My name is XXXX XXXX and I am not sure where to turn. Someone told me that your company may be able to help me. I have been working on some things on my credit file and I believe that is how it started. Yesterday XX/XX/2018 I received a voicemail from a phone number of ( XXXX ) XXXX. The message stated that they needed to come by the house to have me sign a sale document and if I wasn't there they would go to my family members, so I called back to find out what this message was about they transferred me to someone else who stated they were trying to collect a debt from XXXX alarm system. The lady I spoke with stated if I didn't pay they will have a judgement held against us.
I wanted to speak with my husband first because this scared me and I wasn't sure what to do. I spoke with someone that understands credit and was told that I do have a right to see the break down of fees and get a validation of debt. So today XX/XX/2018 I called the same number and spoke to XXXX he will not send anything that shows a break down and if we do not call him back today and take care of this balance he states do not bother calling back!
Also he said the person that left me the message doesn't work for them but yet they left the same phone number I never said I would not pay the debt but what I wanted to see was validation of the debt and how they arrived at a balance owed.
When I called back the number the answered the phone XXXX XXXX XXXX.

Company approved me for a business loan of XXXX but pay them back XXXX in XX/XX/21.
They debit XXXX a day from my business account mon-fri.
I recently left the contract I used the loan 4 to start up. They couldn't pay what they promised so I went back to old job under another contractor and had to stop my business.
They held last 3 checks for 90 days to ensure no claims were issued. I told XXXX I need to pause payments until 2 weeks so I can pay with new job settlement.
They would not do that so they spiraled my account into negative. Down to XXXX I then asked 4 another loan so I can use business account to pay them Now there saying after 5 days of non payment they will add XXXX on the balance 2pay back.
They have handled this wrong and would not help me in anyway. My business account is ruined.

I was contacted twice on XX/XX/XXXX by a company calling themselves " XXXX '' and they represented " XXXX XXXX. '' I was told that I owed them a debt from 2008 and that they were hired to attempt to collect the debt prior to trial. I have never dealt with " XXXX XXXX. '' They also provided a social security number that was not mine but did not believe me when I told them that was not mine. I did not provide any information and told them that I do not believe them, I think this is a scam and I am reporting them immediately.
