In XX/XX/XXXX2021 I received correspondence from Alliance Collection Agencies, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX about a medical debt they said I owed. Wrote back to them denying the debt, asked for verification. They responded within 30days. I called them on XX/XX/XXXX, explained that I was unemployed due to a surgery and Covid, but I wanted to pay something on the bill to keep it from going on my credit. The representative XXXX explained that she understood and told me the balance of what they said I owed which was {$940.00} more than what they verified to me in our correspondence. I told her I had a different amount which was {$460.00}, at that time, and that I did not agree on any unverified amount and would need verification to agree to any amounts other than what I called about. ( They never sent verifications for the additional amount ). She then asked how much I wanted to pay, I told her again that I am unemployed and didn't have much but could pay {$50.00} at that time. She said she understood and that to just continue to pay what I could. I agreed then proceeded to give my debit card over the phone. Authorized the one-time payment and got the confirmation number ( XXXX ). I asked again how much I owed ; she then gave me the balance of {$410.00}. Never once did she say the payments that were owed to the original creditor were divided into different accounts and that the payments were not going towards the entire balance. Subsequently, I paid them monthly via their website. Last payment being on XX/XX/XXXX confirmation In XX/XX/XXXX I received correspondence from Alliance Collection Agencies, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX about a medical debt they said I owed. She then asked how much I wanted to pay, I told her again that I am unemployed and could only pay {$50.00} at that time. She stated she understood, and to just pay whatever I could afford. I gave her my debit card number, she charged it and came back with confirmation number ( XXXX ) Subsequently, I paid them monthly via their website. Last payment being on XX/XX/XXXX, weeks before they reported it to the credit bureaus for late payments stemming back to XXXX. Also, they reported to all 3 of the credit bureaus that I owed on 3 separate accounts which one of them was only {$1.00}, and illegal to report on according to law. The three accounts they reported are really one account and should have not been allowed by the credit bureau to report as such, Especially, the one for a {$1.00}, and the fact that I was paying regularly on the account. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted Alliance Collection Agencies to discuss why after paying them for the aforementioned debt they still reported falsely, and illegally to the credit bureaus. Representative XXXX responded by asking my name which I gave, then she proceeded to ask for my last 4 of my SS number. I responded with pardon me? She repeated and before I could answer, she just abruptly hung up. I called back thinking we may have been disconnected, but no answer and was sent to voicemail. I waited a while longer then tried back, sent to voicemail again. I feel unfairly treated, that they had no intentions of holding to their agreement, and that they just wanted money and to ruin my credit purposefully. Hence the {$1.00} debt reported to the bureaus.

1. XXXX had visits with XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, and XX/XX/XXXX. 2. We were covered by a XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX told us they are not supposed to submit claims to XXXX XXXX XXXX ( even though they had done it for almost 18 months for us ). 3. Our XXXX XXXX XXXX told us we could submit the claim, but after about 100 days they told us only the provider could submit the claim. XXXX XXXX refused to do this and sent the bill to collections. 4. We received a bill dated XX/XX/XXXX from collections and paid it in full, {$730.00}, by check on XX/XX/XXXX. 5. We received a bill dated XX/XX/XXXX from collections and paid it in full, {$160.00} by check on XX/XX/XXXX. 6. XXXX contacted a friend at XXXX XXXX ( XXXX worked there for over 10 years ) and got the friend to agree to submit the bill to our XXXX XXXX XXXX saying she would only do it this once. This resulted in our XXXX XXXX XXXX paying what our coverage stipulated and having the collection agency refund us {$100.00} which I deposited on XX/XX/XXXX. At this point we thought we were done with this. 7. Last month, XX/XX/XXXX, we received a bill from XXXX XXXX charging us for the services on the three dates listed in point 1. I called up the billing office and told them their computers had made a mistake as we had already paid for these services through a collection agency. I was told we owed the money, they implied I was mistaken that I had paid it, and I should contact the collection agency to straighten anything out with them, but XXXX XXXX had not been paid and I owed the money. 8. I called the collection agency the same day. Their records showed I had paid the bills. They mailed me receipts. And they said it was odd that XXXX XXXX said we didnt pay the bills as XXXX XXXX has authorization to look into the collection agencys computer system to see if we had paid. 9. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX called a friend at XXXX XXXX and explained the situation and asked them to look into the collection agencys system for the proof that we paid for the XX/XX/XXXX services. 10. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX heard back from XXXX XXXX that the collection agency refunded us {$400.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. This did not happen, but it turns out it is consistent with the receipts we received from the collection agency. Unfortunately, XXXX had asked them to look up that we had made the payments we made and this question was not investigated. 11. At some point in XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX sent this XXXX rehash of the XX/XX/XXXX charges to the wrong XXXX XXXX XXXX, one that wasnt covering us in XX/XX/XXXX. They denied the charges. 12. In XXXX we received a bill from XXXX XXXX for the same three XX/XX/XXXX services in the amount of {$1600.00}. 13. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX received a voicemail from XXXX XXXX asking her to call them about a business issue. She called and was told she owed {$1600.00} and was then asked how she wanted to pay for it. She explained to the woman that we had already paid this through a collection agency. She was then passed to someone else. That woman told her it didnt matter that we had paid the collection agency, we owed the money, and if we wanted money refunded from when we paid last year we had to talk to the collection agency. XXXX XXXX is saying we have to pay them {$1600.00} for services we have already paid for and if we dont they will send it to collections. XXXX was in tears after this conversation and has been losing sleep since then. This is forcing her to change providers as we cant trust XXXX XXXX billing and are not certain if any payment for future services would be applied to the correct services. 14. On XX/XX/XXXX spoke with XXXX at Alliance Collection Agencies , Inc. to try to get them to correct their transactions. I was told that she could not change the transactions. I asked her if I showed proof if anyone at her agency could change the transactions so they would be correct and she said no.

The Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) prohibits debt collectors from placing repeated or continuous telephone calls or conversations to you with the intent to harass, oppress, or abuse you. Evidence of repeated violation of the FDCPA by Alliance Collections Agencies , Inc., XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX, from the following phone numbers & mailed correspondence below : 1. XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX Central : I received an Automated Voicemail from Alliance Collections Agencies saying : We have an important message from Alliance Collection Agency Inc . This is a debt collector. Please call XXXX. With no other information, account number, or phone number that the message was sent from for me to reference. 2. XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX Central : I received an Automated Voicemail from Alliance Collections Agencies saying : We have an important message from Alliance Collection Agencies Inc . This is a debt collector. Please call XXXX. With no other information, account number, or phone number that the message was sent from for me to reference. 3. XX/XX/2023 : This information from Alliance & XXXX confused me, as I have a XXXXXXXX XXXX. Both agencies are medical debt collection agencies. And based on the information I had at that point in time, it was unclear to me why two separate debt collectors AND XXXX XXXX were all contacting for the same & conflicting service dates/amounts. This was extremely confusing and taxing for me to resolve. When I tried to resolve with each of these companies I was met with hostile customer service agents ( XXXX XXXX ), violation of communication consent ( Alliance & XXXX ), and other violations of the FDCPA. 4. XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX Central : I called Alliance Collection Agencies , Inc. , requesting that they not contact me over the phone, only by mail. And that they send me the details to validate the debt. They agreed to stop contacting me over the phone and only via mail. Alliance told me they would send me more information to validate the debt. 5. XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX : I called Alliance Collection Agencies , Inc. , @ XXXX requesting for a 2nd time that they not contact me over the phone, only by mail. And that they send me the details to validate the debt. They agreed to stop contacting me over the phone and only via mail. Alliance told me that I could send them a letter requesting the information needed to validate the debt via email @ XXXX. 6. XX/XX/2023 @ XXXX Central : I emailed XXXX my request that they validate the debt ( Attached : Alliance Collections Agencies , Inc. - Official Response Letter - XX/XX/2023 ) 7. XX/XX/2023 : I received a mailed letter from Alliance Collections Agencies , Inc. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX ( Attached : Alliance Collection Agencies Inc. - Mailed Letter - XX/XX/2023 ) : Providing information in an attempt to validate the debt based on my mailed request to them to do so. The letter includes 3 pages that all state : According to our records, you also requested our agency not to communicate with you about your account. This is false. I requested they not communicate with me over the Phone, but that they could send me information via Mail. I requested this on XX/XX/2023, and XX/XX/2023.

I have previously disputed these medical debt online with the credit reporting bureau 's and each time they continue to say the accounts are verified, but yet I never received anything and the debts would stay on my reports. Finally I sent Alliance Collection Agency a debt validation letter invoking my rights and utilizing the Texas XXXX XXXX. I specifically asked for XXXX XXXX info so that I know Alliance Collection is licensed to collect a debt in the state of Texas, I asked for some sort of a signed contact that authorizes Alliance Collection to collect this debt for the medical provider. I asked for a signed contact that was allegedly signed by me that I authorized the medical services. I asked for a number of things that I am entitled to under the Texas XXXX XXXX and I was ignored. When these debts originally happened years ago, I had an issue with identity theft and my brothers would take my personal ID and use it at their discretion. My brothers and I look a lot alike and that is why I find it absolutely important that I know these debts are mine and that I was not another victim of identity theft. I have had to deal with courts and police officers from the past because when my brothers would get in trouble, they would use my name and I would have to deal with it. Under Texas XXXX XXXX XXXX for debt validation I have had my rights as a Texas consumer violated and ignored. I sent Alliance Collection Agency a debt validation letter to confirm this debt is mine and they ignored my request. Under the current law,30 days should be enough time to validate such requests. And it has been well past the 30 day mark! I mailed the above named company I letter on XXXX/XXXX/15, they received and signed for the letter on XXXX/XXXX/15. They violated my request in 2 ways. 1, for ignoring my request, and 2, for continued attempt to collect on this debt by actively reporting to the XXXX major Credit Bureaus XXXX There is plenty of supporting case law to back this claim up, that actively reporting to the bureau 's is in deed a form of debt collection. I have not received any info from this collection agency to prove I owe this debt. I find it malicious, and I feel I have been taking advantage of by Alliance Collection Agency and I would like all accounts with Alliance Collection Agency removed and deleted from all XXXX credit bureau 's. I have uploaded supporting documents to help prove my case. In my supporting documents, you can see all the account numbers I referenced and that I needed debt validation.Thank you so much and I really hope the CFPB can see that alliance collection agency has taken advantage of my rights and the law. You are my last hope for resolving this matter and because of Alliance Collection Agency I have been in extreme anxiety and other forms of XXXX because of the grief they have caused me. I have tried so many times to handle this matter as an adult and take care of it responsibly but they have ignore my every request. Have a good day.

Over the past month approximately, I have received several phone calls from a restricted/unknown number. Each time I answered the person calling would say they were calling regarding a personal business matter and needed me to verify my personal information. Each time the call came in from a restricted number, I answered and I asked the caller to identify what company they were calling with or who was calling and when I asked this. They would not identify themselves, but said it was regarding a personal business matter and first needed to verify my personal information. Each time I informed them that I was not giving my personal information out over the phone unless they identified themselves. ( With 17 years working in the XXXX XXXX XXXX and knowing how scammers work, I was not giving my information to a caller who restricted their number and would not identify themselves. ) On XX/XX/2021, I received a notice from XXXX XXXX that my credit score had dropped 42 points -- that there were six new collection accounts placed on my credit report by Alliance Collections located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX. I immediately called Alliance Collection Agency and spoke to XXXX. I asked XXXX why they did not contact me by phone regarding this debt ( from XXXX XXXX XXXX in the amount of {$2200.00}. ) XXXX said they had called me eight times and that I refused to give them my information. I explained to her that I do not give out my personal information to callers who do not identify themselves especially when they are calling from a restricted number. I also asked her why six separate hits were put on my credit report and she said because that is how the accounts were sent over, even though they are all from the same party, XXXX XXXX XXXX. ( Because they listed it as six debts despite all being from XXXX XXXX XXXX, it had a huge negative effect on my credit score that I have worked so hard to rebuild after my divorce. ) I explained to XXXX that they called from a restricted number and then would not identify themselves, so I was not giving out my personal information or verifying it because I was afraid of identity theft/being scammed. I told her I would've gladly cooperated with them had they identified themselves because I'm currently making bi-weekly payments to another debt collector for medical bills I have incurred this past year -- all these medical bills are due to XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and losing a large portion of my income due to Covid.

This company is reporting an account that is not mine. They have failed to proof that their is a legal binding or contractual obligation to pay this debt. Furthermore, I am allowed under the HIPAA law ( Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ) to protect my privacy and medical records from THIRD PARTIES. I do not recall giving permission to Alliance Collection, for them to release my medical information to a third party, I understand that HIPAA does allow for limited information about me but any details may only be revealed with the patients authorization, therefore I demand that you cease and desist your illegal reporting of this account and have it deleted from my report as soon as possible. Here are the laws violated : 805. Communication in connection with debt collection ( a ) Communication with the consumer generally Without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, a debt collector may not communicate with a consumer in connection with the collection of any debt -- ( 1 ) at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known to be inconvenient to the consumer. In the absence of knowledge of circumstances to the contrary, a debt collector shall assume that the convenient time for communicating with a consumer is after XXXX XXXX XXXX and before XXXX XXXX XXXX, local time at the consumer 's location ; ( 2 ) if the debt collector knows the consumer is represented by an attorney with respect to such debt and has knowledge of, or can readily ascertain, such attorney 's name and address, unless theattorney fails to respond within a reasonable period of time to a communication from the debt collector or unless the attorney consents to direct communication with the consumer ; or ( 3 ) at the consumer 's place of employment if the debt collector knows or has reason to know that the consumer 's employer prohibits the consumer from receiving such communication.

I discovered a medical debt in the amount of {$23000.00} reported by Alliance Collection Agency, located XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX, WI XXXX being reported on XXXX credit reports. I disputed the debt as I had no knowledge of the account on XX/XX/XXXX. Additionally, I placed a phone call to Alliance and requested they validate the debt and provide me with original copies of the bills and providers. I did not ever receive any documentation from Alliance, and my future phone calls to them regarding this issue were sent to a voicemail box. I did not receive any calls back. In XXXX of XXXX, I placed a call again, and was able to speak with a supervisor. I inquired about the debt and requested again, proof of the debt and originals. I received a copy of a bill from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. The bill is not in my name, nor my address. The treatment records are for this person 's child, who is not my child. I immediately called Alliance again, to inquire about the errors and to ask for removal. They stated they had identified the problem and that someone would reach out to XXXX XXXX to for removal. They stated to call back in a few days to check the status. I did call back and was told that they had to confer with XXXX XXXX, I spoke with XXXX with XXXX XXXX billing who interrogated me regarding the debt even though the debt is in someone else 's name, ss #, a different city etc. This large collection account is causing me severe credit damage, furthermore the collection agency contends the debt belongs to me, even while none of my identifying information is within it. Alliance Collection Agency is also reporting two accounts on my credit files which were discharged in a Chapter XXXX bankruptcy in XXXX. They will not remove the accounts despite having proof of the bankruptcy and discharges.

I have been experiencing billing issues with XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, WI since XXXX which resulted in many of my claims being sent to multiple collection agencies. I was on a negotiated payment plan with XXXX XXXX and making monthly payments. In XX/XX/XXXX they sent over {$3000.00} in medical claims off to multiple collection agencies without a phone call or letter. We are working with the XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX to get to the bottom of that problem. What I didn't realize before the claims were sent off to collections was there are several that were paid in full many months ago. To make matters worse, the alleged amounts due have been reported as negative on all three credit reporting agencies. Two claims were given to Alliance Collection Agencies. They were advised by telephone back in XXXX that I am disputing the debt. One claim was paid in full ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX but it still went to collections. The other claim ( XXXX ) needs verification because there are missing payments to XXXX XXXX that should have paid this is full last year. After reviewing my credit report I noticed a few issues that are very concerning to me. Alliance has not reported that this debt is being disputed. They also changed the open date from when it was previously reported by XXXX XXXX. If I am not mistaken I believe that they are re-aging my medical claims. Claim XXXX was originally reported as opened XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. Alliance reported the open date as XX/XX/XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. Claim XXXX was originally reported as opened XX/XX/XXXX by XXXX XXXX XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. Alliance reported the open date as XX/XX/XXXX on my XX/XX/XXXX credit report. Keep in mind this claim was paid in full long ago!

I have written NUMEROUS LETTERS to alliance collections asking for validation of these debts they are claiming against me and all they have sent is a medical bill statement which by legal definition if NOT a legal validation of debt as anyone can make/manipulate that. They need to produce signed documentation with my signature showing that I signed for this debt. Second these are medical bills ( I am in no way stating or claiming these to be mine ) I have never signed and allowed for any of my medical information to be released. Alliance collection did NOT provide me a HIPAA release that releases my medical information to them, therefore by providing such information they are in VIOLATION of my HIPAA rights. I am proceeding with legal action as prescribed by law against the above named original creditor/collection agency should these items not be deleted within 3 days of them receiving this complaint. I will seek every legal remedy available to me and file suit against alliance collections and the credit bureaus responsible for reporting this violation. I urge you to take this extremely seriously as I have documented my case without error. I encourage a response from you expeditiously. I have sued and won small claims cases of {$10000.00} each against the credit bureaus once and will do the same for EACH collection account alliance collections has on my credit reports seeking a total of over {$250000.00} if they do not remove these items immediately.

I signed a contract as a condition of employment with a commercial trucking company. In the contract it states " Promise to Pay. By signing this agreement, you promise to repay to XXXX the value of the XXXX if you do not complete XXXX paid solo miles. You are responsible for repayment if you voluntarily terminate your employment or you fail to maintain your driving qualifications other than your physical qualifications '' I was terminated by the company after having a small accident. I did not voluntarily terminate and was still qualified to drive. I did not break the contract and was acting in good faith with the company. The company did not tell me at the time of my termination that they expected me to pay this money. They withheld a small portion of my last pay and this is how I found out about their intentions. I called the company 's HR department and they refused to discuss the issue of owing a debt and said that a collection agency would contact me. The collection agency that contacted me was sent XXXX registered letters explaining that I did not owe the money. I have contacted an attorney two times to receive guidance on this issue. The collection agency has called me six times after receiving the letters. My former employer does not have a right to seek this money by the nature of the wording in the contract. I wish to have this resolved without having to seek legal action in a court of law.

XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX Hospital, XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WI was dispatched to my home, where I had fallen. For which the total cost is now showing on my credit report as a delinquent amount of {$3000.00}. As recent as of XX/XX/XXXX and to remain till XX/XX/XXXX. Is now in the hands of Alliance Collection Agency. I would not have known this outstanding derogatory bill was on my credit report Except I began the process of buying a home. I have had XXXX XXXX since XX/XX/XXXX. Some how XXXX, XXXX XXXX Hospital deemed me responsible for the bill, for which I explain to them XXXX would take care of it. However it did not. On XX/XX/XXXX I contacted XXXX Supervisor XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ). He advised me to talk with XXXX in billing. Both had explained to me there was no longer a balance due and XXXX explaining that XXXX ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ) who assist in medical where XXXX does not, Had taken care of the balance, according to XXXX XXXX, this mater was handled on XX/XX/XXXX. I have also spoke with the Alliance Collection Agency and it seems as though the matter is getting worse. There are two other matters on My Credit Report as well for which I have satisfied but have not yet been deleted as resolved. However I am filing complaint one at a time, this one being the largest and most difficult. I hope I have included all that is needed for this matter to receive your attention. Please Help.

Served with papers without notifying me ahead of time in XX/XX/XXXX. And at that time it was all pending because I filed for community care and aspirus had sent me a letter saying that XXXX XXXX would pay 75 % of the bills that were at alliances collections I thought everything was taken care of and I was just waiting to find out what I was to pay after the 75 % was paid but never heard anything from alliance or aspirus then one day I 'm served with papers to go to court. So I called alliance to try to work things out they said I could n't pay less than XXXX a month I said I could pay XXXX a month because I do have other bills they said no I had to pay XXXX or go to court and every time I call them they are rude and uncaring, I recently called because I was explaining to them why I was short on the last payment and also explained that I am filing malpractice against the doctor who did XXXX on my XXXX which those are the bills that are at alliance collections, and right away the girl asked me where I was getting the money for an attorney I told her it was none of her business. And now today XX/XX/XXXX I spoke with XXXX explaining that I was going to refinance my mortgage and get extra money to pay this bill at alliance collections off then she proceeded to tell me several times I was behind on my payment by XXXX and that if it is not paid they would take me to court.

I was the victim of an accident and had to receive Medical Treatment on XX/XX/20. After I started receiving Medical Bills from XXXX XXXX XXXX I gave them all the proper Insurance information. I have a great insurance plan and have never had any issues having anything Medical get paid by my insurance provider. My insurance plan is a 2 card system, in that I have a Primary and Secondary Insurance. Anything is not picked up by the Primary Insurance is always picked up by the Secondary. When I gave XXXX XXXX my Insurance information, someone assumed that it is a Limited Benefit Plan, but it is NOT. IF they would have called for verification, the Secondary Insurance Provider would have told them. Since they flagged by Insurance Plan as a Limited Benefit Plan, the medical bills were never submitted to my secondary insurance for this bill. All other bills regarding this accident, including an ambulance ride, were paid without any issues. Because of the length of time that it took to get this figured out, the bill was submitted to a Collection Agency and now sits on my Credit Report. XXXX XXXX XXXX has taken this out of Collections ( and out of Bad Debt ), but Alliance Collection Agency is still reporting this as a collection on my Credit Report. I need this taken off ASAP, as it is negatively affecting me in a very big way.

I contacted Alliance collections about putting 8 collections on my credit for the same collection and how it was an unfair practice for them to use my doctor dates of services and the broken up bills that the hospital sent them for the grand total, when those dates of services and those bills were never sent to me like that in the first place. They wrote back to me telling me its basically legal for them to do that..and sent the list of the dates of service. Those billls were sent to my insurance and then sent to me. So i got them as a big bill. I know you ( Allaince ) got contracted to pay off one amount. Not all of the little amounts you are are trying to use as your bills to ruin my credit and make me pay faster. It only makes me want to contact a lawyer and see what i can do because i have proof that it was one bill from the hospital. being on XXXX, is hard getting by anyway, and when you do this to people to hurt them it is terrible and it is unethical i feel to ruin someone's credit when they are paying you just because you want them to pay quicker. I know I owe, it is not about that or the amount. It is about you putting 8 hits on my credit for one bill from the hospital. That is ridiculous. That is unfair and unethical practices.

I used XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, WI XXXX Therapy in XXXX XXXX, WI and paid my copays regularly. XXXX billed me incorrectly omitting copays which I sent proof of payments made on my credit card on XX/XX/2019. I requested XXXX 's XXXX Department to adjust the billing for any missing copays and I would pay the bill. I have not received any response from XXXX on that or any other correspondence I have sent them. I was able to account for {$50.00} of copays which I had not paid and paid them to XXXX on XX/XX/2019 but I sent the payments to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Maine. XXXX refused and told me they were holding my {$50.00} as a credit against any future billings. XXXX turned a bill of {$25.00} over to Alliance Collection Agency in XXXX, WI. Alliance Collection Agencies , Inc. sent a letter dated XX/XX/, indicating that I owe an amount of {$200.00}. I replied with a certified and returned receipt letter on XX/XX/, for Alliance to validate the debt, but never received a response. Alliance sent a second letter dated XX/XX/ XXXX for the same amount of {$200.00} without response to the first letter dated XX/XX/ XXXX They completely ignored my request. Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ), I have the right to request a validation of the debt. This is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practice Act and validation is required by Federal and State law. I have attached both letters in this complaint with the certified receipt number. In addition, I requested Alliance Collection Agencies to provide me with all of the information in both letters I sent. This is to provide me with the agreement and contract with my signature and validation of HIPAA with my signature. They ignored my request for the second time. I examined my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX and Alliance Collection Agencies reported inaccurate information to the credit bureaus ; XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX which is a violation of my rights.

On my credit report, I have 2 medical bills that were reported to the collections account named " ALLIANCE COLLECTION AG ''. The 1st one was from original creditor " XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX '' for the amount of {$360.00} ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ) and was sent to collections and reported on XX/XX/XXXX. The 2nd was from original creditor " XXXX XXXX XXXX '' for the amount of {$75.00} ( opened XX/XX/XXXX ), also sent to collections and reported on XX/XX/XXXX. After reviewing my credit report, I IMMEDIATELY took action and called Alliance Collection Agency to make full payment and resolve the collections. We had worked out a deal and agreed that they would remove them once paid, and they have failed to fulfill their side. I paid BOTH of the collection amounts in FULL within 48 hours. It is crucial to have these removed from my credit report because it is prohibiting me from getting funding. As I have fulfilled my part of the deal and fully paid off my accounts, I would like the collections immediately removed from my credit report, as they have failed to do so.

Bill was sent to Mom in XXXX. It was an XXXX bill pertaining to a XXXX appt. for my Dad, who died in early XXXX. I called XXXX to see what action should be taken as my Mom doesn't have the money to pay this bill, and it was my father 's bill. They said my mother had to pay the bill. No payment plan was available. Apparently, XXXX then changed the address to my Mother 's name to send more bills. I took the bill and paid it XXXX XXXX. This week Mom got another bill from XXXX 's collection agency, Alliance Collection Agencies , Inc. of XXXX WI. This bill/letter is mostly in " bold '' print and threatening debt collection judgement against my XXXX year old Mom, and the bill was already paid! I called XXXX and they said they had recieved the check in XXXX, but it was sitting in an " ink '' account and did not get processed. What is an " ink '' account? And why would they not process the check and send it to a collection agency, even though they have their money? This is a bad practice!

I have disputed this account with the credit bureaus on several occasions as well as disputed with Alliance. This company continues to report this unverifiable, inaccurate account on my reports. I requested debt validation in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/2016, to no avail. This company did not send me any documents I requested that substantiated a summary of all account activities, including all payments made, copies of charge slips, invoices or any other documents proving my indebtedness, nor did they send me copies of all documents sent to me regarding this account, copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what they say I owe them, as well as prove the statute of limitations has not expired on this account. See attached documentation. The documents sent to me from this company DO NOT VALIDATE THIS DEBT AS BELONGING TO ME. Since this third party collection company is unable to validate the debt, this item must be deleted from my report immediately.

XXXX XXXX XXXX has not made any attempt to contact me or collect from me regarding her account. XXXX XXXX XXXX has put her account in collections with Alliance Debt Collectors. She still wo n't pay so Alliance has sent letters to me saying I owe this debt and they have reported it to the credit reporting agencies that I am a co-signor on her account and it is in collections. I have informed Alliance that it is not my debt and asked for verification. They sent a reply that does show my ex-wife owing this debt but not that I owe it. Last letter from Alliance is that they have been authorized to refer me to Attorney to be sued. A few days later a letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX arrived that he has been authorized to sue me unless I contact Alliance and pay.

Alliance Collection Agency received a bill to collect on me, which was {$1500.00} at the time, from my dr. /hospital. and they contacted me and tried to get me to pay them an amount I couldn't afford. Instead, I pay a smaller amount every month to them. The bill they send me is for the full amount every month since. I was notified the other day that Alliance took the {$1500.00} bill and broke it up into 7 smaller bills and reported them all to my credit report with the same dates of service, in otherwords, the same bill they send me every month with the full amount. They are sending little bills to the reporting agency and a huge bill to me. How shady is that? Is this even legal? Why would they do this to me. I might not be paying the huge amount they wanted, but I am paying what I can each month. Why would they do this to someone just to ruin their credit? What can be done? Please help.

To whom it may concern, The company Alliance Collect has attempted to collect a debt from me. This company has sent me documents trying to validate the debt and didnt send me my Hipaa release form, instead sent me a detailed description of what happened at the visit. This company should not have access to my PHI without my authorization. I spoke to a gentleman named XXXX before sending them a validation letter. I was confused about our conversation and only took away owing {$480.00}. On XX/XX/2021, XXXX flagged my account giving this debt a new open date and late payment. Im more this frustrated with this company Alliance collect because I sent them a violation of my Hipaa rights letter demanding them to seize any action to collect this debt and to not report to the credit bureaus. They took it upon themselves to report this debt and not respond to my letter.

XX/XX/XXXX was my first dispute with the collection agency. I sent a letter XX/XX/XXXX requesting information that proves I owe the debt. I asked for documentation with my signature of the alleged debtor where I promised to pay the original creditor. I asked for a complete payment history on this account, copies of any papers that showed I agreed to pay what they alleged I owe.On XX/XX/XXXX they sent me a validation letter with a generic itemize bill with procedures and charges. They also stated saying that my name and address was correct and the debt belong to me. I sent another letter XX/XX/XXXX stating that they had fail providing me with satisfactory proof and information that I owe this debt. They could not prove I owe this debt and was asked to stop reporting to the credit bureau. I believe the documents that were sent to me is a Hippa violation.

I sent Alliance Collection Agency a certified letter on XX/XX/XXXX, that they signed for on XX/XX/XXXX, stating that the debt is disputed. On XX/XX/XXXX 30 days after they signed for the mail they did not have the account stating disputed on all 3 credit bureau 's. I requested validation bearing my signature stating that I am contractually obligated to pay Them. I stated to them, if they could not provide me with this information ( and they still have not ) within 30 days of receipt of this letter, they must request that all credit reporting agencies delete the entry as per FDCPA 807 [ 15 USC 1962e ]. I also sent a follow up letter on XX/XX/XXXX as of today XX/XX/XXXX they have not complied. These accounts were paid by workers compensation. It is there responsibility to validate debts before they purchase them, which they did not do.

Alliance Collection Agencies placed a Collection account on my consumer report at all three major credit reporting companies on a report I pulled in XXXX of XXXX. Prior to this, I never received any communication from this company about the alleged debt. I do not have any type of relationship with the alleged debt collector. Allegedly this was for something from back in XXXX of XXXX. It is just now being reported to my credit report. This is a terrible situation, especially as I have no current balance with the alleged original creditor, let alone owing anything to a third party debt collector with whom no contract was ever made. It is crazy how a company can just put some totally false and negative information on your report causing a decrease in a score of 20 or more points for some money that is not even owed.

Alliance collection agency continuously contacts you multiple times per day from unavailable numbers. They also go so far as harassing you while at work even when a company does not allow for personal calls. I attempted to make a payment plan originally for medical expenses that I owed and they refused stating i had to at least pay half of what I owed ( approx {$1800.00} ) and even suggested that I take money out of my XXXX. I explained that I was a single parent with a child under XXXX years old and let them know what I could do for monthly payments. However, this was not good enough and they still tried to take me to court. This company harrasses people until they literally have nothing left financially and will do anything they can to ensure your family is left second to their demands.

I had multiple medical issues/visits that were immediate emergency situations, each resulting in high bills. I was told that the bills were under my fathers name and account and that they were going to him. However, they appeared on my credit report with 7 open accounts in collections, all of which I was never notified about or received written notice for. I took the initiative and set up an automatic monthly payment plan to pay it off each month until fully paid off, which has been in process now for the past 6 months. Although I was never notified and was given the wrong information, I wanted to make sure that it is being taken care of and paid off. I have attached screenshots of the open accounts in collections. I have 100 % payment history.

I would NEVER consent to any outside company access to any of my personal medical information, without my authorization. Alliance continues to harass by sending letters after letters without providing what is needed. I have requested many times to provide me with what is the logical under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ). As per section 609, I am entitled to see the source of the information, which is the original contract that contains my signature. They continue to ignore the request. As of today, my credit bureaus are showing this company violating the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. I requested validation of the debt and instead, they send the information to the collection agencies ( XXXX, XXXX & XXXX ).

Lack of upfront and honest communication in how to resolve any medical collection issues. Consumers are not being told that they might have various options in order to prevent any credit bureau reporting, that is negative to a consumer. Company contacted me in mid XXXX. They implied that I had XXXX days before they would notify the credit rating bureaus. I explained that I was still disputing the medical bill with the hospital. I called to pay off the amount in full on XXXX XXXX 2015. They then informed me that they had notified the credit bureaus on XXXX XXXX. This tactic caused my credit rating to drop XXXX points, even though the amount was fully paid off within the implied XXXX day period.

I had no knowledge of this debt. This debt is held in another person 's name-an ex-husband. I did not receive any letters or notification of this debt. I did not receive any information to verify this debt-was this debt acquired before or after our marriage. This debt is a medical debt in another person 's name that is listed on my credit report-this is a HIPPA violation. I want this debt removed from my credit report.

In XX/XX/2021, I sent Alliance Collection Agencies a validation of debt letter for them to verify a debt they were reporting on my credit report. In XX/XX/2021, they sent me an itemized statement for my account. In this statement they included medical procedures, medical codes, and descriptions of procedures that was done. This is a direct HIPPA violation and I totally feel violated.

They call from a blocked number. I dont answer because I dont know who it is. I changed my number and they somehow get my new number. I feel like theyre doing something illegal by getting secretly getting my new number. I also read that its unlawful for them to call my cellphone. They also say my name wrong so technically they have the wrong person.

I had an old medical bill that has been paid directly to the original creditor. This debt is still showing on my credit report even after disputing it, and showing proof of payment. I would like you to investigate this or else I will sue the credit reporting agencies for Libel.
