So because Illinois closed the payday loans I had no other choice but to look online for a quick loan. I searched and found AMOne as they explained they pair you with lenders. Their system routed me through a series of lenders and I was matched with a supposed lender " The online lender took all my information including photo ID because they don't have a physical office.
Once I completed the application I did not receive any additional information. Of course I called AM ONE and now told they don't know which lender it was and so forth and so on. I feel stupid for trusting online however, I have no other choice but to file this complaint. I am certain my information has been sold on the dark web. So now I am going to close my bank account and open a new on today with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Also see what else I can do to protect my identity.

Somehow they got my info from XXXX and start texting me, calling me several times a day even thought I sent STOP on their texting but still calling morning afternoon and night. just amazing how aggressive they are. I never gave them a permission to call me or text.
this is just spam calling and I just can't stop them to calling me and leave voicemail even though I block their number which is XXXX.

Today, XX/XX/2022, I was applying for a loan with AmOne on their website. www.amone.com After I entered all my information it took me into the account of a different individual that I do not know. None of my information was connected to this person.
