order for the magazine was dated XXXX XXXX XXXX clearly after my husband had sent the check in response to North Shore Agency falsely claiming that this was a debt collection attempt. He had no debt!
It appears to me that North Shore Agency makes fraudulent claims knowing full well that this debt collection is fictitious. They may even target older people like my XXXX XXXX XXXX husband who are easily confused and intimidated.
I have all supporting documentation.

XXXX is calling the disputed amount ( {$390.00} ) an early termination fee. This is surprising to me because I have been a customer for 19 years straight. XXXX has automatically renewed my contract 9 times in a row. The early termination fee should have expired with the first contract.
The FTC has ruled against XXXX over the matter of junk fees and surprise fees and ordered XXXX to refund these fees. Please read the FTC ruling at the links below. According to the ruling, I do not owe XXXX anything. XXXX has hired a debt collector SRA Associates to collect the early termination fee. This should not be allowed.
Case Summary In XX/XX/2022, the FTC announced it stopped internet phone service provider XXXX from taking consumers money without their consent and creating obstacles to those who try to cancel their service. This is response to complaint XXXX They still have not provided me with proper documentation showing they own or legally allowed to collect on this alleged debt First off, this was my first complaint against SRA as they are attempting to say that since I filed complaints against XXXX that those are complaints I filed against them. Who is collecting this alleged debt? According to the call I received the lady said " we are working with XXXX '' So who owns the alleged debt?
I have requested twice now, once when SRA called ( and if they are actually XXXX they know they should not be calling me which is a violation ) if they are not XXXX why are they refusing to show me an agreement that says they are allowed to collect on this debt? How do I know if I paid this alleged debt to SRA that it is not just a scam?

Since I moved in XX/XX/2022, I started receiving magazines that I did not subscribe to both at home and at work - a federal facility. I returned the magazines to sender multiple times, and now these magazines have started sending me to collections. I tried calling and emailing he magazines directly, but end up in a loop with zero live persons. The latest notice of collections was sent to my WORK ADDRESS - again a FEDERAL PROPERTY, claiming I owe money for a rag I NEVER subscribed to. Please tell me what I can do to stop this harassment.

I was sent a notice that I owe {$8.00} to XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I called the company and I spoke with someone and told them that I did not want the extension that they were charging me for. She said she took care of it and now they are badgering me for {$8.00}.
I did not check any box to say I wanted an extension and thought it was taken care of. I dont know if the girl I spoke with entered the information into the computer but they keep sending me letters and now its in collections. Would you please help me remedy this situation?

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( claims to be " service provider '' ) These guys send letters that " look '' like debt collection lettters for goods or services ( magazines ) that were never ordered. I can't tell if they are real, but I have gotten multiple letters saying " if you don't dispute this we will assume " our information is correct '.
It looks fraudulent to me, but the wording is sketchy. I'm tired of disputing these just because I am worried they will somehow turn my lack of dispute into an " order or debt '' obligation.

I tried contacting XXXX XXXX XXXX directly and they say they don't have access to the information about such debts.
