Today, XX/XX/ I answered my cell phone from a XXXX. This person identified himself as XXXX XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX, stating that my credit score was going down and that she can provide solutions. I told her that I was not interested in their services, and she began harassing me. She ask for personal information to confirm my identity, I told her to please stop harassing and to remove my number from their call list. I do not know how they have my new phone number or how they know about my credit scores. I have check my credit reports after that incident, and my new number is not there on any of the three reports.She said that the company will keep calling every day. I cant imagine how a company still doing this after so many complaints. That is so unprofessional and disrespectful.

I answered my moms cel phone. This person identified himself as XXXX from Advise Solutions Service, stating that my credit was reported for late charges and that he can provide solutions. I told him that I was not interested in their services, and he began harassing me. I told him to please stop harassing and to remove my moms number from their call list. He said that he will be calling every day. I then told him that I will report them to the FTC. Then XXXX continued to harass me. I kept repeating that I was not interested in his services but he kept harassing me. So I cant imagine if he or anyone else from that company harass my mom like that and so disrespectful.
The company name is Advise Solutions Services located in XXXX XXXX, FL.
