I had a medical bill hit my credit. I have been fighting with the insurance company to pay for the bill since they had already approved the gap insurance for my failure to thrive baby to go to a XXXX. I have an appeal with XXXX XXXX. I have told the doctor 's office this and they still sent it to collections. I paid the bill and the collection company will not take it off my credit nor will they give me a receipt. I have called begging for them just to take it off my credit and they will not even send me a receipt. Also, they charged me extra beyond the medical bill. I did pay my co-pay and filed a complaint with the State of Colorado about XXXX XXXX 's abusive practices. I paid the bill on XX/XX/2021 and no receipt.
