I got a loan on my title through complete cash, ive been experiencing where when I pay on the loan It would go down on the total amount due then it would go back up '' they are charging very high interest on this loan, I feel like I can't get ahead and this place is very crooked, ive seen where when I make a payment it would go down but next time it goes back up causing me where I can't get it paid, I want something done about this, I found that title places can not charge high of interest, I want this investigated, this place is charging so high of interest you can not afford to pay your title out nothing seems to go towards my balance to lower it, I think complete cash is a scam, they got it where I got to pay this loan back in 6 months I borrowed XXXX they want me to pay back XXXX dollars, under the law you can't be charged 30 percent interest. They are charging way more than that I want my title back this place put under investigation, they had did my step dad the same way and now I am please help I will file with other agencies, I sent a copy of my title pawn interest form, I will also send this to the attorney general and FTC,

My payment were set up for about XXXX every two weeks. I was in a bind and could only afford XXXX a month. The company reluctantly accepted the XXXX a month. XXXX i wasnt able to pay anything. The account is almost in default. Charges are XXXX. The harassing phone calls began. I asked them to stop and they have not. Calls are made 4 times a day everyday every week. On XXXX i again asked to stop. They said i was getting smart with them. Then stated calls would n't stop until that payment was made.

every month there an interest charge and is different so it seem like my payments dont go down it goes up and the paper work they gave do not add up with my payments iam making the amount they have that i would have made in year that they gave me to pay off the loan do not add up
