I am an XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX Veteran an believe that I am been unfairly treated with regards to the approval loan process with the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association Mortgage services , specifically , with the underwriting department. I have have every requirement and submitted all the required documents only to have AAFMAA keep requiring additional irrelevant documents to delay this process based on my XXXX in my opinion. I applied for a {$25000.00} HELOC to pay or a replacement roof on/about XX/XX/XXXX and have submitted more than 30 documents and photos and have a credit score over XXXX, my house is valued at more than {$540000.00} and I owed approximately {$360000.00}. Because I am in a XXXX XXXX bankruptcy since XX/XX/XXXX, my application was approved on a conditional basis. I have met all of those conditions. But I am still being give the proverbial " runaround ''.
As an XXXX XXXX veteran, who has served our great nation for more than 23 years, I would greatly appreciate if someone would investigate my complaint or recommend the appropriate agency to handle my complaint.
