XXXX XXXX called me on XX/XX/XXXX at my job about a debt. I asked him to contact me on my cell after work, he did not call. Then on XX/XX/XXXX he called me back but I was not able to call him back by XXXX, my plan was to call back as soon as off today before XXXX to discuss what was happening. on XX/XX/XXXX XXXX decided to harass and call my main job multiple times as well as the company 's owner, he was very rude and harassing to my co-workers as well as discussed and told them he is trying to send over wage garnishment paperwork specifically for me. He also told them he tried to serve me papers 3 times to no avail which is not true, nor have I received ANY documentations of this supposed debt which I need due to all the scammers trying to steal money that is not owed to them. Due to him telling them all this they decided to ask if this has been processed through the court system which he replied yes and to check with our local courts. They called to let me know if all this so I called our local magistrate which said if I did have wage garnishments, they would be the ones to serve the paperwork, not someone in NY. They then did a search and said that no one has any pending or past cases towards me. This person is harassing my job and coworkers while telling them these things about me all while I have no documentation as to why or what he is saying is owed as nothing has been mailed to me or brought to my attention.

On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a phone call at a XXXX it showed up on my phone a spam risk. So I did not answer it because of that as well as because at the time of the phone call I was working. XXXX minutes later my mother received a phone call on her house phone from the same number as I did. During the time the same person who attempted to call me was leaving her a detail message regrading an alleged debt that I had owed. When she heard her name associated with my name she proceed to answer it and see what business it had to do with her. Now I have had a few things within the past few months open in my name. In XXXX all the was up until present day my phone, computer, email, all social media has gotten hacked. I even had to go to court for a judge to tell me that my license was not suspended and get it back due to it was showing that in The Department of XXXX XXXX. So when someone like me gets these type of phone calls its very questionable for me and my mother. Especially since the young woman and man was able to discuss this alleged debt that I had owed with my mother and payment options plans with her as well. They then proceed to try to confirm an address that I do not reside at and went on and stated that I used her as a reference which boggles me since I know the number they had called her on was a brand new number that was not even year old and this alleged debt was from XXXX.

1 message was left on Monday, XX/XX/XXXX, on my phone. Another message was left Tuesday, XX/XX/XXXX, on my mothers phone. That same day, my phone was called, my daughters phone was called, my fathers phone was called and my job was called. The representative that called my job, told my coworker that I left that number as a contact. That was a lie! I called back and spoke with XXXX XXXX who identified himself as the other representatives supervisor. I told him I had no idea of what he was talking about. He said it was a debt I stop paying in XXXX. I told him I still did not know what he was talking about. He said he was going to file a judgement against me if I did not make a payment on that day. He gave me payment options and I told him I would have to call him back because I had no idea of what he was talking about. He called my job again today, XX/XX/XXXX, and told my coworker that I told him he could call me at that number. That is a lie! I did not give anyone authorization to contact me at my place of employment nor did I give permission for my ENTIRE family to be contacted. I do not know who these people are and they could cause me to lose my job. He called my phone 3 times, back to back today, XX/XX/XXXX. I want to report the lies and the constant phone calls.

The Company " American Location Specialists '' contacted my employer and my wife ( fiance at the time ) regarding a case that was going to be filed by a payday loan company called " XXXX ''. During the phone conversation, they were unable to provide any proof that I owed any money to this company and represented themselves as a company that just calls and warns citizens before they're about to be sued. They pressured me into paying over {$2000.00} ( I'm still paying monthly ). I had financial trouble about 6 years ago and figured something was coming back to bite me. But recently, I asked this company for proof of what I owed again and the contract of the loan I supposedly signed with " XXXX XXXX and they were unable to provide that information.
I would like to both submit this formal complaint due to XXXX collection tactics ( calling my employer and wife ) as well as investigate if I should really be paying this company {$200.00} per month.

This company called ALS states I owe debt but said my time has expired and they are calling for verification of my address to serve me a lawsuit. When I asked about the debt they said that they already mailed me the information and that they would not do that again. Said they could only email but never did. " XXXX XXXX '' stated that he contacted my mortgage company and talked to someone to put a lien on my mortgage and that they contacted law enforcement because I did not pay my debt. Keeps calling me and family members and said the paperwork is filed with the courts. Told me good luck on last phone call on XXXX

A collections company picked up the debt or was retained?? Not sure XX/XX/28, they ( collections company ) contacted my father and step mother regarding an alleged pay day loan taken out in Florida, where ach checks bounced, I currently live in PA, said they were filing in my current county XXXX I spoke with them ( collections company ) personally, they said they would garnish wages without asking me to court, are contacting my employer tomorrow ( XXXX ) to start garnishing wages

A person left a voicemail after I did not answer phone. I was threatened with a case number. I have no idea who this person or company is. After a few minutes the same person left a voicemail with the same message to my daughter and son in law. I do not even have my son in laws number. The number that called us is XXXX.
