I applied for Homeowners loan financial relief through the Alaska XXXX XXXX XXXX, Application # XXXX, I applied XX/XX/XXXX, Submit the XXXX, with application received XX/XX/XXXX. Deadline was XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX. We went through every step required and were denied due to our homeowner 's loan being through our Business account with Alaska XXXX XXXX XXXX. The business closed in XXXX of XXXX. The Bank gave us a business loan in XXXX to buy our home since we couldn't qualify for a conventional loan. It wasn't an equity loan for the business because the business was already closed. We gave them all the loan paperwork, plus the second we took out on our home to pay off the business line of credit we owed on. This process took Alaska Housing 3 months to process on their part. Finally, XX/XX/XXXX they denied my appeal because XXXX ) Both documents are documented business loans, but the business closed in XXXX and the loan for the house was in XXXX. XXXX ) Both loans had a loan date of XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX of XXXX. The reason was the loan had been extended year to year and they were due again. The Bank wrote a new loan for 15 years to help us out, so we weren't having to renew every year. The loan numbers never changed and were just renewed to prevent foreclosure. I provided Alaska Housing the contact info for our loan officer to verify the information I provided them, but they were never contacted. I have been unemployed since XXXX and XXXX limited to a XXXX. I have been turned down on all my interviews to date. When I researched the XXXX program it states any mortgage, or deed of trust, through any business identify holding the deed of trust. There is no language that states it can't be through a business loan for my personal home. My wife and I won't be able to make XX/XX/XXXX payments on the XXXX and XXXX. We are also our being foreclosed on for our property taxes that exceed XXXX Dollars. Any help would be appreciated.
