I have been with XXXX XXXX for over a year and have been making the payments on the credit builder loan. Recently the app has been taking my money but displaying that im behind on payments for the loan. I have been asking XXXX XXXX for almost 3 months to fix my app they tell me over and over they are filing tickets or contacting supervisor or engineering and the app says im not paying. All i want is for the app to display the correct thing I have contacted my bank and they stated XXXX XXXX surely has the money. I have the bank statements. I have spent countless hours on the phone, in chat and emails asking for help and arguing about fixing this i have proof of those contacts as well still XXXX XXXX continues to take my loan payments but display im not paying. All i want is for my app to be fixed everyone says they are putting in for it to be fixed but still no one can fix it.

In XX/XX/2019 a check and my id was stolen from me. The check was cashed fraudulently at Aplus Financial XXXX XXXX XXXX Ga for {$7100.00}. A place report was filed and arrest warrants have been issued. This facility has surveillance of the perpetrator. I've not been able to to secure a refund from this facility.

A plus loan is reporting inaccuratly, still shows charge off with a Balance when I have completely paid the loan off in XX/XX/3021 and was advised would take 30 days to update and will also be deleted from credit report
