We are renting funrintire through ALE solutions after our home was destroyed by Hurricane Matthew. After delays from our mortgage company which we tried to work with them about they came to take the furniture and housewares. They came on XX/XX/XXXX. We offered to give them some of the items that were n't needed but we were told by XXXX after he spoke to someone on the phone to not pick up anything because it was easier to get it all at once. We explained the situation and on X/XX/17 we received a threatening email from XXXX XXXX. We had explained the delay because of the part of XXXX XXXX delaying our checks being endorsed to finish work on the original property. She had told us if we did n't pay them approx {$1600.00} them they would start legal procedings and have us arrested for theft of property. They have already picked up half the items previously and are charging XXXX XXXX and trying to charge us for the full amount of items even though they were returned. We have XXXX small children XXXX,XXXX,XXXX and XXXX and one son is a XXXX XXXX. This is unacceptable
