To start, I used their platform to send {$510.00} USD using cryptocurrency on XX/XX/2023, USDC exactly, to my personal wallet. This transaction NEVER got to me even though I fulfilled all the required details. After doing so, the transaction showed up as " completed '', which to the user means that all the information was provided correctly. After I did so, they stated that the money should be arriving over the next minutes. It didn't, and until today XX/XX/XXXX, it still didn't show up. I filed a complaint with their Customer Support, where they told me that there was a piece of information missing to complete the transaction. If this field was required, then the transaction should not have been able to be completed. But they didn't require it when I started the transaction. I consider this a scam. Then, they promised to help me, while I stated my desperation due to the loss of my entire salary, I had to pay my rent and buy some food. I live alone with my brother and we both depend on that bi-monthly money. So I had to contract debt. I did so, while they stated that " I should wait around 20 days to see the funds on my account ''. After this, the company stopped answering my requests for action, they do not provide any information, and they only say " please wait ''. I can't wait anymore. I send messages to them everyday, and they don't answer or if they do, they ignore my questions and demands. This is a XXXX dollar company. And I lost my {$510.00} USD, which is nothing for them but it is everything to me. I need help here, I can't keep waiting. I want everyone to know what a fraud this is and what kind of damage they made to me. I had to CONTRACT DEBT because they decided to steal my legitimately-owned salary only so I can still live in my house. I don't have the resources to fight this company on the court. So I beg for help. I will cooperate fully, all I want and need is the totally of my funds back in my wallet so I can now pay the debts they FORCED me to contract. THEY SHOULD BE PAYING THAT DEBT, NOT ME.

I have been experiencing an ongoing issue with Airtm, a financial service provider specializing in money transfers and virtual currency. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue through their customer support, my communications have been disregarded. Specifically, my messages were moved to a new ticket and previous unanswered communications were deleted. I have documented the conversations anyway. Furthermore, under the pretext of 'Know Your Customer ' ( KYC ) verification, my account was unexpectedly locked, hindering my access to my funds. Not only has this been inconvenient, but it also raises serious concerns about the security and reliability of Airtm 's services. In addition to my personal experiences, I have found numerous similar complaints on XXXX, indicating that other Airtm customers are also experiencing issues. The primary concern is Airtm 's tendency to hold customers ' funds for extended periods without providing clear reasons or adequate customer service. This pattern suggests potential fraudulent practices on Airtm 's part and a failure to uphold standards of professionalism and customer service. Despite giving Airtm ample opportunities to address my concerns, the issue remains unresolved. Given the gravity of the situation and potential legal implications, I am seeking an immediate resolution and assurance that such unprofessional conduct will not be repeated. Should the issue not be resolved to satisfaction, I am prepared to take further legal action if necessary. As a legal professional, I am fully aware of my rights and am prepared to defend them to ensure that my case, as well as those of others who may be in a similar situation, are appropriately addressed.

Dear CFPB, I am writing to file a complaint against a financial institution that goes by the name of AIRTM, Inc ( https : XXXX ). I recently used their platform to exchange American dollars for XXXX XXXX, and I have been met with an incredibly frustrating experience. I believe that this institution is engaging in fraudulent practices and misleading their customers. To begin with, the institution has not been forthcoming with information. They have not been transparent about their problems on their website, and I was not made aware of the issues before I attempted to make my transaction. As a result, I have been left without access to my money, and my account has been blocked. Furthermore, it appears that this institution has a history of these types of problems. I have heard from other customers that they have experienced similar issues, and yet the institution has not taken any steps to address these problems. In addition, I feel as though the institution has " swallowed '' my money. I can not change my currency or resend it back to my international bank account, and I have no idea when I will be able to access my funds. This has caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, and I believe that the institution should be held accountable for their actions. I urge you to investigate this institution and take appropriate action to ensure that they are not engaging in fraudulent practices. I use the Airtm service and i transferred {$490.00} BUSD that I had in XXXX to Airtm on XX/XX/2022 and everything is correct. I sold the {$490.00} BUSD directly to {$480.00} Airtm ( BUSD to AirUSD ) which is the currency they use to make transactions with other users ( XXXX ) on XX/XX/2022 and everything is correct. I try to sell the {$480.00} Airtm to send the funds to my bank account and I get a message that says : " Limited Account. You are not allowed to move funds on Airtm, contact XXXX '', in that At the same time I make a report on XX/XX/2022, they sent me an email that says : XXXX XXXX, nice to greet you. Our specialists are still generating a review of your account, from our Support team we are following up on the case, as soon as it is over we will send a notification through this channel. Cheers. '' It's been more than 17 days, they don't resolve the blocking of my account and they don't give me any explanation.

Many days ago my AIRTM account was limited, said account was already verificated, one day I wanted to withdraw my funds and they simply restricted it without giving me any reason, I have tried to communicate with them many times by support emails because it is the only form of communication that gives the platform but they don't offer me solutions, they only answer automatic messages saying that I should wait, they don't allow me to have my money and this has caused me many problems. I have many days without withdrawing my funds by any way and the company does not offer me any solution, with each passing day they harm me more, in fact the price of the currency exchange has dropped significantly and I have let them know through multiple emails that I need to have my money but it has been in vain because I have not received a timely solution.

Sir, i have an account on Airtm in which i have a balance of XXXX USD and i wanted to withdraw it. Then later at the time of withdrawal i was asked to verify my account by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I provided my valid country ID card with full information. But still my account was not verified and i received an email of verification rejection and there was no another chance to verify. I wrote to their support on XXXX XXXX and today XXXX XXXX each day i send them email and the gave same answer of sorry, we are looking into it. Sir i am in need of money for my household expenses please look into this matter. i have almost 50 emails conversation with the platform but without any solution

I opened account in Airtm and make all the verification steps then they send me a an email confirming that the account is verified and ready to use, then just after some days after I received money on my account I tried to send it but the system reject to send it providing me that my verification is failed I try to contact the support team but with only a typical replys and when I search to see some problems like what happened with me I found so many people saying they have scammed by the same way from this company I opened the account when I found they are located in USA and authorised as they wrote it there website I have XXXX usd in my account
