This debt was double billed by XXXX XXXX XXXX. My insurance through XXXX XXXX XXXX paid the balance. I forget the insurance company name at the moment as this was years ago and I have moved states. XXXX fraudulently sold the " debt '' to collections, specifically Advanced Collection Solutions, LLC. I have asked to stop contacting me multiple times, have requested they contact XXXX. XXXX is a fraudulent company trying to collect double payment. Advanced Collections needs to stop harassing me about a fake bill
