During the fall semester of the XXXX school year, I had a foreign exchange student from XXXX living with my family and attending his junior year in high school in XXXX, Arizona. He came to the U.S. to play high school football and made the high school football team at the beginning of that fall. In XXXX of XXXX, he ( along with the rest of us in my family ) caught XXXX, but he needed a XXXX release form after he recovered to play football again. I ( regretfully ) took him to an urgent care called XXXX across the street from our home. Before he was seen, we ( i.e., the student and I ) asked how much he would be charged, given he had XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance and neither of us knew quite what to expect with his insurance ; this was his first ( and only ) interaction with any healthcare provider in the U.S. The receptionist responded with " {$6.00}. '' She assured us that his foreign exchange student insurance would cover the rest. We were surprised and, frankly a bit shocked, not only in that {$6.00} was such a cheap, at the time we assumed, co-pay, but also that this whole appointment was only going to cost {$6.00}. Instead of taking him to my PC ( which was 15 versus three minutes away ), and after she ( once again ) reassured us that the {$6.00} amount was correct, he met with a physician 's assistant/nurse who filled out his XXXX release form in a matter of 10 minutes. Months later ( please note that, after now approximately five requests, we still have yet to receive a complete file including the bills allegedly sent to us and never received ; see more forthcoming ), well after this student left our home and returned to XXXX, XXXX sent us a memo, that we received via mail, dated XX/XX/XXXX. We received this just over ten months after his appointment on XX/XX/XXXX, and seven months after this student left our home ( in the beginning of XX/XX/XXXX ). This memo stated that he owed {$170.00}, although this amount was not explained and did not match any of his other supporting documents. Please see the attached XXXX Memo attached ( file : XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). This, apparently, was the amount that his insurance did not cover, of a total of {$520.00} ( file : XXXX ) which was charged, again, for a no-more-than 10-minute appointment. I told the business manager at XXXX, XXXX, that this was not only an absurd charge for such a simple and brief appointment ( i.e., no blood was drawn, no labs, etcjust a few questions aligned with the XXXX form he needed to return to football ), but also that when we were there the receptionist both told us and then reassured us that it would only cost him {$6.00}. XXXX did not express any concern, whatsoever, that XXXX receptionist mislead us, and seemingly others. Please see XXXX XXXX reviews in which it is also evidenced that this {$6.00} charge is quite often noted as an issue with XXXX, and XXXX as named. At that same time, I told XXXX that this student was now well out of the U.S. He had left our house in the beginning of XXXX, XXXX, which was now just over ten months after his appointment. XXXX could, however, reach him regarding his bill through XXXX, the only way through which I had ever communicated with him prior to his arrival, and the only way through which I ever could communicate with him since he left given, again, he was then back living in XXXX. XXXX, and namely XXXX, never reached out to him, as per my recent follow-ups with him. XXXX, and namely XXXX, instead, turned my name into the All Debt Solutions debt collections agency. Important to underscore at this point is that XXXX XXXX this, also : ( 1 ) even though I am/was not his legal mother but signed the form as his " host mother, '' given he was 17 at the time of his appointment and we had been reassured there would be no additional charges to follow ; ( 2 ) even though he was 18 when they turned the bill into All Debt Solutions ; and ( 3 ) even though, and this is very important to note, he gave XXXX full authorization to charge his credit card on a form he filled out and signed the same day as his visit, that also included all of his still accurate credit card information ( file : XXXX ). Notwithstanding, thereafter, All Debt Solutions, and namely XXXX XXXX, called me on XX/XX/XXXX. The message he left me, as incorrectly/incompletely transcribed by my smart phone ( file : XXXX ), was as follows : Hi. This is XXXX XXXX with All Debt Solutions debt collector. Ahresponding to the, ah, I should say your lack of response to a voicemail [ please note that this was the first voicemail that I had received ]. XXXX trying to get ahold of you in the appropriate timeframe. Please give a call right away [ emphasis in voicemail ] at XXXX. Before I continue, though, also important to note, as also illustrated in the same file ( file : XXXX ), is that XXXX XXXX apparently rerouted his phone number through XXXX, which was the first indicator that made me question the legitimacy of the All Debt Solutions company, as well as XXXX XXXX a legitimate debt collector. Regardless, I called him back that day, honestly not knowing what this was about. I must say I talked with the rudest and least professional businessperson with whom I have ever interacted, in my life. He clearly did not care about any reasons why this bill was inaccurate, unfair, unjust, inappropriate, and the like ( as detailed above ), which also makes sense given he is a debt collector, but he was hyper focused on just getting paid, a now total bill, of {$510.00}. He had no explanation as to why the bill was now this amount, but this amount was also officially sent by mail to me a few weeks later by All Debt Solutions, also without any explanation of the new charges ( file : XXXX ). Indeed, nowhere, to date, was or has this new amount been explained to me, and nowhere in any files I have received, despite multiple attempts for explanation and proof, to both XXXX and All Debt Solutions, has this new total ever been explained or evidenced. The closest total I can find in all of my files was the {$520.00} noted prior, before this students foreign exchange student insurance company paid their share of whatever payment they were charged ( but were not supposed to be charged, as per XXXX receptionist ). Notwithstanding, during the same phone call with XXXX XXXX, no matter what reasoning I had not to pay, XXXX XXXX countered each reason, overly simplistically and, again, in a very unprofessional, rude, condescending, bullying, curt, etc. way. He continued to cut me off and ultimately hung up on me. I was clearly guilty as literally charged. Soon thereafter, I officially received via mail All Debt Solutions official collections letter against me, with other supporting documents ( file : XXXX ). The supporting documents included : ( 1 ) the just-mentioned and attached letter ( file : XXXX ) ; ( 2 ) a copy of an explanation of the foreign exchange students benefits, which only includes a different charge of {$120.00} ; file : XXXX ) ; ( 3 ) the aforementioned XXXX memo in which the unexplained {$170.00} balance is listed but, again, unexplained, with contradictory sums and totals listed and now highlighted on pages 2 and 3 of this same file ( file : XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ) ; and ( 4 ) all of this students XXXX New Patient Forms which includes eight pages of documents completed and taken on the day of this students XXXX release form appointment ( file : XXXX, XXXX, XXXX ). Important to note, again, is that on page XXXX is the foreign exchange students still accurate and up-to-date credit card information, with his signature authorizing XXXX to charge him XXXX file : XXXX ). There are no other files that I have to offer as per this case, despite my now five+ attempts to solicit a full copy of my file, to which I am legally entitled. A complete file would include the other bills that were allegedly sent to me prior to receiving the aforementioned XXXX memo, which made it safely through to the same XXXX XXXX XXXX student had on file ( i.e., my XXXX XXXX XXXX. In this memo, it was also written by XXXX that they had received no correspondence pertaining to the foreign exchange students {$170.00} balance, following numerous attempts. However, absolutely no evidence of any of these prior and numerous billing attempts were included in my file. I have also called for evidence of these now five+ times, all of which have still gone unanswered. Again, I have a right to a full file. The few times I have actually spoken to XXXX about this, in addition, she has told me I have to get my full file through XXXX. When I brought this up to XXXX XXXX during my second phone call with him, underscoring, again, that I have the right to a full file, he ( very rudely ) said that I needed to contact XXXX. Neither, though, nor again to date, have sent me my full file with any proof that XXXX even billed me once, prior to my receipt of the aforementioned XXXX memo in XXXX of XXXX ( 10 months after the foreign exchange student left our home/the U.S. ) XXXX During this time, I also reached out to the foreign exchange student about the matter, again, through XXXX. He said that nobody from XXXX ever reached out to him to pay his balance. He assured me his credit card information was still accurate, up-to-date, and working. And he responded to me that his mom was willing to pay his bill if needed, primarily to get me out of this situation, and even though I wholeheartedly expressed that he/they should not have to pay {$170.00}, given all of the issues I had with XXXX ( described above ). Given their offer, though, I reluctantly contacted XXXX XXXX again. The first person with whom I spoke at All Debt Solutions sounded exactly like and was just as rude as XXXX XXXX, within a one-minute phone call with a polite request to speak with XXXX XXXX XXXX In short, I respectfully asked to speak with XXXX XXXX and he responded with something like : Well, why dont you just ask me who youre trying to get ahold of! When I responded, again, with a polite request to speak with XXXX XXXX, he asked me to hold and that he would transfer my call. The second person with whom I spoke answered as XXXX and identified himself as XXXX XXXX supervisor. He was just as rude and unprofessional as XXXX XXXX, and he sounded just like XXXX XXXX. He said XXXX XXXX was in a meeting. After approximately 30 seconds he connected me to the real (? ) XXXX XXXX. I must say I believe all three of these people were one in the same : XXXX XXXX ; they all had the same voice and expressed the same highly unprofessional verbal behaviors and antics. Regardless, the XXXX XXXX who ultimately identified himself as XXXX XXXX was just as rude, unprofessional, condescending, attacking, Machiavellian, insulting, boorish, etc. as I recalled from my first phone call with him. After much more dispute, and no avenues of negotiation offered by him ( i.e., which I stated during the phone call in that I believed negotiating was to be his job ), I told him the foreign exchange students mother was willing to pay his bill, but also that the maximum that I would allow her to pay was {$200.00}. That was clearly unacceptable to XXXX XXXX. He would never take such an insulting offer back to his client, he responded, in so many words. After a bit more arguing, this time I had to hang up. Thereafter, given both interactions with XXXX XXXX were so, quite literally shocking, and given the possibility that I talked to three different XXXX XXXX during this one phone call, I began to wonder, again, if this was even a legitimate company. Was I being scammed? I investigated First, I found a website on which a good handful of others wrote that others should not answer calls coming from XXXX ( i.e., the phone number XXXX XXXX left on my voicemail, the phone number I called both times I talked to XXXX XXXX, and not the rerouted phone number left on my voicemail, as referenced above and illustrated in file : XXXX ). The multiple reasons why people wrote why others should not respond to this phone number began to confirm my suspicions about XXXX XXXX and All Debt Solutions legitimacy. Second, I tried to find XXXX XXXX via the internet, as affiliated with his phone number and as affiliated with All Debt Solutions. All of my internet searches yielded zero hits. I do much internet research for a living ; hence, I think I exhausted most if not all options here. Third, I called the company, as per their main phone number listed on their All Debt Solutions website to simply ask if they had a XXXX XXXX working for them. The companys mailbox was full, as indicated via a generic ( i.e., not All Debt Solutions ), automated voicemail message ( e.g., the mailbox you are trying to reach is full ). While I was not only unable to leave a voicemail, this heightened my concerns about this companys legitimacy. Fourth, I happened across a set of what-was-then a set of 34 XXXX reviews of All Debt Solutions. After reading through each one, I would say 80 % of them included 1-star reviews, with reviewers writing in their comments they would have given All Debt Solutions a score of zero if permitted. Please note that I added All Debt Solutions XXXX review, to which they actually responded, in case more information is needed. Notwithstanding, authors of the strong majority of these 1-star reviews also wrote very similar complaints, some of which also explicitly named XXXX XXXX XXXX The few authors who offered more praise in their reviews of the company ( that I would also allege were internally-generated ), explicitly named others like Bill, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, none of whom are listed on All Debt Solutions website either. One author of another XXXX review also questioned the legitimacy of another person with whom ( s ) he worked, named XXXX. As you can also see on this XXXX review site, All Debt Solutions has not responded to any of their extremely negative reviews ; only the positive. This also makes one wonder. Hence, and in sum, I am officially filing this complaint against both XXXX and All Debt Solutions on grounds of their overall lack of professionalism, fairness, and good business practice, as well as legitimacy as a debt collecting agency in the case of the latter ( i.e., All Debt Solutions ). *Please note that in the attached letter, which is essentially the same as the above, all hyperlinks to websites referenced are included. I also have all files referenced but your system is not letting me upload them given most of them are scanned files.

In XXXX of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX came to my house to install a perimeter drain system in my basement. In the process they damaged my home, did work not in compliance with building code, and never completed the job so when the workers left on the last day they did not get final payment because by the agreement, " payment ( was ) to be made upon completion. '' I sent my complaints to them and they agreed to come back in XX/XX/XXXX to correct the discrepancies and finish the work agreed to. Prior to them returning the President of the US and the Governor of NH declared a state of emergency limiting interstate travel and ceasing all non-essential work. I subsequently called and cancelled the appointment until the situation cleared. On XX/XX/XXXX I received a notice from All Debt Solutions , Inc. that they had been hired by XXXX XXXX XXXX to collect a debt. I hired an attorney who sent All debt solutions a letter on XX/XX/XXXX stating that I disputed the debt and requested validation of it. They sent a copy of the proposal which states that " payment to be made upon completion. '' My attorney and All debt emailed back and forth but nothing validating the debt was ever produced and then I got notices of account in collection on my credit reports. Those stayed on my credit reports until another letter from my attorney dated XX/XX/XXXX citing the same statute FDCPA noted in the original letter from All Debt, and stating that the debt has never been validated and demanding that all collection activity cease because the debt is not valid. The owner of XXXX XXXX XXXX admitted that the work was not complete in a XXXX XXXX complaint I filed. The negative reports were removed from my credit reports and we are now going after XXXX XXXX XXXX for the work they never finished but this whole thing with All Debt Solutions should never have happened because the debt is invalid. Had All Debt Solutions followed the law, specifically Title 15 USC / chapter 41, subchapter V, paragraph 1692 ( g ) they would have realized this debt was invalid and attempts to collect it would be illegal. Because they did not follow the law they have cost me {$4600.00} so far in unnecessary legal fees along with several months of not being able to use my previously excellent credit rating of over 800 to purchase anything substantial or even to get a credit card.

Hello, Im shocked, surprised, stressed out both physically and mentally to find this medical collection in my credit without proper notice or even allow me to contest it. Its not mine! - Don't waste my time by partially responding to this demand. I am really smart and demand all these documents or you will face an immediate lawsuit. Therefore, I am demanding under my consumer rights that you send me ALL the following documents to me. Because if not now, then you will be forced to produce them to my attorney in the discovery phase of the lawsuit. So, to save yourself potentially paying my legal fees ( Which are ridiculously expensive ), I will just go ahead and order them now, so I can turn it over to him. Please provide me with the following : A signed and Notarized copy of the HIPPA release that allows you to access this alleged medical record What the money you say I owe is for Explain and show me how you calculated what you say I owe Provide me with copies of any papers that show I agreed to pay what you say I owe Provide a verification or copy of any judgment if applicable Identify the original creditor Prove the Statute of Limitations has not expired on this account Show me the you are licensed to collect in my state Provide me with your license numbers and Registered Agent or Agent of Service If your offices are able to provide real documentation as requested in the following Declaration, I will allow at least 15-days to investigate this information and during such time all collection activity must cease and desist. Also, during this validation time, if any action is taken which could be considered harmful to any of my credit reports, I will consult with my legal counsel for suit. This includes listing any information with a credit reporting agency that could be inaccurate or invalidated or verifying an account as accurate, when in fact there is no provided proof that it is accurate.

Dear cpbp ; XXXX XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; " '' '' Effective XX/XX/2022, all medical collection debt that has been paid by the consumer in full will no longer be included on U.S. consumer credit reports.XXXX XXXX XXXX '' '' I was under the impression that there was new medical credit reporting law effective XX/XX/2022 that any medical bills less than < {$500.00} are not allowed to be reported on my credit report. Well, this is reporting on all the major credit reports. I demand that you remove this because it's in violation of consumer laws, and it's a HIPPA violation. I have disputed this item with the credit reporting agency and they reported you confirmed the account as valid. I honestly do not believe to ever have any relationship with this collection agency or original creditor. Also there are several inaccuracies with this account the way it's reporting and that's a total violation of FCRA and FDCPA laws and regulations. In a good faith effort to resolve the matter amicably, I must demand proof of this debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter. Absent such proof, you must correct any erroneous reports of this past debt as mine. I am writing to request that you please provide the following information : 1. Please evidence your authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter. 2. What is your authorization of law for your collection of information? 3. What is your authorization of law for your collection of this alleged debt? 4. Please evidence your authorization to do business or operate in this state. 5. Please evidence proof of the alleged debt, including the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature. 6. Please provide a complete account history, including any charges added for collection activity.

XXXX XXXX had my contact information and instead of using it, chose to call my mother and pressure her. She said the debt was regarding my owned property ( it's not, it's a medical debt ). My mother called me to explain and I've since sorted the situation out directly with the billing company, the debt collection was rescinded. However, when I spoke to XXXX she was aggressive and lied several times. She told me that there's no way to know when the debt would be submitted to the credit agencies, so I should pay immediately - trying to pressure me into paying without researching the information or even receiving the billing information. She told me that we could postdate a form of payment and tried to pressure me into paying that way ( again, without giving me any of the bill information or time to reach out to the billing company directly ). XXXX likely knows the laws and was looking to skirt them for her own gain, but clearly has crossed at least one line.

I spoke with an alleged manager at All Debt Solutions , Inc. in XXXX, MA in regards to their false reporting to credit bureaus which resulted in a negative mark on my credit. The debt had been paid directly to original creditor. This manager stated he saw that it had been paid yet still reported it as unpaid. When confronted about the false reporting, he alleged that it WASN'T false reporting. How is it not? They admit to debt being paid and also admitted to reporting it had not been. That is textbook " false ''.
