I stated " You can stop debt collectors from calling you at work fairly easily. Simply tell the debt collector that your employer doesn't want them calling your job or that you're not allowed to receive personal calls at work and they are legally required to stop calling you. " He then proceeded to call me back and left the following voice message which I have saved.

The AR Group are taking {$120.00} every month from my bank account. They claimed to collect student loan debt but that money isnt going towards my student loan debt. Theyre just charging me and have been for more than a year, and eveytime I call them or call number that I found on my bank statement.. it goes to a pre-recorded voicemail, that states to leave a messsge with name and account number and they will call you back. Not once have I gotten a call back. I researched their number ( XXXX in relation to other caller Id numbers and found out they are a scam Law firm company. I am beyond appalled and livid and would like this company to be reported and demand my money back that they have stolen from me. If I dont I will have no choice to involve a lawyer to this matter!

XXXX XXXX from Applied Resolution called my office line stating I need to call him and discuss about my XXXX account. I actually got a call from some other person about two weeks ago. When I ask for more information, they ask for my social and birth date for verification. I do not have any loans with XXXX, so I pulled my credit report to see if someone stole my identity. I did not see any XXXX loan on my credit also. When I told them that I do n't have any account with XXXX they started harassing me that they already verify my social and birth date with my employer. They also started to raise their voice and became very confrontational. I told them to stop calling my work but they keep calling back.

I received several calls from XXXX. He will not tell me what company they are with, only that I allegedly owe money to a XXXX. I paid all my loan and then some to XXXX and I do n't know who these people are that are trying to collect money from me. They called me at work and even after I told him I was at work and they were not allowed to call me the agent said they would continue to call me. I called him back and he kept hanging up on me until finally he transferred me to a supervisor. This is harassment plain and simple and I want to file charges on these people.

This debt collector called me, my employer and my minor daughter. When told to no longer contact or speak to my minor daughter, they stated they would not agree to not call her. They gave out personal information to others. They have also threatened to get me fired. They have in the past threatened my parents as well.
