to the best of my knowledge XXXX.
I have sign my contract and agreement to purchase my new home.
I submitted a FHA mortgage application to purchase my new home. I looked online for some of the FHA mortgages to apply for a home loan and this bank was one of the banks I applied to. the amount for the loan was XXXX. after submitting my application for the loan the mortgage banker contact me and ask questions about my credit score. did not discuss the action I needed to take to improve my score. I was told the bank could not help me and my credit score was not higher enough to get a mortgage loan. and I was turn down. I have been working on my credit score and made some improvements.to able to purchase my new home. I am a US citizen and pay my taxes and a veteran widow. why do i have such a hard time getting a loan for a home?
