We closed on a property in KY on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX over 6 months later we were contacted by Springdale Title informing us that our escrow account was overdrawn. We were told that our tax amount for the year XXXX was more than estimated on the XXXX settlement statement. The amount demanded raised flags to us as it was a very large discrepancy. After it was brought to our attention, we requested a statement we could reference detailing why we owed this money and how Springdale Title calculated the exact number. We were provided a hastily produced word document that did not help us ( no debit or credit indication for each amount that was given ). Eventually between our emails with the company, the word document and our statement settlement from closing we determined where the error was made. The estimated taxes paid by the previous owner had not been correctly credited to the XXXX estimated taxes. Rather, the money was credited directly to us XXXX the borrower ). After some back and forth with Springdale Title, they admitted there was an error made on our final closing settlement statement. We do NOT dispute that we owed Springdale Title {$1300.00} to remedy our escrow account overdraft. We paid the amount requested XX/XX/XXXX. Our grievances/complaints are as follows : - Springdale title did not initially admit that they had, in fact, made an error. - Springdale Title initially asked for an incorrect amount. In total, we were told our tax burden for the property for the year XXXX would be 3 different amounts ( one amount before the property taxes were paid and two different amounts afterwards ). These 3 amounts were significantly different from each other, which did not instill confidence. - Springdale Title demanded payment via email with no documentation supporting the specific amount they were asking for to remedy the escrow account overdraft.

Hello, My husband and I are sellers of a property XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, KY. The buyer of my property was XXXX XXXX. She was going through American Mortgage Services Co for a loan. The loan officer working on the loan was XXXX XXXX. On around XX/XX/XXXX ish we entered into a accepted offer contract and agreed that the home would be sold within the 60 day timeframe that was given. It has been over 60 days since the we have accepted the offer. XXXX XXXX continues to avoid calls, and delay this lending process. Not only do I believe she is discriminating against this young woman because she is XXXX, but also she is XXXX, she is single and has a ton of kids and receives child support. If the loan office could not process the loan because of income or debt issues Ms. XXXX should deny the loan so we can put the house on the market. But instead she is dragging out the process and not returning our realtors calls. It is costing us money because we do not live in the house and now are paying two mortgages and utilities. Just last week ( XX/XX/XXXX ) she said to give her 3 business days to have an answer on if the appraisal will be ordered. It is XX/XX/XXXX, and she is not returning my realtor 's calls. This is not outside of fair lending regulations and I would like this process to be reviewed for banking compliance laws. My name is XXXX XXXX. American Mortgage provided mortgage loan for purchase of new house. They outsourced bridge and equity loans to XXXX XXXX. Did not provide adequate communication, did not answer questions, was very disorganized. Asked for same info multiple times. Resulted in closing on house to be delayed 3 times ( 3 weeks late ). Had to reschedule movers 3 times and had to live among boxes and wrapped furniture for 3 weeks, and has delayed sale of existing home ( couldn't show house during same time frame ). In addition to the tremendous frustration and inconvenience, resulted in additional loan costs to extend interest rate on mortgage loan. I have 8 pages of documentation, all emails and text messages to show the incompetence and extremely poor service. They finally did reimburse for the added cost of extending interest rate. But I don't believe that is sufficient resolution to the issue. Filed complaint with XXXX ( ID XXXX ) that was not resolved American Mortgage simply stated it was a complicated loan and out of their control.

I XXXX XXXX XXXX, entered into a consumer credit transaction with AMERICAN MORTGAGE SERVICE CO. XXXX of 2018. I used my credit card as defined under 15 USC 1602 ( l ) and there was a finance charge involved as defined under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) because they falsely represent the status of a debt. Also the finance charge is the sum of ALL CHARGES, therefore the alleged debt is null and void.
