Arc services contacted me on XXXX XXXX, XXXX during work about money my friend owed for the bail bonds that I have cosigned for. The agent XXXX XXXX appeared sympathetic and offered to make a deal with me. I told him to give me a little time to contact my friend whom I have not talked to in 4 years. 2 days later he called me and asked if I wanted to make a deal with him or not. He appeared aggressive so I told him I do not want him to call but to email me instead. Then I hung up. He continued to call then left a voicemail and texting me threatening to sue me and garnish my wages. He texted me my email was incorrect and to send him the right one. I told him after I send him my email to stop texting me. He continued to text me after I sent him my email and said that I have one more chance or else. I called him and told him that I will continue to try and call my friend about to situation and to stop harassing me.

XXXX Cell Phone $XXXX collection company is ARC and I have never had a contract phone in my life! I have always been with XXXX XXXX and I believe that this is identy theft. I have had problems in the past with this. I am not sure of the exact dates I believe the XXXX XXXX said it was in. 2013. I would like this to be taken care of.
