I attempted to purchase with cash at a physical location where the HERMES BITCOIN ATM is located ( inside of a XXXX XXXX ) I received a notification on the screen of the ATM that the atm was not able to process the transaction therefore the transaction was cancelled : the atm never returned the cash I had put into the ATM, I called the customer service number given on the screen of the atm.
The customer service agent refused to return my money or process the transaction to my bitcoin wallet stating that the bitcoin transaction rates were too high and they didnt want to pay for it. He refused to connect me with another customer service representative. We continued speaking on the phone for a few minutes until the customer service representative hung up the phone, when I attempted to return the call I received the notification that the number wasnt in service meaning that they blocked me. I went onto the company website because I was suspicious of their business practices. They have icons to access the terms of service and privacy policy on the homepage of their website but when clicked it takes you to a page that says the pages were deleted.

The Hermes Bitcoin machine at the XXXX XXXX XXXX at XXXX and XXXX XXXX is unable to assist me the process as to tracking where and why the Bitcoin wallet did not receive the XXXX, transaction made the day prior to XXXX 2022.
I have the receipt for the transaction nothing went to the wallet as it was supposed to
