On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted an agency called American Debt Consolidation. A man answered the phone and gave me options for helping my loan. He told me that I would do income driven repayment plan. He had me sign a digital contract and then told me not to pay my normal student loan provider XXXX. He then had me transferred to XXXX XXXX for consolidation purposes. I was confused but continued with the process. This place told me I would pay two payments of {$230.00} before my loans would be readjusted to {$200.00} a month. They had me send in my tax returns to prove my employment and also told me not to file taxes until they heard from me. I had two payments taken from my account and was never contacted. It is now XX/XX/XXXX and they still have not contacted me. I tried contacting them and there is never an answer from either business.

In XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was looking to consolidate my student loans because XXXX was charging me {$590.00} which was definitely unaffordable as a single parent. I was told that I qualified for the student loan forgiveness program and if I paid three payments of $ XXXX would then make payments of {$60.00} a month and after 10years my loans would be forgiven. In XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX again because i had not heard from anyone or received any paperwork on my payments I was then told to pay A one time payment of {$5.00} to XXXX and then my payments would start. Almost a year later and XXXX is calling for a {$590.00} payment. I think I have been ripped off!! I Need my money back!
