I purchased some items XXXX before losing my job for {$150.00} school uniform pants for my daughter with my XXXX credit card.
Items were never received and shipped to an old address that I have not lived in since 2013 I initiated contact and requested refund which I felt was a legimate request they issued an investigation and offered a gift card which I never wanted I wanted my refund back on my card.
Also being off work since XXXX - my health played an issue and I submitted documents and was told that I did not qualify for help to pay my credit card.
I paid for a service regularly and was told now that I am in need I did not qualify These practices put in play are fraudulent to take my monthly payment and when I am in need I dont qualify but no one gets to return to all the money I paid for the service.
I want a refund back on my card I never got gift card and never wanted it I want a refund of all money put into for service that was suppose to help me in my time of need and out of work. These services should be illegal they take the money but dont help the consumer
