I am a victim of identity- theft, I am writing to request that you block all accounts disputed as fraudulent on my credit reports with XXXX XXXX XXXX , and XXXX. This information does not relate to any transactions I have made. I did not give anyone authorization or consent to use my personal information. I hereby exercise my legal rights enacted by Congress and The Federal Trade Commission, which explicitly states when a victim of identity-theft dispute a fraudulent account on his/her credit report it shall be honored by all credit bureaus and all fraudulent information should be blocked within 4 days and proper notification shall be given to all data furnishers pursuant to section 605b of The Federal Fair Credit Reporting Act. Failure to comply shall lead to complaints being filed with The Better Business Bureau, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, and Attorney General stating your companys unlawful collection practices, misrepresentation of creditworthiness, defamation of character, and noncompliance to abide by laws enacted by Congress to protect victims of identity-theft who's credit been impacted by acts of fraud. Because I know my rights under THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT, CONSUMER CREDIT PROTECTION ACT ( CCPA ), and FAIR and ACCURATE CREDIT TRANSACTION ACT of 2003 ( FACTA ). I will be taking action. I also know my rights under this paragraph of Section 312 of the FACTA LAW : SEC.312. Procedures to enhance the accuracy and integrity of information furnished to consumer reporting agencies. ( b ) duty of furnishers to provide accurate information. -- Section 623 ( a ) ( 1 ) of THE FAIR CREDIT REPORTING ACT ( 15 U.S.C. 1681s-2 ( a ) ( 1 ) is amended ( 1 ) in subparagraph ( A ), by striking " knows or consciously avoids knowing the information is inaccurate '' and inserting " knows or has reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate '', and ( 2 ) by adding at the end of the following : ( D ) DEFINITION -- For purposes of subparagraph ( A ), the term 'reasonable cause to believe that the information is inaccurate ' means having specific knowledge, other than solely allegations by the consumer, that would cause a reasonable person to have substantial doubts about the accuracy of information. Policy states. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA 611 ( 15 U.S.C 1681 ), Procedure In Case of Disputed Accuracy. ( a ) Reinvestigation ( 1 ) Reinvestigation ( a ) In general. Subject to Subsection ( f ), if the completeness or accuracy of any item of information contained in a consumers file at a consumer agency is disputed by the consumer and the consumer notifies the agency directly, or indirectly through a reseller, of such dispute, free of charge, conduct a reasonable reinvestigation to determine whether the disputed information is inaccurate and record the current status of the disputed information, or delete the item from the file in accordance with paragraph ( 5 ), before the end of the 30-day period beginning on the date on which the agency receives the notice of the dispute from the consumer or reseller. Therefore, my position is being clearly stated, these accounts do not belong to me, meaning that you are reporting inaccurate account information within my credit file. The fact that these are inaccurate account information means that you, this credit-reporting agency, are reporting incorrect accounts. Finally, you are reporting the INQUIRIES that are the result of the same type of fraudulent activities. It must be noted that I did not apply for credit accounts with the below-listed companies and creditors, some of these are the result of attempts to open accounts, but the companies did not approve the accounts. Therefore, these inquiries must be deleted from within my credit file. You can not delete the fraudulently opened accounts without also deleting the fraudulent inquiries. It should be noted that an inquiry that was not made by me is not a factual record, just as a fraudulently opened account is not a factual record and not referred to the creditor to be disputed directly with them. The credit reporting agencies have attempted to address an inquiry as a factual record of file access, but if it was done through fraudulent means, it is not a factual record. As a consumer, I should not be required to dispute each fraudulent inquiry directly with each company. These inquiries are the result of fraudulent activity and therefore, inaccurate in which the credit reporting agencies or the creditors can not verify, meaning that these inquiries are unverifiable information and must be deleted from my credit files. 1. ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP I am well aware of my rights as a consumer. The Fair Credit Reporting Act requires that you, the credit-reporting agency report accurate and/or correct account information within my credit file. My credit issues are very specific, these accounts and/or items do not belong to me. This means that you are reporting incorrect account information within my credit report. It is this in mind that I request that these listed accounts and items be Blocked and Deleted. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA, Section 1681c ( 2 ) Block of information resulting from identity theft. 1.Block. Except as otherwise provided in this section, a consumer reporting shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from alleged identity theft, not later than four ( 4 ) business days after the date receipt by such agency of 1. Appropriate proof of identity of the consumer ; 2. A copy of an identity theft report 3. The identification of such information by the consumer ; and 4. A statement by the consumer that the information relating to the transaction by the consumer. I have provided all of the above listed four ( 4 ) items within this package. Therefore, I expect these listed accounts to be deleted and blocked within ( 4 ) business days. This is clearly an identity theft issue. I am also entitled to receive a free copy of my credit report, so I am requesting a free credit report and that all of these accounts, public records items, and inquiries be permanently blocked and deleted. ARC Management Group ( collection agency ) appeared on my credit report in XXXX, 2022 as a collection in the amount of {$1400.00}. I had never received correspondence from this company before and was unaware of what the debt was for. After they validated the debt, per my request, I reached out to them on XX/XX/2022 to find out the full balance so that I could pay the debt. A rep. named XXXX gave me the case number and explained that once the debt was paid in full, they would remove the item from my credit report. She asked me to call back when I was ready to pay and pay by phone. Later in the day, when I was able to get the card to make the payment from, I discovered that having the case number, I found that I was able to go online and pay. I thought paying online would be easier than trying to get back in touch with the rep, as I knew she works on the phone and it may not be easy to reach her again. On the website, there were 4 payment options 1. Pay in Full 2. Make a payment - Customize the amount you would like to pay 3. Installment plans - Set up a payment plan from 11 different options 4. Negotiator - Submit an offer and create your own custom plan I chose the option to pay in full. The Pay in Full option reflected a discount of 25 % and a total of {$1000.00}. I proceeded with the Pay in Full option and paid the account. The discount was automatically applied, no action was taken on my part to apply the discount. Today, XXXX called me angry that I did not call her back to make the payment and advised me that since I paid online and didn't pay by phone to her that the derogatory information would remain on my credit report for 7 years. She also advised me that I still owe them {$360.00} and unless I pay that, the debt is not considered paid. I asked for her supervisor. she transferred me to another rep, who advised me that by paying online, I settled the debt, I did not pay the debt in full. I questioned why the button I clicked on the website said Pay in Full. She said she did not know but that was not the terminology they use in their office. When a customer pays online, choosing the pay in full option and taking the discount, as far as they are concerned, the customer did a settlement. I asked why the website did not inform me that I was settling the debt and notify me that there would be consequences, as in the derogatory information would remain on my credit report. She told me that the credit report would say the debt was settled. I asked again where the terms settlement or settle were stated on the website where I made the payment. She said she did not know, she has never seen the payment dashboard on the website, but as far as she was concerned I didn't pay my debt, I settled it and she would issue a letter stating that and ensure my credit report states I settled my debt, not paid it. She said there are laws that permit them to call the discount a settlement and treat it as such, they have done nothing wrong. I would not give them the {$360.00} because I did not know if what she was telling me was legitimate. A company should not offer a customer a discount to pay in full, refer to the payment method as paying in full, then tell the customer they did not pay in full and threaten them with derogatory credit report information to try and extort more money from them. Had I known I was not truly receiving a discount, I would not have paid because I did not have {$1400.00}. I did have enough to pay after the discount though. That is why I proceeded with the payment. Then I found out I was mislead and my credit is still ruined because they refuse to remove the derogatory remark. They mislead me into making that payment by telling me on the website it was a discount. Then, on the phone the next day, they denied it was a discount and told me I settled my debt. I never agreed to any kind of a settlement agreement with this company.

I have a debt with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) I have been paying on my debt monthly via online payment and have not defaulted. I received a debt collection letter from ARC management group ( XXXX ) stating I 'd defaulted and {$330.00} had been sent to collections. I called XXXX XXXX last week I believe XXXX or XXXX to inquire why they 're submitted a debt to collections. I spoke with XXXX at extention # XXXX. I waited on hold for some time while she investigated the issue. She stated that it was found to be an system error. I have XXXX account number with XXXX different dates of service, each date as an amount due, when I submit my payment online which is an option they provide as a way to make a payment. When doing so their system has not been distributing my payment to all XXXX dates of service. So XXXX of the amounts has been sent to collections by mistake. She told me that it should n't have gone to a collection agency because Ive been making a regular payment, she says the issue has been sent to a supervisor or manager to be investigated. I express my concern that this may damage my credit and ask how long till it resolved, she tells me to call back on Monday and that I may call the collection agency to let them know the issue and dispute the collection. I call ARC and speak to a woman named XXXX XXXX, I try to explain the reason, I 'm calling, she is very dismissive and states that she does n't know why XXXX would even suggest I call them. That this is a issue they need to address. I ask her if I can disputed the debt, She states she does n't know, " I do n't know if you can dispute it '' I state I dont want it to go on my credit, she says it may go on your credit today..tomorrow ... anytime. She was incredibly rude and could care less about my concerns. I hung up with her to calll XXXX XXXX back I spoke with another woman who stated the same thing as XXXX and said I should call back and I 've continued to call back, I 've spoke to various people all not offering any solutions at XXXX XXXX. XXXX woman I believe her name was XXXX stated she spoke or left a message with the account manager ( XXXX ext : XXXX ) and transferred me to her voicemail, I left a message, explaining my call with my phone number and have heard nothing back. XXXX informed me that it was policy that once a debt was sent to collection they could not call the collection agency and cancel it even if it was invalid. So in the meantime while they investigate their mistake this debt may post to my credit and there is nothing they could do, even though the error is theirs and not mine. I called ARC again, and spoke with a man. I explained my problem, he seemed to be a little more helpful. I asked to dispute the debt. He stated he could give me a discount instead and that would be the better solution because it 's not going to " go away '' and he could discount by debt from {$330.00} to {$280.00} I explained that due to my last communication with XXXX XXXX, that I questioned their conduct/ethics and before I could continue I was disconnected. My complaint is with both companies, XXXX XXXX XXXX, for submitting a debt to collections even though I 've been making my payments and admitting it was their mistake and taking no action to correct the problem in a timely manner nor informing me with a notice prior to submitting the debt to collections. And ARC Management group for their unprofessionalism, failure to allow me to dispute the debt or provide me with the steps to do so, using scare tactics when I expressed my concern of the debt posting to my credit and XXXX XXXX stating it could post today or tomorrow, also offering a " discount '' to coerce me into just paying the debt as oppose to disputing it, and the sudden disconnection during my conversation with ARC staff.

I owed about {$1000.00} to a credit card company. The discharged this debt to ARC ( I can not remember their actual name. Just the acronym. Whenever i question them about who they are, they refuse to give me information about their company, won't tell me their full company name, contact information, or anything like that ). Their website is here : https : //www.arccollects.com/ I would give you names, but it seems like they are using fake names, because when I have called back to speak to the last person, even if 30 seconds later, they are always " at lunch '' or something. They called me a few months ago, were extremely rude, and refused to tell me who they are or what they wanted. I told them not to call me, and to send me written correspondence if they really wanted to talk to me, and that my current address has been the same since before I owed the money to the credit card company. They never sent anything. Last week they called my XXXX year old grandmother, lied to her saying that I gave them her number if they need to get in contact with me, which is not true. My phone number has not changed in almost 10 years, so they could have called me directly, but didn't, instead calling my grandmother as a scare tactic. I subsequently called them back and the gentleman I spoke to the first time picked up, played the same game of not telling me who they were, and of course, the person that spoke with my grandmother was not there, so they transferred me to someone else. I told this lady that there was not excuse for them to contact my grandmother in an attempt to get me to pay, that I am out of work, and can not pay now. She continued to tell me " that's how collection works '' ... I told her that harassment is against the FDCPA, she basically just said the same thing until I told her to not contact me or my grandmother or anyone in my family again. That was last week ( XX/XX/2020, from XXXX ). They also use numbers from MY area code to get me to pick up. They are from Georgia if I am not mistaken, and have no offices out here. This morning, I received a call from a XXXX area code, and when I picked up, they hung up. I called back, and sure as heck, it was the same guy that I spoke to the 2 times earlier. I asked if they were ARC, and he ignored the question, asking me for MY information. This company has already violated multiple aspects of the FDCPA, ignored my requests for a cease of further contact, and have tried to harass me multiple ways, so far the worst of which, is calling my grandmother and lying to her. I will do whatever I have to do, even if I have to sue them, for them to realize what they are doing is not cool and illegal.

ARC has knowingly furnished false credit information to the credit reporting agencies as a means of collecting on this extension of credit through unlawful extortionate means. I have reasonable cause to believe that ARC had prior knowledge that punishing a consumer for the nonpayment of an extension of credit by engaging in unlawful extortionate means was a violation of the RICO act. ARC has not attempted to lawfully validate this alleged debt prior to furnishing this false tradeline to nonaffiliated third parties. I did not and I do not consent to the furnishing of this false tradeline to any credit reporting agencies. ARC is to provide documentary evidence such as the books of accounts or any evidence as described under 15 USC 44 that this in fact a legitimate debt. A statement does not prove anything. If your enterprise sends me a statement, I will take that as your complete disregard for the law and my financial reputation and move to file suit for the intentional infliction of emotional distress I received on behalf of these unlawful extortionate means. If ARC can prove this extension of credit is in fact a " debt '' as they claim, I would like to know what legislative branch granted your enterprise the right to collect debt in the United States. If your enterprise does not have prior approval from any legislative branch of government in the United States, your company is knowingly in violation of the false claims act. If this account turns out to be an extension of credit, ARC is knowingly engaging in racketeering activity to fund its criminal enterprise. Ignorance of the law is no excuse to violate it. As your enterprise should know that punishing a consumer for the nonpayment of an extension of credit by furnishing false information to third parties in order to jeopardize the financial reputation of the consumer with other financial institutions constitutes aggravated identity theft 18 USC 1028A and a violation of the RICO act 18 USC 894. Although your enterprise may have " lawfully purchased this debt '', you are not exempt from any legal consequences that your actions have caused. In accordance with the FDCPA, you should also be aware that your company is equally, if not more, at fault for engaging in these unlawful extortionate means as there is no innocent purchaser for value. This is a demand to cease and desist all illegal collection activity and remove this fraudulently furnished tradeline from my credit report immediately or I will follow up with a complaint with the FTC and my state 's attorney general along with moving to file suit in federal court.

1. XX/XX/XXXX I certified mailed and filed a 13-page written dispute with the medical facility, XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX and the most recent debt collector, XXXX. 2. This written dispute is detailed in bullet points, including dates, names, and conversations with, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, Health Insurance XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX by XXXX XXXXXXXX, XXXX, the first collections agency, XXXX XXXXXXXX, and XXXX, the second collections agency, XXXX, between the date of medical service on XX/XX/XXXX and date of dispute mailing on XX/XX/XXXX. 3. Communication with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX despite three separate phone conversations with three agents and each agent agreeing that the original bill had been processed with insurance incorrectly ( as deductible plan and not as the correct co-pay plan ), as well as committing to reprocess the claim, no resolution is reached. 4. Communication with XXXX XXXXXXXX, despite two conversations with two different agents confirming that XXXX XXXX billing department did not reprocess correctly and then did not reprocess at all. 5. Communication with XXXX, despite a minimum of several conversations with at least seven different agents, all who confirmed that the claim had to be reprocessed and that XXXX XXXX continually failed to do so, therefore reactivating the continued collection communication, it was ultimately stated that by Agent XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, " This can not be correct, never processed under correct plan. '' 6. Communication with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX by XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX despite my continued outreach and efforts to coordinate the correct processing of this claim and the mailing of the official dispute, no communication was received until the re-emergence of the collection efforts by the third collections agency ARC Management Group . 7. As stated on the written dispute, the horrendous amount of time, effort and financial loos on my part in attempting to explain, support and request correct insurance processing- which, to date, has not been made whole, has caused me and my person extreme duress and hardship. Receiving this new onslaught of collection notices and threats has only continued now three years of harassment by XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was notified by XXXX that a collections account had been placed on my report. The collections company was listed as ARC Management Group LLC and the creditor information was listed as XXXX purchased business ( see attached ). It states that this is a medical creditor but does not include any contact details regarding the creditor. I immediately disputed this information with XXXX as I had NEVER received ANY communication from ARC Management Group and am unaware of any outstanding medical bills. XXXX responded to my dispute by stating that the information was 'verified as accurate and updated ( see attached ). I called XXXX to request a copy of the information that was submitted to them as proof to verify the debt as accurate and the operator was unable to offer any information other than letting me know I should contact ARC Management Group directly at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, GA XXXX ( see notes from XXXX ) XXXX I sent a certified letter to ARC on XX/XX/XXXX requesting verification of the debt. I also tried calling them at the number given to me by XXXX and was not able to speak with a live operator. The letter requesting additional information ( copy attached ) was delivered to the front desk receptionist and signed for at XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX ( see attached delivery confirmation ). As of today 's date ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I have yet to receive ANY response to my letter or communication. However, on XX/XX/XXXX, I received the original letter back in the mail marked 'Return to Sender ' ( see attached photo ). So, after having the letter in their possession for over a month, they not only failed to contact me regarding my request for debt validation, they decided to reseal the letter and return it to me as if it had never been in their possession. This company is very obviously not afraid to lie and commit fraud. ARC Management Group LLC never sent me a notice of debt prior to reporting to the credit bureau and has falsely returned my letter as if they never received it rather than send me the proper notice of debt and documentation regarding the validity of this collections account on my credit agency report ( XXXX ).

In XXXX, 2015 I entered a written dispute with ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP reference account number XXXX as contained on my consumer credit profile at XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX. Specifically alleged, ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP was attempting to collect a debt for which I had no knowledge and alleged was potentially opened by an unknown third party. Moreover, said account was appearing XXXX on my consumer credit profile notwithstanding the allegation of a single debt owed. ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP failed to investigate, verify, or validate said debt. Although I also filed a cease and desist demand with ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP an absolute requirement of the Fair Credit Reporting Act is to report said debt as disputed pending resolution of an investigation. ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP failed to report said debt as disputed and failed to conduct an investigation into my allegations of potential fraud. As such, my credit worthiness has been negatively impacted by the erroneous reporting of this account. A review of records compiled by the state XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Florida indicates that ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP is not currently licensed to conduct business pursuant to section XXXX, Florida statute. As such, the imposition of this debt and the erroneous reporting to XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX is an unfair and deceptive trade practice. Several phone calls to ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP have met upon deaf ears. When I called to inquire on the status of the disputed account, I was advised that Florida licensing was not required. I was further advised that the debt remained due notwithstanding a lack of validation and claim of potential fraud. At this point the call was terminated. My written dispute remains outstanding. Said account remains on my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX notwithstanding the existence of a dispute, lack of validation, and my allegations of potential fraud. A full and complete deletion of offending ARC MANAGEMENT GROUP collection account from my credit report at the XXXX, XXXX and XXXX XXXX consumer reporting agencies.

On XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX, I received a call from XXXX on a cell phone which has been registered on the national do not call registry since XXXX. I have seen previous calls form this number and refrained from answering them as I believed them to be spam calls given the caller ID name appeared to be XXXX XXXX XXXX or XXXX XXXX XXXX and I have never been to a XXXX XXXX in my life and do not believe there is a hospital with this name anywhere near where I live, work, or visit. Upon answering, the call immediately played hold music, suggesting that a robodialer was used to call me. The call then transferred to " XXXX. '' She correctly identified my first and last name. She asked me to verify my date of birth and/or address. I advised her that I do not provide such information to unsolicited callers. She said something immediately after this about when I am " ready to provide '' the requested info and then immediately disconnected the line before I was able to get another word out. I called back and spoke with " XXXX '' ( spelling? ) who transferred me to " XXXX. '' I advised her I did not wish to be contacted by phone again. She responded that the number would be removed and additionally stated they've mailed me several times. To date, I have never received a single letter from these folks. I refuse to provide my date or birth and/or written address to an entity that will not identify who is allegedly owed, what amount is allegedly owed, and for which good and/or service it is owed. Based upon the name, this company appears to collect medical debt and, to my knowledge, I have no unpaid medical bills for any provider or facility.

XXXX/XXXX/2015 took my daughter to XXXX XXXX XXXX ER. She was seen and discharged. A year later, when trying to refinance my house, I see a collection account from ARC Management Group ( biller for XXXX XXXX ). I called to find out which account the collection was regarding. I was told that my daughter was not covered under my insurance at the time of the ER visit, so I was deemed a " self-pay '' ( meaning I had no insurance ). I assured them I did have insurance and my daughter has had insurance since the day she was born. The hospital submitted and got paid for that claim ( I have documentation to prove payment ), so that further proves my daughter was insured. I call my insurance to verify that there had been no lapse in coverage and they confirm ( I have documentation to prove coverage ). I called ARC back and am told they tried on several occasions to call my insurance company to verify coverage. My insurance company keeps track of any attempts to verify insurance and had no calls from ARC or XXXX XXXX. I have tried numerous times to explain that this was not my fault and that they should have submitted the claim to my insurance. The time to submit a claim has expired since it is over a year. The credit bureaus are not helping me get this removed from my reports. ARC Management group placed me in collections 2 days after the ER visit. They say they attempted to send me notices which I never received. I do n't know where else to turn. Thanks.

On XX/XX/XXXX I was seen at the XXXX emergency department. On XX/XX/XXXX I received 100 % patient financial services through this hospital. The patient financial services covered all dates of services through XXXX. A debt was sent to collections for this DOS. When I contacted XXXX they were unaware of this debt. Upon further investigation, it was found that the ER physician was contracted through XXXX and sent the bill out. When I contacted the ER physicians company and informed them of the patient financial service they told me they were unable to help as they had already sold the debt. ( I received no bill from this provider ). The bill would have been 100 % covered under the patient financial services. I was contacted by XXXX law. I submitted proof of this on XX/XX/XXXX, they did not follow up on this matter. I contacted them again today, to which they told me they need more proof of coverage. Furthermore, an additional debt collection agency has ( ARC MANAGEMENT ) submitted this same debt to the credit bureau, with zero correspondence to me. I contacted ARC and have yet to receive a response. I contacted XXXX XXXX and they were unaware of who ARC management was. At this point I believe my debt was sold to multiple debt collectors whom are all trying to receive the XXXX $ from me. This has negatively affected my credit score. Please help.

on XX/XX/21 XXXX from ARC debt collection called me regarding unpaid hospital bills. Told me the total balance is {$1900.00}. She asked if i could pay it today. I told her that i needed a payment arrangement. She asked if i could pay today. I said no. She then told me that if I didnt make a payment today then it could effect my credit negatively. I then asked to speak to the supervisor. I waited on hold for 10 minutes. XXXX XXXX came on the phone. I told him when i asked what the rep meant by effecting me negatively. She said just like i said. He then said it would effect me negatively as well. When i asked him how it would if i didnt make a payment today then he said well it could if you dont make a payment by the end of XXXX. He wouldnt let me speak and continued to talk over me. then he proceeded to tell me that i have 6 accounts in their offices but would tell me verbally which ones, dates and how much. just said i will send in the mail. when i asked who is superior was he refused and said i cant talk to him. i advised i didnt ask to. i just asked who it was and he said XXXX XXXX is the owner. The treatment i received was very unprofessional and threatening. I have no problem with setting up payment plan but to be talked to in this type of manner is not in any way professional

In XXXXXXXX of XXXX I had a baby. Over the course of multiple visits with my doctor, I proactively paid for my hospital bill in full. More than a year after giving birth, I began to receive collection calls regarding my hospital bills. I asked for an explanation but received none. I was told I needed to contact the medical center directly to be able to release that info. I did so. Multiple times. Left messages. Asked for a bill. My husband did the same. No response. We are now 3 years and 4 vendors into getting collection calls and letters for a debt of {$1600.00}. I have disputed the debt each time the account has been sent to a new collection agency. After requesting my validation of debt, 2 of the 4 agencies provided an email to request a copy of the itemized statement or billing form. I first did so within the allotted time frame on XX/XX/XXXX. I received the exact same form today stating I need to fill out the exact same request when I received nothing from them from the request on XX/XX/XXXX or any of the other times I have requested documentation. At this point, there have been so many violations of my rights under the FDCPA, the service provider is lucky I haven't hired an attorney to pursue damages regarding their reckless effort to collect this alleged debt.

I did not sign a contract with this company and I have no signature or binding contract with this company ARC Management Group , LLC. Therefore I want them to delete account from my credit report! Asap! Or I will take legal action. They bought an account and are trying to charge me for something I do not owe there. Please provide information where I signed a binding contract with ARC Management Group , LLC and also show point of contact. Please delete from my credit report asap! Thank you As of XX/XX/2021, an amendment to Regulation F, which implements the FDCPA, says that a debt collector can't report a debt to the three major credit reporting agencies, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX, before first contacting the consumer. The debt collector must : speak to the consumer in person or by phone or mail a letter or send an electronic message, like an email, about the debt to the consumer and then wait a " reasonable period of time '' ( at least 14 consecutive days ) to see if a notice of undeliverability comes back. If the collector gets a notice that the letter or message was undeliverable, the collector can't report the debt to the credit reporting agencies unless it achieves communication as detailed above. ( 12 C.F.R. 1006.30 ( a ) ( 1 ) and Official Interpretation of 30 ( a ) ( 1 ) ).

Per the FCRA Section 609, all furnishers must validate debt. Per the FDCPA, all collections must verify debt and provide an initial written communication with information about the debt. I have never received an initial communication in writing that is required by federal law. Because of their lack of following proper procedures, I was unaware of the debt they claim I owe and was never given the opportunity to exercise my right to dispute the debt within 30 of the initial notice. ARC Management Group began reporting this debt without my knowledge and without verifying the debt. I do not believe that the debt belongs to me. I would like for them to properly verify the debt by providing the original consumer contract with my signature on it. Without that, there is a strong possibility that ARC Management Group has mistaken my identity for someone elses. And by their lack of following the federal law to send notification about the debt, I assume that ARC Management Group knows that they can not verify the debt and are illegally furnishing information to my credit files. I would like to exercise my rights and demand to have the debt validated and verified or immediately deleted from all credit reporting agencies.

Recived a phone call from ARC Management group about a medical debt, during intitial communication with there representative on XXXX it was stated that my medical insurance had declined the original claim and it had been given to them to collect. I informed them it was a mistake and I would contact my insurance agency XXXX to fix the problem. To which they requested a call back after. Contacted my insurance got it resolved and they said the claim would be fixed. Upon calling ARC Management group back I was handled by a separate representative who when I attempted to explain my coverage was good and the debt would be paid. I was told No that it was a deductible and it must be paid today or it would impact my credit. I responded with no it was miss filled and I had already paid my copay for services that as soon as my insurance handled the claim they would be paid. To which I was told that it was amazing that I hadnt already been reported to the credit bureau and if I didnt get my insurance agency on a conference call or get them a fax with promise of payment that i was required to make a payment myself immediately or my credit would be affected.

Today I received an alert from my credit monitoring services and saw that a medical debt for {$81.00} was added to my XXXX report. I have never received any communication from the original creditor XXXX XXXX XXXX nor have I received any communication from the collection agency ARC Management. I have never been a patient at XXXX XXXX XXXX and I do not understand why this was added to my credit report. By law the debt collector was required to submit a initial communication regarding this alleged debt to allow it to be disputed if not valid. This debt is not valid and is not my debt. XXXX has caused an adverse affect on my credit worthiness by adding this alleged debt to my report from a hospital I have never been to or heard of. This alleged debt shows opened in XXXX XXXX. I contacted the XXXX XXXX XXXX and they could not find any information regarding the alleged debt. XXXX should not be allowed to add any alleged debt to a persons consumer reports without proper validation and verification. I was sent a letter from ARC management group XXXX dated XX/XX/22 stating they were contacting to settle. I called and explained I was sent the letter on XX/XX/22 for a settlement, which is about XXXX weeks ago. The XXXX who answered, XXXX, stated that they never sent the letter. I have the letter in hand, and disagreed that they didn't send me a settlement offer. She then stated that was last month 's offer and they wouldn't honor it. I asked if that was some sort of scam, sending out settlement offers and then pretending they didn't exist or were expired. She then stated they were trying to help me, and if I didn't pay it would go on my credit report and then hung up on me. I attempted XXXX more times to work with XXXX, each time she would hang up on me. She stated I was being rude multiple times, however it was more her being rude to me. I was merely stating that they had sent me the letter and I felt that not honoring it was deceptive. She obviously didn't like that. In the end I contacted XXXX XXXX 's hospital and settled the debt with them, because ARC did not seem trustworthy at all.

Back on XX/XX/2020 I spoke with an XXXX at company. I explained this bill wasnt mine. I feel it was very misleading. I never received a letter from the third party previous to this bill being placed on my bureaus. Per FCPA law youre supposed to receive communication in writing prior to a third party placing a debt on bureaus. I never received any documentation therefore I didnt know what this was for. She advised me that they were taking this off my bureaus also sending out a validation letter. Ive also been adversely effected by covid due to my hours being cut. And my spouse loosing his job. I have XXXX as well as Medicaid. So I had to do some investigation on this amount. Supposedly its from a few years ago when my son went to an emergency room. Its a separate bill from Dr not facility. Again misleading but during that time we didnt have Medicaid. So I called back and made payment for this account. Please remove ASAP. See screenshots

This medical collections company started calling my cell attempting to collect on debts from someone else. They confirmed on 2 separate occasions that it was not my debt ( it was for a XXXX bill from an imaging office in XXXX XXXX, FL ). The company also released the name of the debtor to me on one of my conversationswith them. I told them twice to remove my number : on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX ; but they continue to call me. Last call received on XX/XX/XXXX. Caller ID shows either " Bill collector XXXX hospital '' or " XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. It was also curious that they started calling on the first days the COVID19 stimulus deposits started coming to people. I've never before gotten collections calls on this number since I got it four years ago ... so, it looks some of these collections companies are culling through old lists attempting to coerce or bully people into paying now that they have these stimulus funds.

Prior to reporting these accounts on my credit report, I did not receive a notice of my right to dispute. If I had, I would have certainly contested the debts, because I feel they are not owed. I spoke with their reps, and told them it was illegal to report the accounts without first providing me with a 30 days notice to dispute. They told me that they didn't have to. Medical debt from a car accident was paid by Insurance company but not recorded properly. Was then transferred to a debt collection agency ( ARC Management Group , LLC ) who was contacted by the insurance company at that time. Almost a year later a credit account with XXXX was opened in my name for the amount of this bill and is reflected on my credit report. How can they use my SSN from my medical records to open an account in my name?

Sent a request to validate debt to Arc Management group on XX/XX/2021. Tracking shows they received my request XX/XX/2021. Did receive response from Arc Management until XX/XX/2021, and the letter they sent me contained nothing but them saying " they are not required to keep detailed files of the alleged debt '' this provides no proof of debt and proves nothing of the alleged debt. I would like this removed from my credit report ASAP.
