In XX/XX/XXXX, I refinanced my title loan from XXXX to Advantage Finance. I ended up finding myself in a position where I got into a situation where I got behind on my rent due to some extenuating circumstances that were beyond my control & missed months of payments. I owed about {$6000.00} on the original loan & they finally came & picked up my car in XX/XX/XXXX. I ended up having to file a XXXX XXXXXXXX to retrieve my vehicle because at the time they wanted a lot of money that I didnt have at the time. I was considering dropping my bankruptcy to see if I could work something out regarding the total but now theyre saying I owe XXXX XXXX on a car that I just paid off in XXXX & its a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The current blue book value for the car if I were to sell it or trade it in would be {$7000.00} which is still double of whats owed. I spoke with my attorney who told me I should reach out if I wanted to forego my bankruptcy because Id like to invest in real estate in order to build a substantial income. Spoke with XXXX & was told in order to refinance that I need to pay {$7000.00} which is even more than the amount I borrowed. This is predatory lending & I hate that I even got the loan because Im trapped & cant get out of this. If I was able to pay the loan without all of the added interest I would be fine

I am constantly being harassed about an alleged debt and what they're planning to do if I don't pay last date of harassment is XX/XX/2021 the date in which their default the letter says I owe them are incorrect. I inform the unidentified person who's calling me going by the name of XXXX to check with the IRS and the US Treasury concerning this debt. He continues to call me and see if I don't pay he's going to send it to legal whatever that means.
