American enterprises illegally reinserted the account # XXXX in my XXXX, XXXX and XXXX credit reports. This account have almost 7 years old. For that reason I sent a registered letter on XX/XX/2020 # XXXX ) requesting validation made pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection practices Act and Fair Credit Reporting Act .Not receiving any reply in 30days by American enterprises I decided to send a second registered letter in XX/XX/2020 # XXXX ), requesting again validation documents with a copy of any viable evidence bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately .On XX/XX/2020 they sent a copy of statement that does not have any signature of mine after more than 30 days.

In accordance with the FCRA Fair Credit Reporting Act, this creditor has violated my rights under 15USC1681 Section 602 states I have the right to privacy. 15USC1681 Section 604 A Section 2 states that consumer reporting agencies can not furnish an account without my written consent or instructions. Under 15USC166B a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open and consumer credit plan as late for any purpose.

American Enterprises I begged the reps to come pick up the vacuum cleaner for months. They continued to try to sell it to me after I consistently told them I didnt want the product. Several months later they decided to come pick it up. They then charged me for it and reported it as a delinquency on my credit report.
