I was approved for the XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX ) Program in XX/XX/XXXX and received payment assistance until XX/XX/XXXX. This program was created by the US Treasury and the Homeowner Assistance Fund and is overseen by AHFA .The underwriter was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ). On XX/XX/XXXX ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ), I emailed XXXX a letter from servicer, XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, informing of payment increase effective XX/XX/XXXX. My monthly statements for previous months said {$0.00} owed. For XX/XX/XXXX, it said I owed {$450.00} ( XXXX was old payment amount ). Then XXXX statement said I am past due for XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called the assistance center for over 2 hours, never getting through, to speak to XXXX so I emailed her and then called my servicer, who told me the payment was made for XX/XX/XXXX, but it was for the wrong amount and partial payments are not credited. I emailed XXXX over 10 times from XXXX XX/XX/XXXX. I'm asking has payment been made, what can i do, stating I can't have a late payment because I've had a loan modification and will go on my credit, begging her to call me or the servicer and explain what's going on. I am also calling servicer updating and seeking guidance. On XXXX, after receiving a foreclosure notice, emailed XXXX once again begging her to respond to my emails or call me, asking is the payment not being made.I asked her to transfer my file to someone else. She told me they were short staffed and behind on processing. XXXX reported a late payment on my credit report on XX/XX/XXXX. I asked XXXX to write a letter on my behalf for me to submit with my dispute report to the credit bureaus. She did nothing. I wrote servicer 2 goodwill letters begging to remove this mark, they did not. I am XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX, barely surviving on XXXX. I live alone with no nearby support. I have approx XXXX in equity. I need a XXXX equity loan to pay off my debt. Before this my credit report was flawless, no late/missed payment, foreclosure, bankruptcy, collections, etc. And achieving this status on less than XXXX a year income.This negative mark on my credit dropped my score over XXXX pts, I won't recover from this. Most lenders won't approve you with late payment <1yr., and the ones who would offer an interest rate so high I couldn't afford the payments. I began the equity loan process 6 months ago but had to quit because of this situation. The extra 6 months of paying out more than I make, when I could have already paid off this debt, has left me financially destitute. I am being force to sale my home 20 years. After paying off mortgage and my debt, I will not have enough left over for any kind of down for another house and still have monthly mortgage payment of XXXX. I will be homeless then. The XXXX XXXX was designed to keep people out of foreclosure and prevent them from losing their homes. This program is putting me either in a foreclosure or forcing me out of my home. The program should be held accountable for XXXX actions or lack of. This mark stays on report for 7 years. I'm too old to have time to rebuild credit with my fixed income. I had a solution and XXXX took my only option away from me. They were paying up to XXXX to keep people in their homes. AHFA offers multiple loans and grant programs for low income people. I've contacted XXXX XXXX, but received an email from XXXX XXXX, stating she would call the servicer. 2 weeks goes by and I hear nothing, so I emailed XXXX XXXX again. Once again, XXXX XXXX XXXX emails me, stating she is still waiting to hear from servicer. I am out of time now. I have maybe 2 months left. I have put my heart and soul, as well as every extra dime, in my house to make it my home. 2 weeks ago I received an email from XXXX XXXX stating she can't find any reference of me informing of the change in payment amount and that they paid what they were supposed to. I sent her every single email I ever sent or received from XXXX XXXX, one of which is the letter dated XX/XX/XXXX stating increase in payment. I sent a follow up email to make sure she received the information, I have not heard back from you as of today. How can a government agency just stop responding and ignore someone they know has been affected like this. My civil rights are being violated.The correspondence in those emails demonstrates my extra and XXXX XXXX 's lack of due diligence needed to get an on time payment to the servicer. I don't know what else I could have done. If I had known this was even a possibility I could have planned for it somehow in advance, but there was no warning. There is no extra money for me to go ahead and pay it, or I would have. I am reaching out now in desperate need to save my house. I'm hoping this will be sent to someone who takes accountability and rectifies XXXX 's actions, virtually devastating my whole life and taking away any options I had for recovery, with not so much as an apology. I have had a hard time paying my loan for the entire life basically, due to an unforeseen income change at my prior job and it has been hard to make ends meet, however, I have always paid after falling behind to get completely caught up. On my most current statement, statement date XX/XX/2018, when reviewing noticed that one particular line item, the charges did not add up. Because I had to make a payment by today XX/XX/18 - due to being threatened for foreclosure I didn't have time to get an answer before paying {$8200.00}. On XX/XX/2018, I made a payment of {$7000.00}. - My statement reflects I made several payments that day ( only made one ) and reflects an amount of {$5100.00} and the breakdown as follows : {$350.00} Principal {$820.00} Interest {$520.00} Escrow {$32.00} Fees This amount totals {$1700.00} I have e-mailed, XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX, and spoke with another person by the name of XXXX to try and get an understanding of this and keep getting bounced back and forth to different departments where no one will answer my question. They all just say that is not my department. I sent a follow-up e-mail requesting the information of the person who can help me if they are unable and they refuse to respond to my e-mails to explain. XXXX XXXX, did send me a screen shot of their system saying I could see the breakdown. I don't understand their system and don't think I should be expected to understand it. She also sent me a breakdown in writing just on the payments, not how they were applied as it is not correct on my statement and those amounts don't add up either. The copy from e-mail as posted below is as follows : On XX/XX/18 We received XXXX. We posted the XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX payment We posted {$1700.00} for the XX/XX/XXXX payment We posted {$32.00} Property Inspection On XX/XX/18 we posted {$1700.00} for the XX/XX/XXXX payment The XX/XX/XXXX payment we posted {$1700.00} This totals {$5100.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX we applied XXXX toward a phone payment fee. On XX/XX/XXXX we also received {$1600.00} and applied the XX/XX/XXXX payment The above figures, which are not broken down on my statement - only add up to a total amount of {$6800.00}. My ONE payment on XX/XX/18 was {$7000.00}! NO ONE is willing to explain to me why this doesn't add up. In addition to all of this, when falling behind, I talked to XXXX who told me my monthly payment because of Escrow and taxes would jump to almost {$2900.00}, I don't have the exact figure as it is at home on another piece of paper. At that time I called and talked to another company about how hard it would be to try and refinance due to the status of my loan - she advised me that they are required to explain the details to me. At that point I talked to a woman who said she saw a mistake in the calculation and needed to call me back. I got a call back the next day and in fact it had been calculated incorrectly. XXXX XXXX, who WAS helpful at the time, and gave me a total amount and explained why there was what shortage to the escrow, {$5000.00}. Then I talked to XXXX in the collections department who told me at that time to catch up my mortgage payments for XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, the amount would be, {$9200.00}. After contacting my parents to borrow the funds, she gave me a totally different amount of {$8200.00} - a difference of {$1000.00}??? At that time I asked for explanation which was not given. I became frustrated with everyone as I was being bounced from department to department, being sent screen shots from the companies system that looked foreign as I am not trained on their system. I would expect this should be broken down on my statement and reflect the total amount across the line item and also reflecting the amount in which I paid and it does not. I have e-mailed my request to send this in writing as the servicer of the loan, and they have neglected to respond and provide me with the information that I have requested. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX told me on the call that I was 4 months behind and not paying my loan in a demeaning fashion over and over again and like I said, I got frustrated with her and it felt like her customer service, or lack thereof, was to treat me as though I was an awful person because I was behind. XXXX XXXX was also very rude and non-helpful at this point. I was behind yes, but doesn't change the fact that I am a human being who has financial issues and I shouldn't be treated like I am a piece of XXXX by anyone in that company. I have paid the amount and now caught up on the mortgage. I am still waiting to receive an e-mail from anyone giving me an amount on the shortage of Escrow so my mortgage payment will go back to a more feasible amount, and now - NO ONE IS RESPONDING TO ANY OF MY REQUESTS!

We signed a mortgage on XX/XX/XXXX and moved into our new home that weekend. In XX/XX/XXXX, my husband was XXXX and was released. Then in XX/XX/XXXX he was injured on the job. He went out on injury leave and our true hardship began immediately as he had no remaining sick time. After months of back and forth, an XXXX was finally done and it was determined that he had a XXXX that would require XXXX at some point. In XX/XX/XXXX, he was let go from his job and we hired an attorney to help us seek a " lost wages '' settlement since NC law states that all work injuries must be slip and fall or vehicle related in order to qualify for workers compensation. After 4 months with no income, we finally received a settlement check for {$1500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX. We had notified our Mortgage company, Alabama Finance Housing Authority, that we were likely going to need some assistance to get back on track. In XX/XX/XXXX, we spoke with a supervisor in loss mitigation who told us that if we paid {$2200.00} of the {$3000.00} we owed by XX/XX/XXXX, foreclosure would not be pursued over the remaining {$800.00}. We made that payment on time and on XX/XX/XXXX we received letters stating that the foreclosure was going through. We contacted our lender and we were told that this supervisor " had no authority to make such an agreement ''. We contacted the FHA and we were instructed to contact loss mitigation for assistance with loan modification. We did that and we were sent one brochure that gave use very vague information about how to apply for a modification on our own and each statement we received kept stating they would not receive any partial payments from us. We were not comfortable doing this on our own so we sought advice from a XXXX friend. We were referred to a third party non profit HUD approved agency called XXXX to assist us with the modification. Attempts to bring this loan into modification we made 4 times between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Each time we contacted our lender, they stated they had not received the package. The final time I we sent the package, as well as the XXXX representative. On XX/XX/XXXX the lender finally agreed that they had received the package and it was under review. At this point, we had a hearing scheduled before the clerk of court on XX/XX/XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX we received work from the lender that they would not recognize XXXX and that we would need to use a HUD approved counseling agency. We scheduled an appointment with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and discussed that with the clerk of court at our hearing. We were granted a 60 day extension and go back before the clerk on XX/XX/XXXX. We received a letter from our lender in XX/XX/XXXX stating that because our loan was partially purchased with state bond monies, they were not able to offer below market interest rates and our loan could not be modified. We were contacted by our XXXX representative very shortly after the hearing and we received documentation stating that the are indeed HUD approved and that our lender is trying everything they can to get us out of our home. We contacted Legal Aid of NC at the end of XXXX and we have now been referred to the local XXXX office to push this modification through. It was explained to us by legal aid that there are other types of modifications that do not require the interest rate to be changed. We are hoping to pursue this avenue first and then if the lender will not work with us, we 'll try for a loan from the NC foreclosure prevention fund through XXXX XXXX. This lender has been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. They have lied to us, declined and dismissed us and they seem to want nothing more than to force us out of our home. 2 weeks after we moved in construction began in our back yard. This was never disclosed to us.

I Have resided at XXXX XXXX XXXX since XXXX. In XXXX after a divorce, I tried to apply for a mortgage with XXXX Bank but the mortgage was denied due to credit problems arising from a divorce. In XXXX I was able to refinance my house with XXXX Mortgage to lower the interest rate and make improvements on the property. I had been paying an interest rate of around 8 % with XXXX XXXX Mortgage and was able to refinance, get some of the equity out and lower the interest rate to 6 %. At that time, 6 % was relatively competitive given my credit score. Through the next several years, as my income increased, I was able to repair my credit, and increase my income to debt ratio. During that time my mortgage company was bought out by a new lender, and then changed hands again to XXXX XXXX Loans. In XXXX, I applied for another mortgage with a different mortgage company to lower my interest rate but the mortgage was denied even though my credit was good. From what I can recall, the credit score at that time was around XXXX or higher. I applied for XXXX more loans between XXXX and XXXX and a streamline mortgage refinance with XXXX XXXX but all were denied. My interest rate remains at 6 % even today. XXXX of the lenders that denied me, Mortgage XXXX XXXX, approved XXXX of my employee 's loans, but denied mine. From what I knew of her family and financial situation, my credit score should have been higher. After XXXX in XXXX, I have had a difficult time maintaining employment. Foreseeing possible financial problems and the potential need to relocate, I listed my house for sale in late XXXX. I have not worked since XXXX XXXX and I have filed for XXXX but the claim was denied. After becoming unemployed in XXXX I have taken a number of steps to try to stay in my home : I have applied for mortgage assistance with my current lender, XXXX, through their Modification Program to lower the interest rate but the application has been denied, I applied for a refinance loan with XXXX XXXX Bank, and the loan was approved ; however, I was not able to pay the down payment on the conventional loan and ultimately I have applied for mortgage assistance through a Program called " Hardest Hit Alabama ''. I have had to go through the application process twice. I have found their office hard to work with with redundant requests for documents, and additional information even though I have already submitted the information. I few weeks ago, I had to take out a title loan on my vehicle just to catch up my mortgage that was about to go into foreclosure all while in the midst of a pending application with XXXX Alabama. Late last week, I finally heard back from the rep at XXXX XXXX Alabama, XXXX XXXX. My application is now with the Underwriter. I have no idea how long that application will remain in the underwriters office before a determination is made. I have been a licensed XXXX XXXX XXXX in Alabama since XXXX. My most recent job was in XXXX, AL. I was employed at XXXX from XXXX XXXX to XXXX XXXX. During that time my income went from XXXX to XXXX. Unfortunately, due to federal cutbacks and increased XXXX taxes the health care industry in Alabama has suffered. My income has remained at around XXXX per year and has not increased since XXXX so I have gone through my retirement and most of my savings. I have several potential job opportunities that look promising and hope to be back at work soon. I am a single mother with XXXX adult son and a soon to be XXXX XXXX XXXX that live with me. XXXX of the positions I have applied for is out of town. For financial reasons, I will be forced to take the position, if offered. The cost of maintaining XXXX homes will be a financial burden for me ; especially at the XXXX percent interest rate.

I XXXX XXXX was on XXXX XXXX from the dates of XX/XX/XXXX -XX/XX/XXXX. During my leave I received bi-weekly payments from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I received a double payment because my PTO absence request was not submitted during the proper processing cycle pay-period. Therefore, I had to contact the corporate office director XXXX XXXX regarding this issue. This issue was approved and payment was issued for the next bi-weekly payroll cycle. This resulted into two deposits. The payment of {$620.00} included days I had worked the prior week before I left for XXXX XXXX. I received XXXX payments from my XXXX XXXX XXXX of {$450.00} on a weekly basis. The payments from XXXX were only received while I was on leave. I have been working with a loan counselor at XXXX XXXX name XXXX XXXX, he has been great with assisting me with the help I needed to get some assistance with my home loan. I was informed by the XXXX that I was approved for a loan to help with my past due payments until XX/XX/XXXX. I submitted all the paperwork required. I was told form my loan specialist that the XXXX has been contacting my loan provider XXXX and has been informed that all I owed was the amount of XXXX. I informed my loan counselor that I called XXXX an the lender stated that I still owed a balance for XX/XX/XXXX. I questioned why when the XXXX asked the total balance owed from up until XX/XX/XXXX. Why wasn't that included. Turns out that XXXX did not communicate the accurate balance to the agency. I was also informed that I had accumulated a balance of approx. XXXX. I also questioned why this wasn't included? Never got a proper response. So I went back to my XXXX XXXX Loan Counselor he helped me reach out yet again to the XXXX explaining what had happened and how XX/XX/XXXX payment was not included. The XXXX contacted the XXXX again and they informed the agency of the balance that was outstanding XXXX reported only the XXXX. My loan counselor explained to me on the date to come in to sign the modification for XX/XX/XXXX. That XXXX would not include the outstanding balance of XXXX. He said that the agency was very difficult with not including the amount with the mortgage owed for XX/XX/XXXX and did not have a specific reason why they would not include it. The agency recognized how great of the need that me as a single mother of XXXX needs a home a place to lay our head yet XXXX would not allow the agency to pay my account at XXXX. Now, they are expecting me to pay the late fee, I find this very unjust and I can not believe and I am so ashamed to have a loan with such a lender. I would like to refinance my home with another agency that is willing to work with single family parents that may run into problems along the way. I was informed that consider I was offered XXXX down on my home that I was stuck with this lender. I am seeking some assistance with this agency. They are not out here to keep people in their homes they are not willing to work out payment plans for individuals that have hardships. The agency name is XXXX located in XXXX, Alabama this agency should be looked into immediately. The staff are very unfriendly and would prefer the consumers loose their homes. In addition, I use to be able to make payments online but due to my bank a payment was declined and I no longer can make online payments. I have to mail them go-figure.

When the mortgage company that is part of the Alabama Housing Finance authority reassessed my loan in XX/XX/XXXX of this year they added XXXX dollars to my mortgage loan. they claim this is because they sent to much money to my insurance company. My insurance company refunded me for the loan. This is to inform and note that I received a very unpleasant phone call from Servisolutions representative XXXX XXXX XXXX on XXXX XXXX, 2015. XXXX contacted me in a very threatening aggressive and demanding tone requesting what he stated were missed mortgage payments while chewing in my ear. I informed him that I had sent XXXX XXXX 2015 payments together. He asked several times why are my payments late? I explained that I had already contacted Servisolutions regarding my mortgage transfer and why was it transferred. I explained that I was advised to wait until I received confirmation from SS stating they are officially my new mortgage carrier, and then submit payment to avoid sending multiple payments to different agencies. XXXX made no gesture to offer any concerns as to ask me was everything OK with me or do you have our correct information to send your payments to. He informed me that my credit report was being affected right now. I replied, I thought I had a grace period while account was in transition. He continued to make his statements and not have concern about my statements. He also stated that our job is to handle these new accounts and get these payments on time. I asked for his supervisor and he stated asking me why I wanted to speak with his supervisor. I informed him that I wanted to speak with someone more positive because I was receiving a negative tone with him while he was even chewing gum or eating something because he was chewing in my ear. XXXX XXXX came on the phone stating so XXXX XXXX you sent XXXX payments in, and when did you send them in the mail? I asked her could she please identify herself because I asked to speak to a supervisor. Only at that time did she identify who she was. I explained to her the situation I experienced with XXXX, which I found his name out later. XXXX made no mention of apologizing for the experience I had until I spoke to her about an apology. I addressed her by stating I see why customer services representative XXXX XXXX XXXX act the way he did towards me because that is the way the supervisors act. XXXX transferred me to XXXX 's phone voice mail, I got no return call until I called back to mention to another customer service representative ( XXXX ) who was very polite. She shared that she was new to the company and I stated that 's why you are so polite. I shared my concern with her and then XXXX called me back. He had the same attitude as the other representatives. He started exclaiming to me how many letters servisolutions had sent out to my address. I really would like to know - could you sell the loan to another agency or could I just apply to another agency to assume the account. These experiences I experienced today were very very disturbing to me knowing I have to work with this company for 30 years. What if I really needed their support and I was in the hospital or something? They would not be helpful. I checked the reviews on Servisolutions ; they are not pleasant towards customers. Please inform me on how to have my account changed to another service provider. Even to this day, I have not had any contact from the provider stating any apologies for the encounter.

Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options Letter ( sent out by the lender ) datedXX/XX/XXXX borrowers requested the meet & confer via letter dated XX/XX/XXXX 2. Email XX/XX/XXXX from Lender to Attorney that the borrowers requested a meet and confer a. Response from Attorney to Lender requesting approval of fees in the amount of {$350.00} to prepare and attend the meeting 3. Email XX/XX/XXXX from Lender to Attorney needs a few explanations/clarification but based on financials, borrowers will qualify for a 5 month repayment plan 4. Meet & confer held via phoneXX/XX/XXXX, additional documents/clarifications were needed. Email from attorneys office listed it as a mediation meet and confer. Under the Washington State Foreclosure Fairness Act, there is no such thing as a mediation meet and confer. These are two separate meetings. 5. On XX/XX/XXXXborrowers submitted the missing documents/clarifications to lender and previous housing counselor per the meet and confer 6. Notice of Default issued datedXX/XX/XXXX the box checked on the Foreclosure Loss Mitigation Form was that the borrowers DID NOT request a meeting per the above, that is incorrect. 7. Mediation was requested on XX/XX/XXXX per the issuance of the Notice of Default 8. It is our understanding that per RCW 61.24.031 under 1 ( c ) Section IV 90 days AFTER the date of the Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options Letter is when a Notice of Default can be issued, which means the earliest the Notice of Default could have been issued would have beenXX/XX/XXXX. The Notice of Default was issued prematurely and therefore there should be no fees. There was a review/decision made back on XX/XX/XXXX pending additional documents. Our understanding of the CFPB guidelines is that the lender can not move forward with the foreclosure if there is a pending review. 9. EmailXX/XX/XXXX from borrower that she had called in the payment for {$2900.00} and was told she needed to pay {$3100.00} to cover part of the lawyer fees this contradicts the repayment plan. a. Email receivedXX/XX/XXXX from Attorney office that borrowers were approved for a repayment plan ( letter dated XX/XX/XXXX ) and the first payment had been made wanted to know if we wanted to stay in mediation through the plan. Advised we want to stay in mediation to address the request at the meet and confer for attorney fees to be paid by the borrowers. 11. Mortgage company is ServiSolutions ( Alabama Housing Finance Authority ). Previous homeowner 's insurance company is XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/2021, I called to let XXXX know that I had canceled my homeowner 's insurance policy with XXXX XXXX. I then proceeded to provide XXXX with all of the relevant documentation for them to pay my new homeowner 's insurance policy with a different company. After nearly a month passed, I did not see where my new insurance company had been paid for my new policy. I called XXXX and they told me that on XX/XX/2021, the finance team processed a payment of {$620.00} to XXXX. I was told that their finance system did not show the flag on my account that my XXXX policy was canceled, so they paid the invoice to XXXX instead of the new company. After calling XXXX several times in late XXXX, I then found out from XXXX during a XX/XX/XXXX phone call that they paid XXXX {$620.00} and they paid my new insurance as well for the {$620.00} ( that was the amount of the new policy ). So I am now out of {$620.00} in my escrow because of a duplicate payment for homeowner 's insurance. XXXX told me they would call back in 48 hours with more information on how to resolve this. XXXX never called back. I called XXXX XXXX the week of XX/XX/XXXX and they told me that they never received a check, nor cashed it, nor applied anything to my account for the canceled policy. I called ServiSolutions on XX/XX/2021 as a follow-up to my XX/XX/XXXX call and was told that they had to check with the bank to see if the check to XXXX cleared. Today, XX/XX/2021, ServiSolutions tells me that they issued a bulk check to XXXX XXXX ( the check was cashed ) for several homeowner 's insurance policies and that XXXX may have applied my {$620.00} to another homeowner 's account!! XXXX then told the ServiSolutions representative that they would look into this - so the ServiSolutions rep provided documentation of the bulk check that was sent and cashed some time ago ( the ServiSolutions rep said the check was cashed a while ago ). I called ServiSolutions back on XX/XX/XXXX for written documentation ( emails ) about what was discussed between them and XXXX but apparently the ServiSolutions rep was now out of the office. I then called XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and the rude representative tells me that there are no notes on my account that the mortgage lender called, or that a payment was applied, or that a check was cashed for insurance policies and possibly applied to the wrong account. So apparently XXXX knows nothing. I called ServiSolutions back on XX/XX/XXXX have asked about making a formal complaint at ServiSolutions but was told that I should give them until tomorrow morning before they would let me speak with a manager to file a complaint. XXXX has been telling me since XXXX that they would resolve all of this, and it is still unresolved. I have been under a great deal of stress because of this problem and have had to visit the doctor numerous times and/or take off work.

Good afternoon. I have had a mortgage XXXX company for 16yrs this XXXX. My original mortgage company was XXXX XXXX XXXX & then they merged with your company. They let me put my closing costs on the back end of the loan but when they merged with XXXX, then this company made those closing costs a 2nd mortgage for me. I have tried & tried to refinance for over a decade because XXXX still has me at a 6 % interest rate which has my monthly payments extremely high & has always been unbearable to stay on top of. A couple years ago, XXXXXXXX XXXX offered to refinance by loan & even take over the 2nd mortgage loan & consolidate them into one but XXXX would not let me out of my mortgage with them until I paid the 2nd mortgage in full first. Makes no sense how a company MAKES you stay with them & forces you to for 16yrs! XXXX has never been willing to help with their customers at all, even through really tough times! Now, here I am trying to refinance yet again & even get some equity out of my home to pay down some debt & do some home updates & XXXX have put delinquent marks & late payments on my credit thru this Pandemic. XXXX should remove any late payments from my credit from XXXX thru until the end of XXXX. Theres no way they should be penalizing anyone for having any late payment at all thru anytime from the beginning of the Pandemic until the end of the Pandemic period. I lost my job during it & was panicked about what I was going to do. I did start to receive unemployment & stimulus checks is the only reason I was even able to pay on my mortgage at all. But those were delinquent at times coming in & it was all extremely stressful time & has been for everyone for over a year. XXXX needs to remove any late payments or derogatory remarks or negative marks on someones account during this Pandemic from XXXX of XXXX until XXXX XXXX. Its horrible that this company would try to hurt someones credit & not show forgiveness on their reports for being late during this scary & uncertain time. I have had the hardest time with this company & some of the rudest representatives & have tried to refinance but they still refuse & force me stay at a 6 % interest rate & Im done with it. I have been forced to be with XXXX for too long & have been forced to pay 6 % for too long so I am reaching out to companies & the XXXX to help me with this company. I have sent them this same email & complaints & they only responded by saying they would send it to the right department or persons for a response & still have not heard from anyone there at all. I would just like some help to remove late payments from the beginning of the pandemic until it's over to give people a chance to refinance to lower their payments or to be able to take out their equity to pay off debt or to make improvements to their current home. We have submitted for mortgage assistance back in XX/XX/XXXX with XXXX who is our mortgage servicer, this was a re-application of a denial back in XX/XX/2019 telling us we do not qualify based on the calculation with the underwriter we are spending too much money monthly and the mortgage payment is affordable to our gross household income, ( is over 45 % debt to ratio income combined with my wifes and my income ) We worked with XXXX XXXX XXXX to have XXXX assist us with our loan modification paperwork, gladly she has re-submitted the file and followed up on the lender communicated on our behalf while we are at work during business hours. We have come across an issue today, After providing a complete file proof of {$4500.00} in funds to use for a loan modification and current income and expense financials we were denied again. We received a letter in email from XXXX which was forwarded by the XXXX XXXX Underwriter dated XX/XX/2019 reasoning all the denials and that we should proceed with liquidation options. However in the letter it does not state we can appeal the denial, and it also states we have a foreclosure sale set now for this Friday XX/XX/2019 less than 3 days from the denial. We are aware of our WA Homeowner Bill of Rights we understand timing and timelines and we have not enough time to do anything here. We communicated via email to the underwriter to XXXX XXXX, and CC her foreclosure manager XXXX XXXX and we did not get a response yet. They emailed us the denial letter which is attached in the body of her email she states we have a trustee sale already dated for this week, the letter says 19 days a required for a sale to be canceled by servicer for any other workout options. We feel that the lender is doing unlawful things here, We are not properly given a time frame for these below The Foreclosure Fairness Act ( FFA ) governs the non-judicial foreclosure process in Washington State. The FFA provides the timeline for non-judicial foreclosure in Washington and the responsibilities of mortgage companies and borrowers during the process. Under the FFA, the servicer ( the company that sends you your monthly statements ) is required to send three notices before it can foreclose on a home : 1. Notice of Pre-Foreclosure Options 2. Notice of Default ( via a trustee or beneficiary ) 3. Notice of Trustee Sale ( via a trustee or beneficiary ) We are not notified of the sale date in writing, or Notice of Sale filed, we are told in an email less than 4 days away from the denied loan decision. XXXX deleted my account and their entire payment website in XXXX without providing any notice or alternatives to payment. I attempted to call their customer service line twice without being able to reach anybody ( left after waiting in call queue for more than an hour ) in XXXX, and by the time I was finally able to get someone on the phone on XX/XX/22 I was informed my mortgage payment had been reported as late, even though I made the payment over the phone immediately. The reason I needed to speak with someone before making the payment was that the old website I had bookmarked to make payments with had been showing a 404 not found error during XXXX, and appeared to have been updated in XXXX to forward users to their new website. When I tried to sign in with my account information I was informed my account had been deleted and that I had to register to create a new one before making a payment. Since I hadn't received any call, email, or letter from XXXX informing me of this change I was suspicious that it may have been a phishing attempt to access my mortgage account and information. After finally reaching a real person at XXXX who could confirm that there was a new website I accessed it but was not able to submit or schedule a payment as the payment amount fields were broken and there was no button or other option to actually click on to submit a payment, so I made the payment over the phone immediately. I was assured by the same person that this had been a common issue and that other people were also having issues accessing the new website so it would not be considered late. The late payment is still showing on my credit report and after contacting them again to remove the late payment I was told they couldn't help me at all by an overworked customer service agent who rushed me off the phone immediately after waiting in the queue for 35 minutes. I have submitted disputes with the 3 credit bureaus since I believe this was an unfair business practice that probably caused many other late payments with their customers. I have otherwise never missed a payment and this unfair mark on my credit report will show up on pre-employment screens and affect my ability to relocate for potential job opportunities or refinance, buy, or sell a house.

On XX/XX/XXXX I cancelled an insurance policy with XXXX and XXXX ( wind/hail ) under a company called XXXX. Prior to doing so I established insurance with XXXX XXXX. When the policy cancellations were sent to XXXX, it appears the XXXX policy was cancelled but the XXXX policy was not. So since then I have been paying monthly escrow deposits which I have been told have were paid to XXXX for XXXX coverage on XX/XX/XXXX in the amount of XXXX. I had been trying to get the escrow payments cancelled for this policy since XX/XX/XXXX when I first called XXXX after I received much higher monthly payments since XX/XX/XXXX. I was told this was because of an escrow assessment done in XXXX which required higher escrow payments on the XXXX policy which is at that time I found out I was still paying for a cancelled policy. I have called XXXX at least five times since then and each time I get the run around and am told different information each time. Some of their representatives are not able to even tell me anything. I have called XXXX and emailed a document showing my refund of XXXX from XXXX and it says I have coverage elsewhere. I have been told that is enough. I sold and closed on the property on XX/XX/XXXX and prior to that date the title company could not reach anyone at XXXX to get a payoff amount for closing. Earlier in XXXX I had requested a payoff statement which I received in the mail. It was dated thru to XX/XX/XXXX. I was able to give it to the title company so they paid the loan off after closing. The title company was contacted the next day saying I still owed XXXX which was the difference of what was owed from the XXXX policy. They said if it wasnt paid by XX/XX/XXXX I would be charged XXXX a day fee until it was paid. So not only do they owe me XXXX, now they want more for a policy that was cancelled. All they have to do is see I had XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX to know the other policy should have been cancelled like the XXXX document shows and send me back all the money I paid since then. My title company was good enough to pay in advance for me the XXXX but I will be paying them back and out more money. I just dont know what to do at this point. I cant get anywhere with them on my own.

ServiSolutions acquired my mortgage is XXXX 2015. Their XXXX letter to me stated my new mortgage payment was {$1200.00} monthly ( {$570.00} principal, {$330.00} interest, {$320.00} escrow ). At closing my HUD-1 stated my mortgage is {$890.00} ( {$660.00} principal, interest, mortgage insurance, {$220.00} property taxes and homeowners insurance ). They fixed this problem after a few weeks. Now, they have sent me a statement saying my property taxes ( which has not even been issued for this year yet ) are increasing to $ XXXX and my new monthly payment is {$1600.00} per month. I applied for forbearance while I was on furlough XXXX thru XX/XX/XXXX. Even though I was under a forbearance the ServiSolutions continued to call to say that I was in breach of contract and defaulted on my loan. It got to the point that I pulled money out of my savings account to make the back payments. When I called in XXXX to ask about the statements showing I was behind on my payments, the customer service rep told me to not worry about the statements. The statements are not correct since I'm in a forbearance. So I trusted her and I ignored the statements and started making my payments at {$940.00} per month. I applied for Covid related mortgage assistance through Mortgage Assistance Alabama on XX/XX/XXXX. I received a postcard from them in the mail on XX/XX/XXXX, stating that XXXX customers were able to apply for mortgage assistance if they had been unemployed after XX/XX/XXXX. I had been let go in XX/XX/XXXX and had been receiving unemployment benefits until Alabama ended benefits in XXXX. Since then I have had no income. I have submitted, then resubmitted forms. I have been instructed to sign forms regarding income and pay that are NOT mine ( pay or income ), and when I asked the processing agent ( XXXX ) why would I need to sign off on forms that don't even have my name on them? I was told that was what underwriting wants ( XX/XX/XXXX, @ XXXX XXXX ). I struggle with why underwriting would require that. Today, XX/XX/XXXX, I was also told, on my call for clarity about what needed to be redone today, to complete a statement stating that I am not required to file a tax return. I am and do file taxes. I asked, " why would I do that? '' To which there was no immediate answer. I did not get the agent 's name, said she would need to send an email to someone to get more information and for me to wait for a reply. I have, so far, been able to make the mortgage, but my savings are depleted, and soon late fees and credit hits will happen because I'm still completing/re-completing and re-signing forms as the XXXX of the month and its grace period rapidly approach and we are late! The entire ordeal seems like a huge run-around and a way to avoid disbursing aid to needy taxpayers while pretending to try. It feels as though there is a hope that I will either give up or purger myself and therefore disqualify and legally harm myself. I have been printing, signing, scanning, and running to print shops in order to complete this never-ending application for aid for 10 days now. No application for help should require 10+ days and unending money for scanning and printing.

This company does not allow me to make payments, when I call I get hung up on and told my account is locked, or when I submit payments the company does not allow payment, unless the next month is paid in full too, even though for example I am trying to pay, today X/X/17, and they wo n'taccept payment unless I include XX/XX/XXXX payment which is not even due until XX/XX/XXXX. I have no problem paying what I am behind on, but they are asking me to pay ahead too, which is impossible for us to do at this time. They are intentionally making it difficult to make payments as if they want us to be behind, and keep us in a default status never climbing back out. Today I requested to make a XXXX $ certified funds payment to them to get us paid for XX/XX/XXXX and partial XX/XX/XXXX and I would pay the remaining balance and be caught up for XX/XX/XXXX, and XXXX XXXX, the only person this company has allowed me to speak to on this account who is consistently rude, condenscending, and hangs up the phone on me, said NO payment will be accepted unless I include all of XX/XX/XXXX as well even though according to my paperwork it 's not due until X/XX/2017. All questions I ask as to why they wo n't accept payment they say is because I am a less then one year old loan. I have asked to speak to ANYONE else and they still have XXXX XXXX as the collection person. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, and difficulty they make it just to get caught back up is unreasonable and causing us to have to pay extra fees we are trying to avoid. am almost positive I am being steered. I started my loan modification process over a year ago and they keep pushing it back and denying me loan modifications. XXXX has told me they would be changing my fixed rate 4.25 % to 5.3 % and lowering my monthly payment by {$70.00}. I have applied for loan modifications so many times and each time they have a new reason why they are denying me. Something is not right. I am down to my last few option, but I know something is not right. I am complaining everywhere because this company is trying to take my home because of all of the equity I have in my home. They have been making it hard for me to afford my modification and they are always considering things into my monthly payment that I am not paying for. I have had it. I need to get people involved who can truly help me in this matter. XXXX XXXX XXXX knows of what XXXX has done to me. During all of my loan modifications over the last year or so, XXXX has not be properly reporting to help me save my home. They simply want to take my home. Why are they telling me information regarding what the interest is GOING to be? So many things wrong here. They need to be stopped. Last year I was doubling up on mortgage payments to get caught up and when I lost my job and was only two months behind they never told me anything about a loan modification process. They just kept allowing me to get further behind. This has been the worst time of my life. How does it help the home buyer to raise the rate and only reduce payments by {$70.00} dollars. XXXX says that my payments are always late due to slow USPS delivery. I make my payment electronically and I told them so. XXXX said sometimes banks write a physical check and mai it! My mortgage contract specifies that the mortgage company ( ServiSolutions, in this case ) is responsible for paying my property taxes ; however the taxes were not paid, and are now 2.5 months in arrears. I can accept that mistakes happen, and that it may take time to fix said mistake ( s ), but 2.5 months is not an acceptable amount of time for this issue to still be unresolved. As near as I can tell, with the information I have access to, ServiSolutions attempted to pay the taxes ( I assume by issuing a check ), but some error was made and the funds were returned to ServiSolutions and credited back to my escrow account. I discovered that the taxes had not been paid when I got my form XXXX and saw in box XXXX " Property Tax {$0.00}. '' I have received no communications from ServiSolutions about the taxes, and they still show as owing at the county Treasurer, meaning that if they did anything to discover the error, they either have not fixed it or have not discovered its origin. The easiest thing would have been for them to contact me - since I got the statement from the County Treasurer - and ask me to help them update their system, but they did not ; likewise they could have Googled it ( if it was an address/addressee problem ), and either of those solutions would have resolved the problem in a matter of minutes, not months. This is my first mortgage, and I trusted that ServiSolutions had enough experience and people that when something like this happened it would be quickly corrected, instead, it is up to me to do their job.

Initiated a request by phone on XX/XX/2020 to stop the preauthorized electronic draft to pay my XXXX mortgage payment. Was told that I needed to stop this 6 days prior to XX/XX/XXXX draft date ( XX/XX/XXXX is Sunday, draft would go out on Monday ). From my reading of the EFTA, I can give this revocation orally 3 days prior to the electronic draft. On follow-up with the company, I was told that oral requests are not taken and I would need to send an email which may or may not stop the funds transfer. In speaking with a supervisor, I was told their policy was not to accept oral requests to stop payment, which is also not compliant. Electronic Funds Transfer Act 1005.10 ( c ) Consumer 's right to stop payment ( 1 ) Notice. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer from the consumer 's account by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer. ( 2 ) Written confirmation. The financial institution may require the consumer to give written confirmation of a stop-payment order within 14 days of an oral notification. I made the first mortgage payment XXXX XXXX for my first payment due in XXXX. I made the payment online with no issues. I then tried to make my XXXX 2016 payment the first week of XXXX online but XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX site would not let me. I tried several more times with no success. I then noticed that it was showing a " XXXX '' balance on the principal. I called the automated line for mortgage help and it stated it was payed in full, which I knew was not correct. On XXXX XXXX I called and spoke directly with XXXX XXXX XXXX personel. They advised me that my mortgage had been sold and they did not know to who but gave me a phone number. I called the number and learned that it was bought by XXXX. The person I talked to could not provide a date it was transferred and also said they could not find my XXXX payment. Later that day I was able to locate my loan through their website. I have never received any written, voice, or electronic notification that this had taken place or instructions on how to make my future payments. Also, now I find out that I will be charged to make payments electronically/online/phone. Now I will only be able to send a check to make a payment which I find very inconvient this day and time. ServiSolutions is my servicer. They paid taxes of {$3300.00} on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX for parcel # XXXX. My tax bill for XX/XX/XXXX was {$590.00} and my property parcel # is XXXX. This error created a negative balance in my escrow account. I received my statement and contacted them in XXXX XXXX to correct the error. It was not corrected until XXXX XXXX, XXXX when they paid {$650.00} on the proper tax parcel. This payment came out of my escrow account and included a {$45.00} penalty for late payment and {$23.00} interest charge on late payment. They did an escrow analysis at the beginning of this year and determined I owed a lot of money for the negative escrow balance which was inappropriately withdrawn. The escrow payment has gone up to {$490.00} a month from {$110.00} a month in order to fund the inappropriate disbursements. I have contacted them multiple times to fix the escrow account and my payment. They are telling me they will not credit my escrow for the amounts they fraudulently disbursed but are waiting for the county to refund them the first tax payment. Until then, they will not adjust my payment to the appropriate amount and will not accept any payment other than one that includes funds to cover the negative escrow.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a mailed letter ( dated XX/XX/XXXX ) from XXXX stating that my homeowner 's insurance policy had not been renewed, and that if not renewed, XXXX would purchase a policy for the house for an excessive amount. On XX/XX/XXXX I called XXXX customer support and was told to have my insurance provider ( XXXX ) send a renewal notice. I called XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX and requested the notice be re-sent ( they told me they had already sent multiple notices to XXXX. ) The representative from XXXX also found that my home loan number on file was incorrect. I called and requested a loan modification on my FHA loan back in XXXX of XXXX and was denied and told the specific company XXXX didnt offer loan modifications. I was sent a letter of acceleration today XX/XX/XXXX dated for XX/XX/XXXX stating that in 45 days my loan was to be made current with the {$4500.00} paid otherwise it would be accelerated. I had someone from XXXX contact them stating that I would like to request a loan modification or a partial payment, I was then notified that I couldnt do a loan modification due to my loan being a mortgage revenue bond. The lady from XXXX then requested for a partial payment and was told that one was already approved then after speaking with us for a while we were told I had to send in a third party authorization in order for them to speak with her. We then sent in the third party authorization and were told that they still couldnt speak to us because they hadnt received the third party authorization yet. We will be contacting them again on Tuesday XX/XX/XXXX to find out about getting a partial payment since I have been denied a loan modification.

In XX/XX/2021 I became unemployed due to illness. I requested forbearance for 6 months until either SS XXXX could come through or I could work out another way of resuming payments. My daughter and son in law moved in with me, and they were agreeing in helping me make the mortgage payment, so I called XX/XX/XXXXand requested that my forbearance be lifted so I could resume making payments. I requested they add my unpaid payments to the back of my loan. They told me this was not an option and I had to come up with the lump sum in order to resume payments. I did not know they did not offer this option, and it was not explained to me at the time I requested forbearance. I had to obtain a personal signature loan to pay the lump sum back to XX/XX/XXXX Now I pay {$400.00} more a month in mortgage payment if the payment for this personal loan is added. With the cost of inflation, gas, and my medical bills, even with my daughter and her husband 's help I am afraid we will be falling behind again in my mortgage. I submitted complaint ID # XXXX on XX/XX/2019 against XXXX, which is a division of Alabama Housing Finance Authority. Not only has neither company responded to my submission, I have since been locked out of accessing my account online. There has been no communication to notify me of any changes made that might require my attention. An attempt to login shows the notification " The user name and password combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again ''. I attempted to create a new online account using my account information, and I bet the message saying " the information does not match our records on file ''. Attempts to update my password result in the same type of message, saying the information doesn't match their records. Given that my original complaint was in regard to being charged a late fee due to an apparent change in their policy, I'm furious this payment will be late because they've locked me out of online access. I'll be calling them tomorrow, and if it isn't settled, there will be another complaint filed.

I have been working with the mortgage company for months to complete a pre-foreclosure sale. My home was initially placed in loss mitigation due to divorce. My husband occupied the home and then left it without telling me. Because it was so far behind when I found out he left, I was unable to catch the payments up. My only option was to sale. It took forever to get to the point that we could accept offers due to me having to wait for the home to be awarded to me after the final divorce. I had an offer on the home and it fell through due to the buyer being tired of back and forth from the mortgage company. Now, I have XXXX buyers but the mortgage company is saying it 's too late to move forward. Why is the sale not being postponed? On X/X/17 I requested a payoff quote from my loan servicing company, XXXX , because I am refinancing my loan ( which has a 1st & 2nd put together ). O n their payoff quote, they are charging me {$200.00} for each release. I called the Washington XXXX XXXX County Auditor 's office and was told the fee is only {$73.00} for th e 1st p age and {$1.00} per page after that, but re-conveyances are only usually XXXX page, and never cost {$200.00}. Today, X/XX/17 , I called XXXX asking why the fee is so high when the actual recording fee is n't that much & according to my DOT am not responsible for the Trustee fee. They said no, that across the board, Washington State reconveyance fees are {$200.00}, and if I do n't want to be charged that for each of the releases, I have to have the recording department in the auditor 's office fax them otherwise. I received a letter from my mortgage company that my mortgage had gone from {$990.00} a month to {$2000.00} a month. When I called my mortgage company they said it was because my insurance was so expensive and they were very condescending to me. I called and got new insurance. When I spoke to the new insurance agent he said there was something terribly wrong. I called XXXX back they said they had made a mistake and sent a check for {$4000.00} to a wrong insurance company and once they got the check back they would update my mortgage payment. I also received a check back from the second insurance company ( because XXXX told me that was the cause of my mortgage going up so much ) that I immediately turned over to XXXX. After they put all the money back, my mortgage payment was still {$1100.00}. That is {$170.00} more than it was prior to all the insurance mistakes. Monthly ( through my mortgage payment ), I pay into an escrow account that is allotted for property taxes and homeowner 's insurance. By law, XXXX ( Alabama Housing Finance Authority ) is required to pay those items ON TIME from the escrow account. My annual homeowner 's insurance was due XX/XX/19 ( {$980.00} ). The bill was mailed to XXXX XX/XX/19. I received a letter from XXXX dated XX/XX/19 that my insurance was expiring and if I didn't send them a new policy showing coverage, that they would purchase expensive insurance for me. I checked my mortgage statement, and it shows that there is indeed money in the escrow account to pay for my annual insurance. Why it hasn't been paid, I'm not sure, but this seems to be an ongoing issue with this company based on other complaints I have read. They charge a late fee if a mortgage payment is late - So they should be charged a late fee as well for not paying the insurance on time. Please enforce the law and hold this company accountable for its negligence.

My home mortgage was originated by XXXX Bank with a second mortgage down payment assistance bond through the XXXX. The first payment on my loan was due on XXXX/XXXX/16. I have made my payments from XXXX/XXXX/16 through XXXX/XXXX/16 to XXXX as that is the company I believed owned my loan. I am now receiving statements and late notices from a company named XXXX who state they now service and own my loan on behalf of the XXXX. I have spoken with both XXXX and XXXX in regards to my problem and they both state that they still own the loan and the servicing rights. Both companies are also reporting my home loan on my credit report. XXXX is reporting me as current and XXXX is reporting me as delinquent. I would like to file a complaint to help resolve the true issue of who owns my loan at this time and who I should be making my payments too. Per the CARES act : If you made an arrangement with a creditor they can not report your payments as past due. This is as long as your account was already current. This applies to agreements made between XX/XX/2020 and 120 days after XX/XX/2020 or 120 days after the COVID-19 national emergency ends. My account ( XXXX ) was current XX/XX/2020 and went delinquent XXXX while I was in the modification process. I was contacted by the business in XXXX of XXXX and told that i qualified for a modification and was told to go delinquent to continue with the modification. i was never made aware of the covid forbearance i qualified for or any of the covid assistance programs i could have used. i have attempted to speak with the business regarding this multiple times and my manager voicemails are never returned. To my understanding compliance with the CARES act would required ServiSolutions to remove the late payments from my credit report for XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX of XXXX.

Servisolutions refused a payment a month late, stating that our contract forbids anything but complete up-to-date payments ( so after 30 days, we needed to pay two full months, not one month behind ). There is nothing in our contract that states this. As we began to see we could not catch up, we contacted a counseling service which advised that we send a certified XXXX request, which by law they are required to accommodate. The company refused to set up a meeting and called us to yell at us that it would be a waste of time because our contract forbids any modifications. They also said, without notifying us first, that they had already started the foreclosure process and requested our initiating mortgage broker to take back our loan. We are now 5 months behind, they will not accept any payment that is not all 5 months in full, and our credit is destroyed. NOTHING in the copy of the contract that we have says they had to do this.

I applied for an FHA home loan a month ago in conjunction with an Alabama Housing Finance Authority XXXX ( down payment assistance ) I was told the loan would be approved, but just found out from the mortgage loan officer, today, XXXX XXXX, 2016 that I do not qualify for the Alabama Housing Finance Authority XXXX because I am married and estranged from my husband who is living XXXX and can not be contacted to state his income and give his authorization for me to purchase the house. I am just stunned because I was led to believe that everything was o.k. and closing would be XXXX XXXX, 2016. For this reason only, I can not purchase a house and must continue to rent. A company called servi solutions contacted me via mail and claimed my loan had been transferred to them. I then received a bill from my original lender and this new lender raising my concern. I called both companies. My original lender had no record of it being sold and warned me not to send anyone else money unless I received a letter from my current company stating they transferred my loan. I called servi solutions and a woman told me dates it was bought and transferred and seemingly sounded very trustworthy. I called my dad for advice, he said it could be a scam, and looked up servi solutions on bbb and they had an F rating. I decided not to servi solutions money because it seems like a scam. My initial complaint XXXX named XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX as subservicer ( account XXXX ) in this matter. It turns out that XXXX ( account XXXX ) was responsible for the shady practice of reporting my payment late when it was, in fact, timely and discrepant. XXXX sold my mortgage loan to XXXX immediately following this shady report. XXXX followed up only to implicate XXXX and told me they could not resolve the issue. All the detail I provided in the initial complaint then, would directly apply to XXXX as the company at fault for incorrectly reporting. I am not sure it is true that XXXX can not correct this? My homeowner 's insurance premium is included with my monthly mortgage payment. The servicer has not paid the annual premium for the last 2 years. XXXX XXXX has records that the annual premium notice was sent 30 days prior to the renewal due date. The servicer lets the insurance cancel then the servicer adds force-placed insurance and makes me pay the premium. In the meantime I spend hours on the phone trying to get this straight. The money to pay the premium is in escrow. My premium is {$710.00} a year. Around XXXX or XXXX I called in to ask for a forbearance and the call rep said I was not eligible because I was not late on payments and did not test positive for XXXX. Got XXXX in XXXX and called in and got a forbearance they sent me a letter saying I had XXXX months of forbearance and when I called at the end of XXXX months to make my payment they wanted me to pay more over XXXX months but I was not able to do so at that time and now they say that I might get foreclosure if I dont pay full amount I also tried to fill out home owner assistance fund XXXX after my first XXXX and answered all questions honestly and they denied me so I would like to file a complaint on both parties

ON XX/XX/2019 The Alabama housing authority contacted me regarding my mortgage telling me i was behind on my mortgage. I looked at my accounts and it showed that they have been drawing out the payments, and not applying them to my mortgage. They explained this was because of a system error, and they let something expire, so now they have told me that they are going to try and fix it but this I am sure has already hit my credit report, and that isn't my fault. They pulled my money, over 1000 a month, and I am sure have filed it against my credit. If possible please investigate, as that isn't fair and is coming across as extremely shady as a business practice. I want my credit restored.

My mortgage company, XXXX XXXX, Has not provided a mortgage statement since they assumed control of my mortgage in XXXX, 2017. I have called numerous times over the course of the last month and a half to get the issue resolved. I originally elected to receive the statement electronically through their website. Upon attempting to resolve the issue of my statements not receiving any statements, I inquired about receiving them through the mail. I was told they would be sending them. I however, have not received anything. Another issue I have is they have the entire history reported, but only one payment recorded to my credit. I have made every payment on time.

XXXX posted the video in regards to the CARES Act that the CFPB made. It mentions to ask 3 questions to the mortgage company in regards to Forbearance due to COVID. When I ask them how am I to pay back the forbearance they told me they would tell me XX/XX/XXXX. How can I commit to miss 3 months of payments without knowing the term of the missed payments. I have spoke to them on the phone and requested for the terms to be emailed to me. They have declined to send me the terms of my forbearance but only send the definition of forbearance. I would like to know the terms in which I am held to. They will not answer the questions within the video.

There is a global pandemic going on and daycares and schools were closed. I have XXXX kids that affected and I missed work without pay until I got the situation in hand. In XX/XX/2018 XXXX XXXX force placed my home owners insurance even though I had insurance in place. They didn't provide the legal amount of notice prior to force placing insurance. The issue was caused because they had in their system the wrong origination date. They also changed my loan number further causing issues when the insurance company sent a binder. My home mortgage is being serviced by the company XXXX after it was sold to them from my original lender. When the mortgage was originally obtained, I did not put down the 20 % and had to include mortgage insurance in my contract.
