Today, XX/XX/2023, I received a call followed by a message ( Attached ) from a person called XXXX XXXX, who said there was a matter in his office that required my immediate attention and left his phone number and extension. I called him back, and he told me that I was in a recorded line and claimed that I had a XXXX XXXX back between XXXX ; I owed money to the card and had to pay a balance of {$5600.00}. He threatened to report the issue to the Credit Bureau and take me to court if I didn't pay. I asked him to send me all the XXXX XXXX documents, records, and transactions that prove his claims and his company 's claims.
The documents I asked him to send me are : 1. Documents to prove the XXXX XXXX is mine. ( By the way, I don't have a XXXX XXXX ) 2. Documents to prove transactions with the amount he claimed and also show my signature.
He sent me an email ( Attached ) without the required documents and transactions I asked him for.

On the XXXX of XX/XX/XXXX we received a letter from Apply Recovery service about a debt that they are claiming that we owe XXXX of a debt we never took out. My husband 's father and him self have over the years when he was alive have had each other 's credit history listed under their SS #. We never had a credit card from XXXXXX/XX/XXXX back in XXXX and never paid on it over the next five years that they are claiming. We have spoke to the company on the XXXX of XXXX and the XXXX of XXXX and they said well your name is on it then you have to pay it. Explained to them that this is possibly my father 's in law account and he passed away back in XXXX. What do we do next????

I received a letter from Apple Recovery Services, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX on XX/XX/2022. They state in that letter I have to pay them over {$2600.00} for a debt I allegedly have with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The truth of the matter is that I have never had a credit card with XXXX ever. I went into my credit history with all three of our major Credit Bureau 's to find that such a debt does not even exist nor does an account with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has ever been opened under my name for that matter. Apple Recovery Services is clearly a SCAM. - Thanks.

Apple Recovery contacted me Via mail on XXXX stating that I owed XXXX XXXX Bank a Balance of {$9200.00}.
I have never had any type of loan with XXXX XXXX Bank.
the letter contained nothing more than a Balance and showed XXXX XXXX Bank as the original creditor..
I was the Victim of Identity theft many years ago and my only thought was that this could have been the result of that action.
I would like myself removed from the Collection effort and for Apple Recovery to cease contact with me regarding this account.
sincerely, XXXX XXXX
