American Revenue ManagemenXXXX in XXXX, California falsely reported to the credit bureaus that I have a past due debt from XXXX Chos XXXX despite never contacting me, never validating the debt, or even offering me an opportunity to pay any debt. The so-called debt just appeared on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX as owed since XXXX but I have never received so much as an email correspondence about it. I emailed American Revenue Management and they initially responded saying they would follow up but I have not heard from them since. My credit is plummeting unfairly. Not only was the debt never initially validated as legally required, but I never even received any communication after that, and am still not receiving any proactive communications from the debt collection agency.

On XX/XX/18 I looked at my credit report and saw that there was a delinquent account added by American Revenue Management ( XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX for {$4200.00} that was openned XX/XX/18. I called the number and the person on the phone read letters that were supposedly sent to me but I never received. None of these letters stated my right to dispute this debt that was placed on my report. This is a violation of the fair credit act. This is not my debt. I demanded they remove it from my credit and they refused.

My credit score had a collections attached which I was not aware of. I contacted the creditor on XX/XX/2023 to let them know that the debt is fradulent ( the amount I am billed for did not benefit my case ) and I dispute the debt. The creditor claims I received a notice for arbitration which I did not receive and that I have not disputed the debt in time and therefore insisting money is owed and interest.

I have contacted American Revenue Management on 5 separate occasions about an unknown entry they have placed on my credit. I find it immensely frustrating that they will not acknowledge my complaint/dispute however they continue to discuss the matter with the credit bureaus and have advised them that the account belong to me.

American Revenue Management is calling my work place and continually harassing me. My ex girlfriend is the one who owes them money but they keep harassing me. Their agent by the name of XXXX. XXXX has been calling my place of employment even after telling her this is not allowed.

I noticed an unknown account on my credit a few years ago, and since then have sent American Revenue XXXX notices, including my police report showing I 'm a victim of identity theft and they continue to ignore me.
