I did not give permissable authorization for XXXX XXXX to request or view my credit report for a vehicle loan nor did I need financing from any of the lending agencies they solicited my SSN # to. Allied Financial used an erroneus address to fraudlently produce a loan application. The actions taken by this company were fraudlent and the finance represent named XXXX was fired after I reported her and salesman XXXX XXXX that they violiated my credit privacy. I hereby warned XXXX CEO and store manager XXXX that I demanded their office to remove their inquiries from my consumer credit reports. No where did I sign application or ask for a single dollar from this affliation.

Allied Financial contacted me in an attempt to collect a debt from a neighbor. On XXXX/XXXX/2015 a representative called my home and cell phone. The rep asked for me by name and advised me that I lived in close proximity to someone named XXXX. He then asked if I had seen or spoke to XXXX lately. I advised the rep that I did not know a XXXX and asked how he had obtained my information. He stated that it was public information and that he was well within his right to contact me about my neighbors debt. I advised him to not call my home or cell phone again in an attempt to collect a debt that I did n't owe and from a neighbor that I did not know.

Phone XXXX XXXX Acct. # XXXX XXXX for a payoff amount for an old car loan ; number shown on credit report is Allied Fin ( XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Each time I speak with someone at that number, the person on the other line can not verify the account. I challenged XXXX to verify the account, which they respond to say it was verified. When I ask for the number they used, it is the same number to Allied Fin., but when I call Allied Fin., they can not locate the account.

This company keeps calling and interrupting me at work, using profane language and not identify themselves besides breathing hard over the phone. I am scared that I might lose my job because I feel intimidated by their phone calls while I am at work and I am scared for my family and our livelihood.
