Hi, my name is XXXX XXXX I purchased a car on XX/XX/2018 by XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX Ga. The loan company is called All Family finance. I put a {$700.00} down payment on a 2008 XXXX XXXX with an interest rate of 29 % on the XXXX, drove off the lot. I was two weeks later I put down another {$300.00} on the vehicle to cover taxes and registration. I was keeping up with my payment of {$240.00} every other week with an additional {$90.00} per month because the company would not take only liability insurance they required all car be fully insured which is not Ga state law and offered partial insurance coverage for the price of {$90.00}. I continued to pay my car payments as well as the insurance payment, also known as the CPI payment totaling to {$570.00} per month. In XXXX I had XXXX, to receive a XXXX XXXX XXXX. In XXXX, I was terminated from my job and I got on unemployment. In explaining my situation to the company, I alerted them of my financial situation and how I was doing my best to keep up with the payments. I fell behind because my income from unemployment was not enough to cover my payment or living expenses. All Family Finance continued to harass me calling my family members, leaving voicemails and messages calling me up to 10 times a day. When I finally found another job I sent them a partial payment right away altering them of my new payment schedule. Thet continued to call non-stop and when I would offer to pay at least half of the payment amount they refused to take my payment over the phone. Last week they said my balance was {$1000.00} I paid half of {$540.00} and said I could pay the other half my next pay period. The next week a woman name XXXX from the repossession department called saying if I didn ; 't bring my car up to current they would disable my car and come and take it away. I pleaded with this woman saying I just paid her {$530.00} last week I needed to get to my next pay period but she refused to listen and said I had by Friday or they would come and pick my car up. Now my car is disabled and they are harassing me daily to pay the balance of {$540.00} dollars. I went through a financial hardship and I did my best to try to pay on the car at least half the payment every month. I am only one full payment behind and they are being extremely ugly. The amount I am paying on this car is 10 times worth the amount! it has XXXX miles when I got it and the balance on my loan is still at {$12000.00}. I desperately need help to get from under this situation.

I purchased a used vehicle XX/XX/2017 and did a voluntary repo on I believe XX/XX/2017. The vehicle was bought back to them twice with mechanic issues and the week I gave it back it stopped shifting into third gear when driving..reason why I gave it back. I financed the vehicle through them and they are still wanting to collect on a vehicle that had nothing but issues. I understand about the used car laws with consumers that we pretty much are n't protected but their should be something or someone out here able to protect us from USED CAR DEALERSHIPS that do this to hardworking people who hit hard times and have to go to lots like this. I 'm disappointed, upset, and angry. If I ca n't completely get out of this contract at least I want to try and get the amount owed reduced drastically!
