THIS COMPANY DRAINED MY BANK ACCOUNTS. THIS WAS FOR A HOME LOAN PURCHASE THAT NEVER CLOSED. THEY MESSED UP AND ORDERED UNNECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND KEPT CHARGING MY CARD. BASICALLY HAVING ME AUTHORIZE MY DEBIT CARD FOR THEM TO ORDER CERTAIN DOCUMENTS-THEY ORDERED DOCUMENTS THAT WERE IRREVERENT. TTHEY SAID THEY WOULD REFUND ME ONCE THE LOAN CLOSED-WHICH THE LOAN NEVER ENDED UP CLOSING. I HAVE THOUSANDS OF E-MAILS AS PROFF OF THEM SAYING THEY WOULD REFUND ME AT CLOSING, THE REALTOR EVEN ASKING WHY THEY ORDERED THOSE DOCUMENTS. IM SICK OF DISPUTING THIS AND GETTING NOWHERE BECAUSE THEY ARE REFUSING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS THEY BASICALLY GET YOUR AUTHORIZATION AND ORDER THROUGH A 3RD PARTY AND SIT BACK WHILE SAYING THAT COMPANY CHARGED YOU NOT US. THIS IS A SCAM. IMMORALLY WRONG. I WAS CHARGED {$820.00}, {$440.00}, {$450.00} ALL FOR NO REASON. WHY WOULD I GET A LOAN WHEN I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET? I COULD UNDERSTAND A {$270.00} OUT OF POCKET TO GET HOA QUESTIONNAIRE BUT WHY HAVE THAT COMPANIES EMPLOYEES NOT KNOW WHAT TO ORDER AND DRAIN MY BANK ACCOUNTS THEN NOT EVEN BE ABLE TO CLOSE THE LOAN IN WHICH I END UP PAYING CASH FOR THE HOUSE ANYWAY. ANYONE AND EVERYONE KNOWS IF PAYING CASH ON A HOME YOU GET A BETTER DEAL. THEY PUT ME IN OVER XXXX DEBT AND STILL REFUSE TO REFUND ME WHATS OWED TO ME SO AT THE VERY LEAST I CAN PURCHASE FURNITURE? THIS IS CRAZY. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTED THEM DIRECTLY- NO LUCK- I TRIED DISPUTING IT WITH MY BANK ( XXXX XXXX XXXX- ONLY FOR THEM TO WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO RESPOND TO JUST PROLONG MY DISPUTE AND REJECT IT ) I RE-DISPUTED IT, I CONTACTED XXXX AND WAS TOLD IM MAKING A COMPLIANT WITH THE WRONG COMPANY ( BASICALLY WITH THE COMPANY THAT THEY HAVE TIES TO TO GET DOCUMENTS ) THE COMPANYS INFO IS : All Western Mortgage | Branch NMLS # XXXX | XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, NV XXXX https : //allwestern.com NMLS ID XXXX THIS IS NOT RIGHT! Through a mortgage broker, XXXX XXXX, I submitted a loan application for the refinance of a duplex investment property to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, CA XXXX. HQ : XXXX XXXX. The loan officer at All Western who quoted the loan rate was XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX. On XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX XXXX 's assistant sent me many documents to sign electronically, one of which included the Loan Estimate ( 3pgs ) and my application for the loan. The loan rate was 4.75 % for a 30yr fixed. This was the same terms that my mortgage broker XXXX XXXX had sent me prior to me agreeing to apply for the loan. He got that quote from XXXX. XXXX. I had been asking for a rate lock from XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX and his assistant for 4 days and hadn't gotten a response. Today ( XX/XX/18 ) I finally got a return call from XXXX. XXXX and he told me that he had made a mistake on the rate and that the 4.75 % " does not exist. '' I asked why that rate was offered to me in all the documents they sent me for signature yesterday and he said he didn't realize that the loan was not a primary residence. I asked why ALL the documents he sent me for signature indicated it was an investment property, if he thought it was residential. He said he didn't know. He then offered me loan options which included higher rates, longer terms, interest only or a combination of those. I asked him if he had an obligation to honor what he had offered me and I accepted and he said that my rate was floating. I explained that, # 1 I had asked to lock the rate for 4 days and # 2 this change was not as a result of the rate floating up/down ; it was a completely new rate with new terms. He just repeated that " it doesn't exist '' for an investment property. Please see copy of 2 relevant pages of the loan application that reflects the loan was for an investment property and a copy of the loan estimate paperwork sent to me with a loan rate of 4.75 %, 30yr fixed.

I am not the actual borrower. I am a loan officer at another company. I have had many customers come to me very confused about the mortgage application process. These customers have come from a different company, Specifically All Western Mortgage. These customers had been dealing with a " loan consultant '' that was actually a former loan officer whose license was taken away by the court. Not only was this loan consultant discussing all aspects of the loans, exactly functioning as a licensed loan officer, He also was requiring {$800.00} upfront to begin the loan process. Ostensibly the {$800.00} was to lock the rate on the loan, however the customers had n't even picked out a house, much less had a sales contract. Just how many people this company has ripped off i ca n't say, but I have had more than one customer tell me their stories about them. It is a shame that they are still allowed to do business.

I was denied today ( XX/XX/2023 ). The mortgage lender company is All Western Mortgage. I don't want to put any names on here but XXXX is the contact number for the person I was talking to. I am a XXXX veteran at 100 percent. The problem is that this company asked for hospital records before making a decision. I was also told that I need 24 months of rental history. I was informed that my current residence is only 18 months ( XXXX XXXX ). This company omitted information for a previous residence ( XXXX XXXX ) before making this decision. Every bit of information this company asked for was provided. How can they leave out 6 months of requested information out and ask for hospital records and then give a denial.
