I was late on my payment and got threatening, XXXX, and degrading voicemails from the owner of the auto lot. The owner has threatened me on my voicemail on numerous occasions and have threatened to have me falsely arrested. Unfortunately, I am a young XXXX male and him calling the police on me could be catastrophic in the world we live in. He continued to refer to other past customers that he has had arrested and has threatened to tack on thousands of dollars if I did not show him my odometer to verify that I wasn't driving a lot of miles.
I was left threatening messages on XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ), XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX and XXXX ), and XX/XX/XXXX ( XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX ). I have recordings. I also have a number of messages from previous months. The owner has referred to me as " XXXX '' in a XXXX connotation and has also referenced " Obama '' and getting things for free in the voicemails in a XXXX connotation.
His salesman sent me a text message citing verbal abuse, inappropriate behavior on the job, verbal harassment, offensive language towards employees and customers, and drinking on the job as his reasons for resigning.
