EVENTS SURROUNDING AUTO LOAN PURCHASE XXXX XXXX, XXXX, I signed loan agreement on used XXXX XXXX XXXX ***Before signing I was notified that the XXXX was In a accident but no damage was reported and there were no visible signs of damage at all but a small surface dent on rear bumper. I first contacted the dealership XXXX XXXX, XXXX, about the vehicle I got from them. It began having serious issues that made me feel unsafe. The first issue was when accelerating it would begin losing power then jolting repeatedly for a minute or so until it would catch up to itself. I'm no mechanic but I figured there was a issue with the master airflow intake. Next issue appeared right after, which had me really concerned. When i made a turn in the XXXX it started running rough and i realized the rpms were jumping and a red flashing lightning bolt light appeared on the dash so i parked the XXXX and turned the vehicle off and re cranked it and it went away. This would happen also when I turned on the XXXX and sat idling for a minute. Reached out again to the dealership XXXX XXXX to get something done. On *XXXX XXXX I believe I talked to the mechanic for Central Auto sales, set up appointment to get the XXXX checked. Within a day or so I started having doubts the XXXX would make it to the shop located XXXX hours away. On XXXX XXXX, my account manager at JP Capital which is the lender of Central Auto Sales, contacted me and I made it clear that I wanted different terms, a different vehicle, or they could just get their vehicle and the deal be done. I was very respectful and responsive, and sent her a video to get a better insight on the situation and for proof that the issue was real. She let me know that someone was coming to get the vehicle but wouldn't tell me if it was a repossession. They came **XXXX XXXX or XXXX and got the vehicle. I gave them the key that I had and everything that came with it. I let account manager know there is No more damage created but would need to be vacuumed. *******************STANDING ISSUE WITH THE AUTO DEALER PURCHASE Central Auto sales lied and sold a vehicle that was damaged past what they disclosed to me. Attempted negotiation within the first 30 days to handle Issues before any payment was ever due. Account manager would not inform me if they were counting the action as repossession. ******************STANDING ISSUES WITH AUTOLOAN*************** JP Capital says I broke the contract, but the dealership committed fraud which should rescind the contract. Also JP Capital has some concerning mistakes in their paperwork. They notified me by certified mail they were selling my XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect what is owed which is completely not related to or linked to my contract or me.
