American cycle finance inc agreed in their privacy agreement that they would not report my nonpublic personal information to any non affiliates which are also Third parties, my XXXX consumer report show that American Cycle Finance Inc is reporting my non public personal information which is also breach of contracts. American Cycle Finance Inc is also infringing on my rights to privacy pursuant to the privacy of act of 1974 5 u.s.c 552a & 20 CFR 401.25 which states the term " record '' means any item, collection, or grouping of information about an individual that is maintained by an agency, including, but not limited to, his education financial transactions, medical history and criminal or employment history and that contains his name, or the identify number symbol, or other identifying particular assigned to the individual, such as a finger print or voice print or a photograph ; The Gramm-Leach Bliley-Act states I have a right to not have my nonpublic personal information shared especially resulting from transactions such as payment history ( late payments ) pursuant to 15 U.S.C 6809 ( 4 ) ( A ), 16 CFR 313.3 & 16 CFR 313.7 American Cycle Finance Inc has cause me financial injuries making hard me to obtain credit for personal family and household use ruined my reputation & character.

I XXXX XXXX entered into a consumer credit transaction with American Cycle Finance Inc on XX/XX/2018. A consumer credit transaction is a transaction in which a finance charge is involved. Pursuant to 15 usc 1605 a finance charge is the sum of all charges in a consumer credit transaction. Because I know that the finance charge is the sum of all charges I was not expecting a bill which is a violation of 15 USC 1692b or for funds to withdrawn from my bank account and they also added a extra {$50.00} for insurance which is supposed to be added in the finance charge Pursuant to 15 usc 1605b which is also a violation Please read attachment and you will see where American Cycle Finance Inc edited my requested information to creditor instead of debt collector in which I ask for and you will all see where they lied about not being a debt collector or receiving any money from the illegal collected pay.which put American Cycle Finance Inc in default and they didn't respond to my Affidavit the proper way. They never gave me an right to rescission form which is all a violation

I financed a motorcycle with american cycle finace on XX/XX/XXXX and made payments until XX/XX/XXXX. At that time the vehicle was refinaced by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I just paid off the loan thru XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. but the original loan was paid off to american cycle finance XX/XX/XXXX I talked to both banks and XXXX XXXX never recieved title from amerincyce finace. XXXX XXXX was never on the title of the loan. only myself and american cycle finance. I have been requesting the title from amaercan cycle finance for years with no efford for them top sent or replace it. Ther is an XXXX fee to aquire a title that i never had in my possesion. I request that amaerican cycle finace replace the title to the motor cycle or pay the fee to have it replaced. the motor cycle is a XXXX XXXX XXXX and i have attached payment history. American Cyle Finance Inc, did not give me an initial nor annual notice nor disclosure that I had a right to opt out of them reporting my credit transaction which is personal information. I no longer give American Cycle Finance Inc, consent to furnish my late payments with any credit reporting agencies or any other nonaffiliated third parties. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley-Act states I have a right to not have my non public personal information shared especially resulting from transactions such as Payment history pursuant to 15 U.S.C 6809 ( 4 ) ( A ). American Cycle Finance Inc is also in violation of the Privacy act of 1974 by reporting my personal information.
