XXXX is reporting inaccurated and false collections on my consumer report from American Management Service the original creditor is XXXX XXXX ( acct # XXXX ). I do not nor have I ever had a contract with this collection agency or the original creditor. I requested a copy of the original contract from both parties and neither was able to do so. I also did my research on American Management Service which is not only not authorized to collect a debt in the state of Tennessee but in any state. Proof is attached with this complaint.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received an alert on my credit report that American Management Svc, placed XXXX ( XXXX ) collections on my credit report. The original debtor is XXXX XXXX. I use to work for XXXX XXXX, but I left this company, on good terms in XXXX of XXXX. ( Due to a automobile accident ). I have never heard from this company since I gave my XXXX week notice. The company went under during the Covid pandemic, and never was active again. I never received any type of documentation for any bill.
