On XX/XX/XXXX i purchased a XXXX XXXX XXXX that i needed a co-signer for, my wife 's grandmother co-signed for me to get the XXXX along with putting {$5000.00} down. Allied Financial XXXX XXXX NC did not do the paperwork right and somehow listed me as the co-signer and and my wife 's grandmother as the buyer. The loan company has harassed us every single month a payment is due even some months days before the due date. They also refuse to fix the paperwork listing me as the owner and not a co-signer even though i have paid every payment on it. They have threatened me and grandma with jail time if the payment is not submitted when they request it to be made. They have also tried calling me and lying saying they are the post office and need an address for me. They have had my wife 's grandmother who is not in good health at XXXX XXXX XXXX in tears saying she is going to jail over this jeep payment. I would really like to know what i can do about this because they have crossed a line with me. Every time we speak they are very rude and threaten me and my grandmother. Please help me to know what my options are when dealing with them and this loan payment.
