I received a call from ACA on Monday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX, it 's a recorded message telling you this is in regards to a sensitive matter, please press XXXX. I pressed XXXX and got someone on the phone when I advised them that I was pressing the number XXXX he put me on hold and came back and advised they must have missed dialed and hung up. Then : I received a call from XXXX ACA on Friday XX/XX/XXXX XXXX. He proceeded to tell me that he was representing his customer and that he has legal rights to advise me that I owe a debt XXXX for {$850.00}. He claims I opened this account XX/XX/XXXX I did not open this account and told him so but he kept on talking, so I asked him to send me any documents via mail and he refused.

I got an automated call from XXXX stating that it was American Credit Adjusters and that they had a case that was filed with them against me. I was advised that my attorney or I needed to send something to them within 24 hours. It stated that they were going to pursue charges against me and I 'd be served at either my home or place of employment. I was told to call XXXX and provider my case # of XXXX ( my case # is my parents landline # and I do n't have any dealings with their phone at all so I do n't know where they got that information from ). They called my parents and my aunt, I 'm not sure how they linked my aunt to me but they 've gone that far.

In the third phone call I have received by the company within 24 hours, I was threatened to be taken to court, the representative XXXX XXXX exclaimed that " as a XXXX, I should pay my bills. '' She proceeded to tell me that I would have someone come to my job and or home to collect the debt from me. The first representative I spoke to said they were not trying to resolve anything, they were simply taking me to court, which I have yet to receive a summons for. The issue I continued to address with the parties is that the debt is not on my credit report and I have no one of validating the debt beyond what they were saying.

They have called me 38 times since XXXX XXXX. Call from the same number but give me a different number to call back. First they said their name was XXXX XXXX. On Friday they called me from the same number and said their name as American Credit Adjusters and to call on XXXX. They have sent me nothing in writing. I consider this harassment!!!

I continuously get calls from a " XXXX XXXX '' with some collection service called " ACA. '' He calls my work phone number and threatens that something serious will happen if I do n't return his phone call. The number he leaves is XXXX. He harasses my human resources department as well. I need these illegal calls to stop.

I have no idea if this is even legitimate, my bankruptcy attorney told me this could be a scam. American Credit Adjusters keeps calling me saying I owe a debt to XXXX XXXX, and I 've committed check fraud. I do n't have a clue what this is, and if it was legitimately mine, it was in my bankruptcy filing.

They keep calling me, made phone contact at least XXXX times. they said the wrong persons name to me both agreed it was not me.They said the calls would stop. They did not I have blocked there number XXXX times they change the number and keep calling even changing their name!
