Hi My Name Is XXXX XXXX, I need help with a very serious situation.
My situation : I had rented a home 10+ years ago. The man I rented the home from was a slum lord and we moved out of the home 2 months earlier because he refused to fix things at the home and said it was my responsibility!
They sent it over to a collection agency by the Name of Advance Debt Collectior locates here in XXXX Indiana theyre phone number is XXXX ) XXXX-XXXX- act # XXXX They have been harassing me and my daughter that lived with me on our lease at that residence my daughter lives in California they are harassing her and also trying to garnish her wages. I myself am XXXX Im on XXXX. However I receive at least 5 calls from them every day saying now my debt has went up. I originally owed them XXXX XXXX dollars Ive paid them off all but XXXX dollars I paid because they were scaring me over the threats. Please help me. XXXX Thank You So Much in advance
