Received a loan for a used vehicle at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, IL. Since XX/XX/2017, XXXX XXXX XXXX have been reporting incorrectly to the credit bureaus. Since XX/XX/2017 they have consistently been claiming my car payments are late each month, some even by 60 to 90 days. These are inconsistent to what is factual. I pay weekly and even pay extra each week. I have spoken to them on this matter and they keep telling me they will call me and I have yet to receive a call from their manager.

15 USC 1681 Section 602 States I have the right to privacy.
15 USC 1681 Section 604 A Section2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish a account without my written instructions.
15 USC 1666B : A creditor may not treat payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for purpose.

The problem is XXXX is still reporting this Incorrect & unverified account on my report. I sent multiple letters stating this account if incorrect & unverifiable, they never sent proof on how they verified the information.
