Allied showed up on my credit report last year for medical debt and they have recently filed a suit against me in small claims court. I contacted them to let them know I did not know who they were or why they were reporting these debts and to verify the debts. These accounts were from the local hospital. I was told that if the debts were mine and validated, that I could not pay the hospital and would have to pay Allied directly. XXXX told me this on a phone call XX/XX/2021. I called the hospital billing department to get them to validate the debts. They sent me the bills in the mail. Allied also sent me bills that all added up to {$800.00}. The bills that Allied sent me added up to the bills the hospital sent. I paid the hospital this amount directly, as they recalled the debt from Allied. This happened on XX/XX/2021. I have never had any transactions with Allied, because though they verified the amount, they never proved that they had the right to collect the debt. They are continuing to report inaccurate information on my credit report. They never updated these multiple accounts as disputed, and now they aren't removing them, as they no longer hold the debt. The hospital recalled it, and it has been paid. They are also stating that they will continue the lawsuit because of two bills that they did not and can not validate. I spoke with XXXX and XXXX on the phone on XX/XX/2021, and they said that even with the paid amount to the hospital, they're still collecting on two additional accounts that they did not validate when I asked. They had the opportunity to send these to me and did not. Allied also had personal medical information that was much more than the minimum amount of information they need to collect on debts. They sent me with their validation what procedures these bills were for, which is a huge HIPAA violation. I can prove this with their validation paperwork. Also, on the phone call I had with XXXX on XX/XX/2021, she almost slipped up by mentioning one of the procedures that one of the bills was for. They need to quit reporting these paid and inaccurate medical bills : - The debt has been recalled by the XXXX, and they are not the hospital. - The debts were disputed but not reported as disputed. - They provided me with my personal medical history that they should not have had.

To Whom it may concern, Below is the letter that I sent to the creditor over 60 days ago to dispute the reported debt. To this day I have not received any response from the creditor. Also, I never received anything stating that this debt would be added to my credit report and have not received any kind of written notification. To Whom it may concern, Please note, this is not a refusal to pay, rather a statement that your claim is disputed and validation is demanded. ( 15 USC 1692g Sec. 809 ( b ) ) I do hereby request that your office provide me with complete documentation to verify that I owe the said debt and have any legal obligation to pay you. Please provide me with the following : 1. Proof that you either own or were assigned the debt from the creditor. 2. Proof that you have the right to collect this debt in my state. 3. Proof that your company carries a bond. 4. Proof that the Statute of Limitations has not expired. 5. Complete payment history on this account along with an accounting of all additional charges being assessed. 6. Copy of the original contract bearing my signature. 7. Your license numbers and Registered Agent 8. Name and address from the original creditor. Please do not send a computer printout itemizing your outstanding debt, as this is not sufficient proof according to the Fair Trade Commission opinion letters. Thanks in advance,

On or about XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital ( XXXX ) sent me a letter saying that I had been accepted for financial assistance at 100 % for medical debt through them. They had sent my debt to Allied Collections in XXXX ( legal extortion ) in or around XX/XX/XXXX. They tried extorting me for half the year but were unhappy because Im XXXX and therefore extortion proof. They wouldnt even verify the debt for me ( see attached ). I notified them of the decision by XXXX and Im sure XXXX did also. In XX/XX/XXXX I noticed they are still reporting the debt and even added more to my XXXX credit report. Its my opinion they did this because of a letter I sent them telling them what I think of them and that I would file bankruptcy before I paid them. ( See attached ) Because of their failure to do the right thing I and my family have to suffer because of this deliberate act! I want this deleted and them fined for it. I want it deleted immediately and I will not accept their blaming XXXX or XXXX ( not having control over when they delete because I know all they have to do is contact them and have it done.

On Saturday XX/XX/2020 I received another letter from Allied Collections Service Inc. after I told them not to contact me. I also advised them that I was going to file bankruptcy plus that Im judgment proof ( extortion proof ) because Im XXXX and have been for over 5 years so Im unemployed and will never be employed again. They have harassed me over and over ( the tie up the local court system harassing the poor ) I even changed my phone number because of their harassment. I havent filed bankruptcy yet but Im in the process of doing the paperwork and Im definitely filing ASAP so because of all the above they have no reason to continue the harassment. If you look at my last complaint I attached everything Im pointing out now in regards to them being advised not to contact me, bankruptcy and being XXXX.

received collections notice from Allied Collections agency about ( XXXX ) medical bills. I received this notice on XXXX/XXXX/2015. The letter was dated XXXX/XXXX/2015. My attorney sent dispute letter to collection agency on XXXX/XXXX/2015 one day after I received it. I have attached that letter. They asked for verification and itemized details of the charges. This collections debt showed up on my credit report in XXXX and it showed that it was XXXX reported in XXXX 2015. They had never sent verification of the debt to my attorney before it showed on my credit report and still have not. Their illegal reporting of this debt damaged my credit score and credit rating.
