This is in regards to XXXX and not the issuing bank of the credit card. Back in XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a vacation package to XXXX fro {$1500.00} to fly in XX/XX/XXXX ; however, COVID-19 forced me to cancel it. I immediately tried to call them but after being on hold for 2 phones to get an agent the line would disconnect or you couldn't even get through at all. I tried this for the next two weeks to get in touch with them. After a month ( XX/XX/XXXX ) of trying to get in touch with XXXX I filed a dispute with my bank in XXXX. They gave a temporary credit for the amount while the dispute process went back through. Since that time they stated that given XXXX 's requirements the dispute had to be closed and the amount was charged back to my account and to work with XXXX to get my money back. So I have now been back in touch with XXXX and they agreed to credit back a portion of the amount back to my card. I have confirmation email from an agent showing the amount they will credit back to my card but then when it gets to their back-end processing agent I get emails saying that they will not do a refund because I have filed a dispute. I have provided them screen shots and verification from my bank that my card has been credited back the amount of the full purchase price and there has not been a refund applied to the card. They continue to say " have you spoken to your bank '' and I have spoken to my bank ( XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, SC ) who then called their processing agent and no one can find this supposed credit they said they gave me and I clearly was charged the full amount of the dispute back. I am still trying to get the money back for the amount they have process and this has been taking over 2 months. I have called and been left on hold for over 1.5 hours after getting an agent then who came off of hold to play with their child for a bit before realizing that I was no longer on hold and then put my back on hold. After that I went back online to talk with their agents who either confirmed I will get the prorated portion back ( around {$1000.00} dollars ) but then get an email saying I won't because of the dispute or that they have said they already issued the refund back to me for one of the three charges. They are refusing to provide any confirmation numbers of the date of times of when they issued the credit and are trying to place the blame on my bank. XXXX already has had a class action lawsuit against them due to their lack of providing refunds and I fear they are back to their old ways again. I can provide y'all with any confirmation statements, emails, screen shots of messages between me and XXXX that you need to help escalate this further. I have attached a zip file to show the most recent communication with XXXX.

Approximately XX/XX/2016, I was contacted via my cell phone from a company called TMG Financial to which I had never heard of before. The representatives for this company called my cell phone 3-4 times a day asking me to send money for a credit card to which I had no knowledge of. I further stated to them that I had never made a debt or signed a promise to pay note with this company. I naturally assumed that they were scammers because they asked me to send money and asked me to verify my personal information to which I refused because if they had opened an account with me- they would already have all of my personal information. The reps for the company were very unprofessional and refused to stop calling my cell phone until he paid them. They further stated to me on several occasions that I needed to pay my bills or they would not stop calling my job and cell. Around XX/XX/2016, they began to call my job at the XXXX 5-6 times a day. They even called on the days when I was off duty. My supervisor began to complain about the amount of personal calls I was receiving at the job. I asked them numerous times to stop calling me- they refused. Lastly, they have even began to report late [ payments on my credit report which caused my score to plummet 60 points since that time. I repeatedly told them this account was n't mine and then asked them to provide me a legal debt validation to which they refused to send the contract. However, since that time- they have continuously reported false information to the credit bureaus and harassed me ion my cell and my job. This has caused me a great amount of undue stress because of the uncertainty of losing my job because of the calls and my credit worthiness being diminished. I know that my rights have been violated in accordance with the FCRA. I have kept careful record of the phone calls on phone log and have acquired a statement from my supervisor with the amount of calls to my job- along with monthly credit reports to show the decline in my score. Every time they called, they asked me to verify my personal information with them so that they knew if they had the right person- but they failed to make sure I was the right person when reporting to the credit bureau. I never made an account or signed any contracts to pay TMG financial. I will not hesitate to confer with a consumer attorney if this matter is not addressed expeditiously. Govern yourselves accordingly. The phone number they called from was XXXX and XXXX.

On XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX i withdrew {$500.00} from my wifes sound credit union card. On XX/XX/2023 approximately XXXX at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, WA XXXX. I inserted my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX card into the CO-OP ATM attached to the XXXX XXXX XXXX building right next to the front door. I inserted XXXX {$20.00} bills, {$1000.00} cash into the atm, i did not click to receive a receipt because ive never had a problem with this ATM. A message popped up on the screen saying i could not deposit more than 30 bills so i clicked to have the cash returned, as it counted my money an error message popped up saying the cash couldnt be returned and to continue with the deposit. The machine then beeped for me to remove my card, when i went into the XXXX the manager told me to go to XXXX and when i went there the XXXX representative said there was nothing to reflect on my account. The XXXX XXXX debit card dispute team did an investigation into the matter and provided me with a {$1000.00} provisional credit for the duration of this investigation. On XX/XX/2023 without warning the {$1000.00} credit was removed, when I called XXXXXXXX XXXX they said that the investigation results came back and there nothing appeared wrong and that XXXX XXXX XXXX told them I had benefited from the transaction. The transaction of my {$1000.00} I still havent received? That makes absolutely no sense, when I talked to the branch manager in person at the XXXX, she had told me that the people that count the money from the CO-OP ATM will be able to tell if there is money thats unaccounted for and that I would be able to get that money if they found it, but I havent been told anything and I still dont have my money.

The item currently in dispute is a MasterCard that was issued in my name without my knowledge by XXXX. The amount owed is approx. {$1700.00}. Over a year ago, I discovered several fraudulent accounts on my credit report through the major credit bureaus when inquiring about a refinance of my home mortgage loan. After receiving my credit score report from XXXX, it stated that this account is scheduled to continue on record untilXX/XX/XXXX. I immediately contacted each company to inform them that the accounts were fraudulent and requested to remove them from my name and to deactivate the credit cards and loans. Unknown to me at that time, some of the accounts had been open for several years. I had never heard of most of the companies before. I 've had several conversations with XXXX requesting them to remove my name from this account because the card was never received, activated or used by me. In XX/XX/XXXXI provided a copy of a police report and continued to try to convince them that I did not own, use or authorized anyone else to use the credit card. The latest letter I sent was onXX/XX/XXXX, as a follow up from my phone conversations with their representatives that took place on Friday afternoon, XX/XX/XXXX and Monday morning, XX/XX/XXXX. The purpose of the phone calls and letter was to continue my dispute of the fraudulent MasterCard and to advise them that the information from their investigation is inaccurate. I am requesting that ATIRAcredit, or its affiliate agency, XXXX XXXX XXXX, or collection agency, XXXX, remove my name in its entirety from this fraudulent credit card account. Prior to these PII incidents, my credit score was excellent.

To Whom It May Concern, Thank you for taking the time out of your day to read this letter. I just pulled my credit report, and discovered that 3 late payments was reported on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX for my credit card account. I want you to know that I understand my financial obligations and for the majority, I have an excellent repayment record. I made a mistake in falling behind, but since then, I have hired a financial planner to help improve my money management skills. I'm not proud of this black mark on my record, but it's the only one I have, and I would be extremely grateful if you could honor this request to remove the lateness from my credit report. Im planning to apply for a mortgage and its come to my attention that the missed payments on my record could hurt my ability to qualify. I truly believe that it doesnt reflect my creditworthiness and commitment to repaying my debts. It would help me immensely if you could give me a second chance and make a goodwill adjustment to remove the late payments so that I can further improve my credit score. If the lateness can not be removed entirely, I would still be appreciative if you could make a goodwill adjustment.

During a routine credit application, I learned that there is an outstanding default judgment from XXXX in XXXX in the amount of {$4200.00} filed by XXXX XXXX XXXX on behalf of XXXX XXXX XXXX. I did not live in XXXX XXXX in XXXX. I moved to XXXX XXXX in XXXX and sold the house in XXXX XXXX. The lawsuit shows service performed at my old XXXX address, four years after I moved away. I was never served, never given a chance to respond to suit, and never made aware there was a default judgment. Now this is harming my ability to get credit. XXXX XXXX claims to have no knowledge of who holds this default judgment and XXXX XXXX XXXX was purchased by Co-Op Financial services. Co-op Financial Services also claims to have no knowledge of this judgment.
