I have attached the letter that I sent to this alleged creditor on XX/XX/2023 that was received by APG FINANCIAL, INC. on XX/XX/2023. With the exception of the CFPB complaint that was filed against the creditor on XX/XX/2023, I have yet to receive a response from from this creditor and its attorney, its officers for each and every communication I have sent. Please consider this my notice and request to provide me the following information : 1. Notice from APG FINANCIAL, INC. to me, the party whose credit record was subject to the negative credit report, that a negative credit report may be submitted to a credit reporting agency. 2. Regarding the notice that was sent to me from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the name of APG FINANCIAL, XXXX on XX/XX/2023 I am requesting any and all documentation and communication relating to this alleged debt and the documents that show how APG got to the alleged deficiency balance. I am requesting a response within 21 days. I have included the correspondence exchanged with APG FINANCIAL , INC. and am seeking either the reiteration of the requested information or an explanation for the unavailability of any and all the information requested in the attached letter and this CFPB complaint.

I Leased a vehicle from Markosian Auto XXXX XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. It had the option to buy the vehicle at the end of the XXXX year lease. Which is exactly what I did. I was told that their financial company APG Financial of XXXX XXXX would report my payments to All XXXX credit reporting companies. But they have NOT reported any of my payments since XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I made my last payment paying off the vehicle. I have the receipts for ALL of my payments. I want them to show my payment history on my credit reports to raise my credit score.

I have called APG financial on 3 different occasions, XX/XX/XXXX XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX, asked for their credit department or an email address. They have never given me any ones number or contact information and have only told me there is nothing that they can do to resolve the issue. They have falsely reported a bankruptcy to the credit bureaus on my credit report. My account is up to date and I havent missed a payment with them to date.

On XX/XX/2023, I sent the attached request to APG Financial and they received the request on XX/XX/2023. I have not received any correspondence back. The information in my consumer report is reflecting inaccurately. I would like this account to be investigated as according to my records it is reflecting inaccurately and I havent been able to get in contact with the creditor.
