My landlord would just walk into our apartment whenever he felt like it. He would not give us any notice at all that he was coming by ir the HOA. Anytime that he came into the apt or the HOA, I know they new someone was home because we had the t.v on all the time we were talking. One time the landlord walked in on us XXXX. We asked him multiple times to please give us notice just out of courtesy, plus by law he was supposed to if he was not doing anything of those exact things in the lease. Whenever he barged in, he was not taking pictures of the conditions of the apt nor showing any of the qualified people stated in the lease, for just walking in without any giving notice. We had to change the original locks on the door because he was barging in so much that sometimes I would be home with my son, and he would just walk in, scaring me and my son half to death thinking somebody was breaking in. One day he took the lock off the door that we put on to try to stop him from just walking in at any given time, since we asked him multiple times and he would not stop, that he left a hole in the front door, that anybody could stick their hand in the hole and opened up the door. I am a single parent, going to work everyday. I am not getting any assistance from the government. I work hard for me and my kids. Lastly, just because I did n't live in the nicest part of town and was not rich, does not mean that you can take advantage of people and treat them like trash. Scaring my XXXX boys and me that they are thinking someone is breaking into the house, having my boyfriend ready to protect or die for his family and you can clearly hear people inside that you could of had the common courtesy, respectfulness and decency to just knock on the door or call to see if we were at home. He was very ugly, nasty and stated that if you did not like it you could move out. I wad not the only tenant he did like this.

Upon checking my credit i noticed an account listed from a previous apartment complex called XXXX XXXX in XXXXXXXX tx. The collection agency reporting the {$5200.00} debt was Alexander Rose also respectively located in XXXX. The lease was from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, a 1 year lease. The lease was satisfied according to agreement however inflated and unlawful charges were applied, i contacted XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX and spoke with the property manager and discussed multiple instances of this as reported to the XXXX. We agreed upon forfeiting the security deposit to settle any and all past due charges. Fast forward to XX/XX/XXXX and its still reporting as past due and the amount is {$5200.00}. I reach out to alexander rose inc. In XXXX of XXXX asking for validation. They told me debt was valid and must be paid. XXXX XXXX, the original creditor was SOLD in XXXX and now belongs to new owners called XXXX XXXX Alexander Rose is and has been trying to collect money fraudulently dye to the fact tey DO NOT have a current contract with XXXXXXXX XXXX and Alexander Rose does not own or have purchased the alleged debt as it states on their website. I have never signed a contract with Alexander Rose so they do not have authority or authorization to collect. If i was to pay alleged debt Alexander Rose woukd pocket 100 % of revenue as there is no one for them to pay. An email conversation dsting XX/XX/XXXX with original creditor XXXX XXXX property manager XXXX XXXX reveals they have NO Record of my account and contacted corporate offices which also confirmed no debt with XXXX XXXX. Akexander Rose has violated the FDCPA and FCRA and should be fined accordingly and my account deleted and removed from all credit reports immediately.

In XXXX of 2016, the management company for The XXXX at XXXX apartments in XXXX, TX attempted to force me to pay an additional month of rent after I had vacated the property. The lease required that they provide notice at least 90 days in advance of the renewal/move-out period. If they did this, then I would be required to provide them a 60-day notice of intention to vacate/not renew. If they did not do this, then I was required to give them the standard 30-day notice of intention to vacate. The management company at that time, XXXX, did not provide the management-required notice, thus I was only required to provide a 30-day notice per the lease, which I did. This was a contractual dispute, not a debt incurred and then not paid. Instead of bringing a suit before a court of law to settle the contractual matter and prove a debt, XXXX submitted to Alexander-Rose, Inc. for debt collection. Alexander-Rose was told of the contractual dispute but posted the debt to credit reporting agencies again without bringing a suit before a court to settle the contractual dispute. I am now seeking to rent another apartment and am being denied upon the basis of this reporting, which was never substantiated in any way.

My wife signed a lease where we were insured that there was a Military Clause. We toured the property together in like mid XX/XX/XXXX and they copied my ID. My wife signed the lease on XX/XX/XXXX which is clear even on the paper they sent us to prove that there was no Military Clause and the had no idea I was going to the Military, but the Lease copy they sent us has a Military discount. Also I left late XX/XX/XXXX to report to a hotel to meet my recruiter and was sequestered at a hotel to wait for all the other recruits. On XX/XX/XXXX I was starting my first day of basic training in the XXXX. So there is no way that I was in XXXX at all. Even the debt collector said our names were written in different color ink. But he " handwriting expert '' says the signature on the lease looks like the signature on my ID. She sent us the paper and what it is, and what it looks like is someone trying to copy my signature. I sent the collector proof of my orders that specifically show that I never signed a lease or even lived there. I went straight from basic training to XXXX to being XXXX in Alaska at XXXX XXXX. My problem is that falsifying my signature made that whole contrast null and void.

Hello, My name is XXXX XXXX XXXX and I am reaching out to complain on XXXX for their not of response and reporting. I have done everything and followed every step on removing false accounts that are reporting and still have not heard anything. It has passed the 30 days multiple times and at this point, and nothing has not been resolved. They keep reporting accounts that do not belong to me. I have mailed several certified letters, that are dated, that have everything listed in detail, that have everything required and they still done anything to remove them. I am very frustrated at the point and need to get these accounts removed as soon as possible. I have filed a complain with this company a year ago, XX/XX/2019 and received no solution. This company was included in a bankruptcy filed for myself and my husband, who is a joint debtor, in XX/XX/2019 and also does not have a surety bond to collect in the State of Texas. According to Texas Finance Code Section 392.101 requires that a third-party debt collector or credit bureau may not engage in debt collection unless the third-party debt collector or credit bureau has obtained a surety bond issued by a surety company authorized to do business in this state as prescribed by this section. A copy of the bond must be filed with the secretary of state. Therefore, I am requesting this company to cease collection efforts and stop reporting to the credit bureaus.

In XX/XX/2013 I lived in an apartment complex called XXXX XXXX in XXXX, Tx. XXXX XXXX alleged I skipped on a lease, which is inaccurate based on their own records, and then sold the debt to a collector for collection action. XXXX XXXX purchased this property sometime after and has assumed any liabilities associated with XXXX XXXX. I do not owe any money to XXXX XXXX, the debt collector they assigned to collect or anyone else associated with XXXX XXXX. Ive attached the lease for proof. I submitted notice directly to XXXX XXXX prior to moving since I was on a month to month agreement and not a lease per the documents attached. I also moved out in XX/XX/2013 and not the date alleged.

I was alerted by XXXX, XXXX and XXXX that a collection agency by the name of Alexander Rose Inc. added a file to my credit report. I reported this as fraudulent due to the fact that I have never signed a contract and/or account with said company. Of course nothing was done about this. XX/XX/2019 I have discovered that this company is not licensed or bonded in the State of Florida to collect debts owed or otherwise. It is illegal to try and collect a debt if the company is not licensed in the State of Florida. This company is not even in the State of Floridas record database.

I 've sent multiple letters to this agency about this not being my account. After being advised by identitytheft.gov I 've completed and sent a fraud affidavit via certified mail. I can see they received it but nothing has changed. See supporting documents. even the USPS tracking. Also attempted to contact Alexander rose per the address listed on my credit report and the letter sent just info about dates of the collection. Did n't even read what I sent or cared. I sent it to the bureaus and they ignored it. Please help if you can thank you.

I disputed the full amount owed of @ XXXX to Alexander Rose a collection agency for XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was illegally forced out of my apartment by XXXX XXXX management and Alexander Rose agency and the XXXX XXXX management have refused to validate my dispute and only keep providing the same information over and over. I have made severAL attempts since XX/XX/2019 to have the debt amounts validated and I have not received a proper dispute answer. Ive disputed this collection with Alexander Rose Association and all credit bureaus it was deleted then added back to one or more of my credit reports. Ive asked company to remove as Ive never did business with this company. Alexander Rose Association sent me a computer print of of some documents saying that I responsible for this debt. Creditor was sent an accord and satisfaction payment and had endorsed and deposited the payment. Now creditor is refusing to acknowledge they agreed to the accord by endorsing and depositing the accord and satisfaction payment. If they were not in agreement they should have sent my payment back but they endorsed and deposited and have receive the funds. This debt should now be paid as agreed via payment. Found a letter recently from Alexander and Rose Associates claiming that I owe and INSANE amount of money and along with the letter they sent a copy of a fraudulent lease they crossed out the end date of lease to XX/XX/XXXX. My lease states XX/XX/XXXX which I no longer lived there after XX/XX/XXXX. They crossed out the date and WROTE IN XX/XX/XXXX. I also believe they signed the property managers name.
