Yet again, you have failed to provide me with a copy of any viable evidence, bearing my signature, showing the account is being reported accurately. Be advised that the description of the procedure used to determine the accuracy and completeness of the information is hereby requested. Additionally, please provide the name, address, and telephone number of each person who personally verified this alleged account, so that I can inquire about how they " verified '' without providing any proof, bearing my signature. As per FTC opinion letter from Attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX, you should be aware that a printout of a bill or itemized document does not constitute verification. I am again formally requesting a copy of any documents, bearing my signature, showing that I have a legally binding contractual obligation to pay you the alleged amount. On XX/XX/2016 I took out a Auto Title loan from the company Advantage One Credit LLC for the amount of {$1500.00}. I am being charged a APR rate of XXXX %, but I am being charged finance charges daily. I fell a month behind and in XX/XX/XXXX when I called to state that I would be paying XXXX months of the loan minimum amount, a male employee started yelling at me and said if I do n't pay {$370.00} by the XX/XX/XXXX he would " love to come and take my vehicle and sell it ''. I was trying to reason with him and he just kept yelling and calling me names. I did pay the {$370.00} with money borrowed by the XX/XX/XXXX. I was then late with the XX/XX/XXXX payment as I had to pay the loan I got from a family member. My due date is the XXXX of each month. I received a statement for XX/XX/XXXX but I did not for XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I called the company at their phone number XXXX from the time they open until they closed. I left numerous messages and I never received a call back. I look online and advantageonecredit.com and it said we will be back online soon. During this time I was concerned they would repossess my vehicle. On XX/XX/XXXX, when I tried to call again the recording stated " Please be advised that we are no longer servicing Advantage One loan. If you are an Advantage XXXX customer, someone from Advantage One will contact you. '' That phone number was XXXX. I tried leaving messages but the mailboxes were all full. I checked online everyday and there was no website. I made a complaint with the Michigan Attorney General 's Office and they sent a letter to Advantage XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. They still have not received anything back. Today on XX/XX/XXXX I checked online and saw there was a new address, and phone number for XXXX XXXX in XXXX, previously in XXXX. I contacted my State Attorney 's XXXX XXXX and they urged me to make a complaint with the CFPB. This is a tribal title loan buy it actually states a " XXXX of XXXX ''. Also, the loan agreement does not include a TILA Box according to XXXX XXXX from the Michigan Attorney General 's Office. She did state she would send another letter to the new address, but since it is tribal, they may not reply. They do not hold a license in the XXXX of XXXX. I have almost paid back the {$1500.00} back, just shy of about {$50.00}. To this date I have not received any communication from Advantage One XXXX by mail, phone or email.

___/___/___ Dear Sirs/Madams ; I recently received the paperwork regarding this case in the mail. The envelope was dated ____date______from_______adresss____. As I have read the paperwork, there was an attempt to serve me in person, the paperwork was serviced to a person that does not exist and I have concerns about consumer privacy. Clearly, as stated in the paper work ___________ was the substitute and spouse ; he/she is neither. My spouse has been deceased for years and as aforementioned____________ was not and is not my spouse. The original paperwork was given to a complete stranger not only compromises my privacy, it is a detriment to being able to resolve the matter within the allotted time frame. Furthermore, I attempted to resolve this matter and negotiate a payment plan however, by the time I received this I '' mailed '' paperwork the online option was unavailable. I suffer from XXXX ( docu mented ), my privacy is especially important, due to this matter my stress is elevated-Who in fact received my paperwork? Why did I not receive it that day? What does this unsaid stranger know about me? I tried to resolved this matter with your client before it came to this ( I have photos of trying to pay the bill on line and the down payment was ambiguous-and I have photos of it changing, I tried for a larger payment to not avail ). I made every attempt to pay the bill, after my after my spouse died my accounts needed to be changed to a solo account and this takes some time ; coupled with identity theft shortly after-not only is a strain but it takes quite a bit of time to change these things. I am not eluding my responsibility, I am sincerely trying to resolve the matter and made calls expressing my situation long before this : bottom line is I could not make payments from an account I have no access to. My children had to take this responsibility in interim because my inaccessibility to all the matters that needed to be accomplished, legal matters are time lengthy-especially after death. Advantage One Credit LLC has disappearedXX/XX/XXXX I have paid off my title loan I took out in XX/XX/XXXXand they have NOT released my lien on my car. They have athe original phone number disconnected and I have tried all numbers. Until last SundayXX/XX/XXXX I looked up the website there is a new 888 number but I have called over and over no answer or call back however the out going message has changed twice. I have emailed multiple times as well. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX of Oklahoma will not give me any information except a lawyers number who says she cant help me or any of the many people calling her. She did mention that she would let the new lender know and she told them to put a new number on the website. So she knows more then she is sharing. Yet still no contact from anyone. I have found multiple articles that they do not hold a licence in many states including Washington XXXX XXXX XXXX-not-licensed-washington-state I have information I will gladly give you with more details. They were unprofessional and not currant with any of the statements. I agreed to pay more just to close the account sending in a extra {$200.00} because they stated WE FEEL LIKE YOU NEED TO PAY MORE ..I have never heard of a company that said that They FEEL? AT this point I am going to the next level including the press I have started several complaints including FTC & DMV Please help me Thank you a very frustrated consumer

I took out an auto title loan for {$1000.00} with Advantage One Credit, LLC in XX/XX/XXXX. Since that time I have made monthly payments in excess of {$2000.00}. I attempted to make a payment in XX/XX/XXXX but I was unable to as the company website was defunct and I was unable to contact Advantage One by phone. Last week I received an account notice from Advantage One stating they were changing the way my loan is serviced and to mail all future payments to an address in XXXX, TX. This was just an account notice and not a billing statement.. All previous payments were either paid by phone or online. The company website is back up and there is an option to email customer service which I did twice and got no response. I phoned the company on XX/XX/XXXX and asked if I could make a payment by phone but I was told they were equipped to do this. I also asked about a billing statement and the response I got was I should receive one in the mail soon.

Today I tried to call this title loan company we have had an account with since 2015. I wanted to inquire as to why in XX/XX/XXXX I received a bill saying my pay off principle was XXXX $ and as of last Thursday he said it was over {$5000.00}. They did n't answer the phone it was sent to voicemail several times. I called a 6th time and the man that taped the voicemail greeting also answered. I asked him about the huge balance difference. He said that bill was only sent to get me to call, I was shocked, that might have been criminal. He said they had a service company in CA ( Where we got our loan ) and he said they were transferring everything over to their Texas office and that he was sure it 'd be done by this afternoon. Turns out his address is at a XXXX store and he is n't answering his phone now. I just want my title back. I do n't know what else to do.

I 've had the title loan with Advantage one credit for about 3 years now. It was almost paid off! I have agreed to a final payoff of {$1200.00} ( 3 payments ) in XXXX 2017. The 1st payment was made. Since then the car was wrecked and I have XXXX XXXX and a settlement was agreed to. The problem is that Advantage One credit that is on the title for the car has gone out of business and is no where to be found. Very disappointing since I need release of the title to get the settlement from XXXX for the car. Advantage One credit is a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX in Oklahoma. They have answered the phone but have not been helpful to this point. XXXX is trying to get closed but will not until we get the title for the car figured out!

XX/XX/XXXX, I XXXX XXXX XXXX took a title loan of XXXX with this company. they in Ca. ( XXXX ) XXXX at time of loan. Since they I have paid they them XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. they moved to Advantage One Credit XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX XXXX XXXX, TX XXXX I spoke with them they said they would get send the documents i needed but never did. Now this is XX/XX/XXXX, Spoke with a lady with the company in XX/XX/XXXX. every thing was good and now XX/XX/XXXX I can not get in touch with no one.company Name when i call them at XXXX is now XXXX XXXX .You pess number 2 and is disconnect you. I when on the BBB Advantage One Credit LLC has 16 complaints which all sound like what I am going through. PLEASE HELP. Thank you.

I borrowed XXXX from advance credit LLC of CA, but when the loan was approved that went to XXXX dollars plus more than 70 % interest plus they have my title plus they installed a tracking device on my car and the loan was consummated in XXXX, 2014 and I still owe more than XXXX, they will not respond to MA state officials or to me about interest rates and possibly working out a settlement. late fees are upwards of 35-45 dollars and its illegal to do business in MA
