I have a student loan through XXXX and I was in the process of restarting my loan payments. I called the number for XXXX and I was connected to a company called Allied Enrollment and I thought that I was dealing with a company that was affliated with XXXX and that my student loan payments would be credited to XXXX. A few weeks ago Allied called me and advised me that they would need access to my XXXX account. I advised them that if they are affliated with XXXX that I should not have to get them access. They already debited XXXX months from my bank account in XXXX and XXXX for XXXX. I did not feel comfortable about the situation so I told I would not give them access to my XXXX account. I recently received email from XXXX that advised me that they had not received any payments toward my loan. I want the company to refund my payments since they do not represent XXXX
