on XX/XX/2021 I received a letter from Advanced Collection Bureau falsely stating that I owe money to them and that XXXX XXXX is the creditor when in fact I am the original creditor. The business seems to be impersonating a government office by using the name bureau and has no right to contact me and has been informed to cease and desist by certified mail : https XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXX ] XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Certified Mail I do not owe any debt and in fact believe there has been a surplus amount of monies made associated with account number ACCOUNT NUMBER XXXX. I have reason to believe and do so believe Advanced collection bureau was credited from my principle obligor trust account and money which has been credited to the bank has been missed to make investments in favor of Advanced collection bureau using this account ending in XXXX. IF this assumption is true I demand redirection of all prior payment into the name of the consumer on the original transaction, as I am not nor have I ever been aware of the trading, monetizing and hypothecation compensation a XXXX point XXXX per centum on all monies gained associated with this account as this transaction has not been equitable to me, if my assumption that I truly funded and credit this account has been making monies have been made in my principle obligors name XXXX XXXX. I demand any monies made from this transaction be returned to myself as the original creditor. I am disputing this alleged debt. I am invoking my specified remedy as a original creditor pursuant to 15 US Code 1692c ( c ) ( 2 ) and pursuant to a15 US Code 1692 I demand you cease any communication and collection activities of this alleged debt. I demand a full file disclosure in accordance with 15 USC 1681g and all other documentary evidence in accordance with 15 USC 49 and all subsequent documents including any and all accounts made using my intellectual property, my signature, associated with this account, so be it. Without this I can not verify and there can not be any valid claims of alleged debts in the name of my principle obligor. I have reason to believe and do so believes, without all requested documents in the affidavit herein there can be no such proof of claim by advanced collection bereau and XXXX XXXX would be liable for creating a false and deceptive form under 15 US code 1692. I have reason to believe and do so believe that Advanced collection bureau is committing fraud by having my personal information without my consent and I demand that they pay the invoice requested

I am a XXXX person, since a car accident in XXXX. In XXXX, XXXX, I lived in an apartment at XXXX XXXX in XXXX. NE, for XXXX days. I was never allowed to see inside the apartment before moving in, and had to wait some time after paying my deposit to move in. When I did move in, I discovered that environmental toxins in that apartment made me very sick. I immediately contacted the agent who had rented the apartment to me. She assured me that moving out was fine, and that I would owe nothing more than the month for which I had already paid, because she had a waiting list of people whod be happy to get that apartment. Because I had never moved in fully, I left everything at least as clean as when I moved in. I have since been diagnosed with XXXX XXXX, a neurological condition that has, among other symptoms, high sensitivities to chemicals. This explains the physiological and inescapable reason why I couldnt live in this apartment, which was right next to the buildings laundry room, and therefore filled with the chemistry of others laundry detergents, dryer sheets, etc. Ive known for much longer than my diagnosis has confirmed that I was chemically sensitive. And had I been able to actually see this apartment prior to move-in, I would not have moved in. Months later, I discover that the management company for XXXX XXXX has decided to tack on an {$850.00} move-out fee, something which I was assured upon move-out that I did not owe. Sadly I didnt get it in writing, but I was told by the rental agent that she had contacted her supervisor, and they were waiving the fee for me because of my illness, and because they could fill the apartment immediately. The first notice I had that I owed anything was from a collection company. I learned that XXXX XXXX has sent notice of this fee to the mailbox associated with the apartment where I had spent only XXXX days, and had never received any mail! Of course, I had neverand still have neverseen the letter, nor any documentation of this fee. Ive made phone calls to the management company, and they assert that because they decided after the fact that I owe this, I have no recourse. I have, of course, disputed this fee with XXXX, but it continues to appear on my credit report, and to affect my credit score. I understand that this is a rather common predatory practice by apartment management companies, and I just want this item removed from my credit report. Thank you so much for whatever you can do to remedy this situation.

I received a random call from Advance Collection Bureau in XXXX of 2023 stating that I owed two different medical debts for services that I can not confirm are true or accurate. On the phone I requested information pertaining to the debt owed which included an itemized bill, who the original creditor was with address, and stated without a doubt that I was disputing the medical debts as I have yet to receive a bill related to any owed medical debts from any potential alleged creditor. The individual informed me that I needed to provide the dispute in writing and I immediately requested them to mail everything to the address on file including all details pertaining to the debt as I did not have an address to communicate with Advance Collection Bureau in writing. The individual told me that he was going to submit the bills to the credit bureau if I did not pay the bills of which I informed him that submitting debts to the credit bureaus was a violation under FCRA and medical debt under a specified amount was not allowed to be submitted. He told me he could and would do it and then hung up on me. Since I did not receive any paperwork as is required within the 30 days of the request and notice to dispute, I thought the matter resolved until today when I saw an alert on my credit monitoring of debts issued by this company in these amounts. It was only then that I had a name for the company that was saying I owed medical debt. To date, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the two debts. On the phone I was told the first debt was for {$97.00} and the credit alert cites the bill is for {$93.00} and was reported to the credit bureaus in XX/XX/2023. The second debt was reported as being {$1300.00} and submitted to the credit bureaus in XX/XX/2023. As of this filing, I am still waiting on communication from the debt collector to accurately account for the debt in the manner in which they are legally responsible to communicate with me as I told them to no longer call me and that all communications must be in writing. Advance Collection Bureau has failed to adhere to the basic requirements of consumer debt laws and other protections in place to include the reporting of medical debt that is less than {$500.00} to the credit bureau. Additionally, I never signed a HIPAA release form with Advance Collection Bureau regarding this debt and therefore I believe my HIPAA rights have been violated with their handling of my medical debt file.

Advanced Collection Bureau continues to blatantly report an inaccurate, unverifiable entry on my credit reports. The entry on my reports reflect that Advanced Collection Bureau reported this entry to my reports on XX/XX/2019, yet they did not provide any communication to me prior to inserting on my credit reports. No dunning letter was received from this company. I have never did any business with this company, nor have I ever heard of the company. Once I became aware of this negative entry on my credit report, I immediately began disputing. My first disputes were with each of the credit bureaus and the responses provided from each bureau reflected that the entry was verified by Advanced Collection Bureau. To that end, I sent a letter to Advanced Collection Bureau ( see attached ). To date, this company has not provided any documentation bearing my signature or proving the validity of the entry they are continuing to report. Advanced Collection Bureau is unable to furnish the original terms and conditions agreed to as well as any and all terms and conditions that were enforced after the original terms as per the alleged original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Additionally, they did not respond with a summary of all account activities, including all payments made, late charges, interest, date of payments received, date of payment posted, charges made, and date of charges posted. In my correspondence to them I requested copies of all documents sent to me regarding this account ; again they did not oblige. Lastly, they did not prove the statute of limitations had not expired on this alleged debt. Advanced Collection Bureau is a copy of the financial responsibility page as requested, nor did they provide a copy of the signature page with the provider of service to release my alleged information to them, as well as cease any credit bureau reporting until the debt has validated by me and they did not cease. It is obvious that Advanced Collection Bureau is not able to validate their allegation with documentation ; therefore, in the absence of them responding with any documentation to substantiate the alleged debt with signatures, this entry must be removed from my credit reports immediately. It has been long overdue for them to respond and they've not ; therefore, delete this entry immediately.

In the past I have paid medical collection bills with other agencies and they immediately remove the collection from my account on their next reporting cycle. Today I spoke with Advanced Collection Bureau in XXXX, FL about a {$710.00} collection they have on my credit report. I asked them if I paid it would they in return completely remove the item from my credit as others have done in the past. ( Keep in mind that I know it is at their discretion to leave the item on my report and just report it as paid. ) The lady at first insinuated that if i paid the XXXX that she could completely remove the item. She then said, wait you have 3 other accounts. Two of the accounts totaling < {$40.00} combined are from XXXX, no problem. The final account is for 300+ from XXXX. That's a problem because not only could she not be clear on the original owner of the account ; she eventually said it was lab results or testing of some sort, I don't recall having any medical events 12yrs ago in XXXX of XXXX. Once she discovered and disclosed these additional 3 old accounts to me she said the only way I could have the {$710.00} collection that currently shows on my credit completely removed is if i pay the full amount of XXXX dollars equivalent to all the accounts, old and new. As i mentioned before i'm aware they can completely remove or mark the collection as paid and leave it on my report. I was not aware that they had the power to extort me over a 12 yr debt that i had no idea about. It's my understanding that each of these accounts should stand on their own. A twelve yr old account that I know nothing about should not have any bearing on how they choose to report a 4 month old paid account on my credit. To extort me over a 12yr old account is unethical. The lady was not concerned in the least when I told her i was filing a complaint with your office. Nevertheless I paid the {$710.00} balance in full for the one item that can actually legally show on my credit report. I would like someone to reach out to me as well as Advanced Collection Bureau in XXXX and let us both know if this is a fair practice. I've never received a single piece of mail concerning any of the accounts I supposedly have at Advanced Collection Bureau

My adult son has a history on not managing his bills or money. He wanted to rent an apartment and they required a co-signer. They gave him the lease to take home and bring to me. I declined to co-sign due to his history. He brought it back to them with my name and signature on the co-sign line along with social security and driver license info ( which was available since I leave my wallet on the kitchen counter at my house ). When he got the apartment he told me he had a friend co-sign for him. After a few months he left the apartment and defaulted on the lease. Shortly after that I bought a new vehicle and when doing the financing, found that I did qualify for the best rate because this debt was on my credit record as reported by one of the large three credit rating agencies and was in collection. My credit report has been flawless over the past 30 years and has averaged a score of XXXX each month. I contacted the reporting agency with the problem. They did their investigation with the collection agency and landlord. They were told that my name was on the lease and they accepted that and denied my dispute. I spoke with the collection agency, told them the story and they said I had to contact the police ( which I will not do ) and refused to remove the collection debt, I asked for a copy of the lease. They sent it and the signature is not even close to my real one. It was signed " XXXX XXXX XXXX " or " XXXX XXXX '', I sign all my letters, checks, etc.as XXXX XXXX. I realize that my son is responsible for this debt but I certainly am not. This error has already cost me money on my car loan since I now must pay nearly 1 % higher on my monthly installment. I contend that this is the result of sloppy rental procedure on the part of the real estate company since they obviously do not require that a lease be signed in office, in the presence of their representative. Under their system, anyone can obtain personal information on another person, fill it in on the lease, take it back to the office and then bind them to the responsibility. This is what happened in this case. I would like to get this resolved without having to spend additional funds on legal assistance. I appreciate your help.

I have paid a collection account on my credit recently. The agreement was made that if I were to pay the same day with a payment of {$3000.00} on XX/XX/XXXX, the account would be brought to {$0.00} and removed from my credit reports. I have tried multiple times to contact the Collection company for a resolution to clear this as agreed upon yet no actions have been taken and I have been constantly ignored. I have attempted to dispute with the Credit Bureaus themselves, but I havent had much luck either. For a brief summary of the events, I was struggling financially in XXXX due to XXXX, XXXX, & work-hour reduction. Therefore, I seeked help from the City/Municipal office when they released a program for Relief on Rental Assistance due to XXXX ( XXXX ). It was expressed to me that everything would be addressed & handled. Unfortunately there was various forms of miscommunication, untimely responses, unqualified representatives, & unprofessionalism in between that led to the rent go unpaid for months & by the time I was properly notified, legal action was taken & expedited by the Apartment complex management and I had to leave on a very short notice. Never did I physically meet or speak with anyone by phone from the Apartment complex about the entire situation. ( The only communication had was by email & text once the situation was escalated. ) The account went into to Collections soon after, and was sitting there ever since until now, when I've been able to sort of recover economically. I am seeking to buy a home of my own now but this issue with this {$0.00} Collection Account on my Credit Reports is reflecting negatively, which also is affecting my progress. Its been a hard, long struggle, and I just want the Debt Collection/Creditor Company to do what we agreed upon & finally move on in our separate ways!!!

On XX/XX/XXXX, my roommate, XXXX XXXX XXXX, and I moved into an apartment together at XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I was only XXXX years old and my father had just passed away two weeks previous. My mother lived in XXXX at the time. After I had been in this apartment for a while, I became rather depressed and wanted to go move in with my mother. XXXX and I inquired at the leasing office about taking me off the lease. They were agreeable to it and on XX/XX/XXXX we both signed to remove me from the lease and I left for XXXX shortly after that. I didn't keep in touch with XXXX XXXX after leaving XXXX but about XX/XX/XXXX I discovered I was included in the issues that the apartment complex had with XXXX XXXX that involved non-payment of rent, and an unapproved pet, and eventual eviction. None of these things happened while I was on the lease and living in that apartment. Yet, when the debt got turned over to a collection agency they included me in the complaint. This is not my debt and I am attaching two documents proving that I was in fact removed from the lease and that I left XXXX shortly after being taken off the lease via my plane ticket purchase from XXXX. I have contacted the apartment complex multiple times, and tried talking to the collection agency they turned it over to ( Advanced Collection Bur ). The collection agency insists with XXXX that this is in fact my debt even though I submitted evidence to the contrary. I don't understand why proof that I was removed from the lease is not enough for XXXX to take it off my credit history. I am also having the SAME problem with XXXX and XXXX. Every time I dispute it, Advanced Collection Bur comes back and claims it is valid, but they have no proof to back this up. I have proof it is invalid. How are they allowed to do this to me?

I resided at XXXX XXXX apartme nt ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) from XXXX to XXXX . I moved out at the time that was lease was over and moved into a sister building owned and managed by the same company right around the corner. A year ago I pulled my credit report and realized there was a collection from Advanced Collection Bureau Inc. I co ntacted the company and told them that I did n't know or understand why this account was reporting on my report. I informed them that I had an outstanding debt from the sister building owned by the same company and I handled that debt. She requested that I send that documentation over. I kept sending via email and fax. The lady stated she never received the documents that I sent. I began to get frustrated with the ordeal and took a break on trying to resolve it, as I realized that it was deleted from my report and added back on. A few months ago, I reached out to the company again as its the only item that I still had in collections that I could n't wrap my finger around. I spoke with XXXX and went through the same steps that I went through with the previous lady. He told me that 's great that you settled that but this is another debt that is yours and you need to pay. I explained to him that I do n't understand how this debt is mine if I were never contacted regarding this and I was living i n one of th eir buildings at the time it went into collections. He said he did n't know but I need to pay the debt. I asked him to validate that the debt was in fact mine. He sent me an itemized receipt that is barely readable with wrong contact information on it.

Not really giving me the option that I need. I had rented from XXXX in XXXX XXXX. I had a lot of issue with Maintenance issue and safety hazard. My husband and I took them to court so we can be released from our lease since we no longer felt safe. with all the proof we took to court the judge granted us to break the lease and move out from the property. Two months later we received a bill from XXXX that we owe {$5500.00}. for breaking the lease, for cleaning the property after we has a walk through with a manager and she said the place was nice and clean. for painting, replacing lights, fixing things that we had issue with the list went on. We went back to court and the judge was not happy with them and told the manager that by law they could not charge us for the remaining about of least term since we were released by court. the Judge allowed the cleaning amount since we did not take pictures to proof anything and granted us again to get {$900.00} of our security deposit back from XXXX group. After calling XXXX main office several times, leaving messages and emails in regards to our deposit no one ever responded. I recently moved to XXXX and I had given XXXX my address so they can submit our deposit and after nine month I received a call and a letter from a collection agency that I need to pay {$5500.00}. I have consulted with an attorney and the collection agency is aware of this situation and I have submitted a copy of our court papers.

I complaint is regarding this collection agency that is reporting a collection account on my credit report of a fraudulent balance. If they are going to purchase debt then they should be sure that is valid debt. I received a notice from this debt collection agency starting around XXXX regarding an owed balance. When contacting the agency regarding the discrepancy of balance, I was pretty much advised that I would need to establish a payment plan in order for contact to the original debtor to validate the debt could be done. I declined as I did not owe the reported balance. Validation of debt was being requested as the original debtor sent me a letter to advise of security deposit withheld and other fees. I responded back as Florida landlord 's must attempt to minimize their damages in which this company did minimize damages as they collected rent om my old unit from new tenants for XXXX XXXX. The management company / lawyer sent me an adjusted balance as the current balance being reported included a rent fee for XXXX XXXX and I was no longer responsible as management can not collect double rent on the same unit for the same month. I have disputed this balance with original debtor who advised that my debt no longer belongs to them and they refer me to the collection agency. I have disputed the balance with credit bureau to no avail.

I moved out of XXXX XXXX XXXX ( XXXX : XXXX XXXX ) in early XXXX, 2015. On the Move Out Statement received from landlord after I had moved out, I was charged an additional {$1000.00} full rent for XXXX, when I only remained a few days, and should have been charged a pro-rated amount. They also charged me for a full month of XXXX rent. Additionally, I did not have a current lease in place ( renting month to month since last lease was never renewed ) but was charged a {$1000.00} Rent/Lease Break fee. A lawyer even suggested I take the landlord to court because I paid my rent despite the sub-standard conditions of the apartment, including lack of air conditioning and basic heat. They claim I owe {$3000.00}. I have disputed this amount several times, with no satisfactory response. They also kept all of my security deposit of ( {$1400.00} ) and pet deposit money. This should have been more than enough to cover the pro-rated rent for XXXX. Delaware 's Attorney General XXXX XXXX filed a litigation against the landlord alleging violations of the Consumer Fraud Act. Tenants reported numerous complaints of heating and air conditioning problems, broken appliances, plumbing issues and lack of response to maintenance calls. Images of the inside of my apartment are attached to show you what I'm talking about.

I attempted to rent an apartment and was denied. Why? I went to check my credit report and to my surprise, I have XXXX XXXX XXXX, Advanced Collections Bureau, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX all have negative information to all the credit reporting agencies- XXXX, XXXX and XXXX. I wrote all of them letters demanding validation and proof of claim in accordance with Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, 15 USC 1692 and the Fair Credit Billing Act 15 USC 1666 et seq. You see I do not know or have any contract with any one of these collection agencies and never gave any of them written permission to report any information to the credit reporting agencies. This has violated me under 15 USC 1681 b ( 2 ). By doing this, they have committed identity theft under 18 USC 1028a. None of these agencies was able to provide proof and has ignored my request. Nothing was removed from my credit report. These agencies has caused damages to my mental and physical health. Letters were sent out to all of these companies on XX/XX/2023 and nothing was done. I continue to get denied when I apply for credit or rent an apartment. XXXX XXXX XXXX, Advanced Collectons Bureau, XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX has ruined my life.

My roommate and I were evicted from XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, NC back in 2013. We only owed one months rent which was just about {$900.00} but once turned over to Advanced Collection Bureau they tacked on extra fees totalling {$2700.00}. They have called me repeatedly and asked me personal questions about my income taxes and recommended that I send my entire check to them. I was told that I will never be able to get an apartment in my name again. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told I did not need XXXX and I just needed to pay the debt. Representative was very rude. The apartment complex is no longer in existence they are under new management and I contacted that particular office and was told that they do not have any record on file of my roommate and I owing any money to them. So if Advanced Collection Bureau is no longer collecting the debt on behalf of XXXX XXXX then they are pocketing the money themselves! We did not get our {$500.00} deposit back and it should have been applied to the balance left after we moved so I do not understand why the amount in collections is so high. I will take this to court I will not pay for something I do not understand.

I advised him of a XXXX and XXXX I had but the debt has been paid. I wanted to verify what this was from. Instead of giving me the information he insisted they already gave me a discount and pay my bills. He was rude and threatening. I ask to speak to his manager and he stated there was no manager and would not allow me to speak with someone else. I later called and spoke to his manager. I gave my complaint about the employee but he insisted with the same behavior and tone. I felt as they were harassing me over the phone. They used terms like we gave you XXXX of dollars off I had the treatment done and pay the bill. Why do they have any right to make any statements regarding my personal medial Information or even form an opinion. They tried to scare me and make me think I better pay without questions. XXXX XXXX was said employee and XXXX XXXX was said manager. Phone number XXXX I called on XX/XX/21 and XX/XX/21 I am going on circles getting no where but harassed.

This debt is for an apartment that upon moving into the unit there were plumbing issues, and the apartment was not up to code. The unit was being paid for by XXXX XXXX as I am a veteran. Upon learning of the living conditions my case manager with XXXX XXXX advised me to speak with the apartment manager and get the issues with plumbing resolved or I was entitled to move out free of penalties or any kind of damages to my rental history. Spoke with the apartment manager and she agreed to allow me to move out. I only lived in the apartment for a matter of less than 10 days and all the time I lived there was paid for with the veteran rental assistance program with XXXX industries who guaranteed 100 % of the rent while in the program. No damages were left to the property, fulfilled agreement with apartment manager. Now this is affecting my credit and rental history and it is completely unacceptable. If this is not removed from my credit, I will be seeking legal action against all involved parties. No formal eviction process was filed, and no financial responsibility whatsoever from the court systems were assessed at anytime.

There is a collection on my XXXX account in the amount of XXXX XXXX which was placed on my account on XX/XX/2022 for an eviction. This debt is not accurate as of date, and should be expunged. I appeared before a judge on XX/XX/2022 and explained my whole case and situation to them. My case was thoroughly presented to the courts. After undergoing careful deliberation, the judge ruled in favor on XX/XX/2022 to sealing the eviction without objection. This ruling signifies that the eviction was not intended for disclosure or utilization against me, including financial responsibilities. The sealed status renders me exempt from any obligation to settle outstanding dues linked to this matter. Therefore, I respectfully urge you to assess my situation and take the essential measures to eliminate the connected debt from my records. I have reached out to this collection agency multiple times to try to resolve the issue with them. I also provided them with the court ordered document that was obtained from a judge, and they refuse to respect the document.

My account was referred to a debt agency which I reached out and attempted a settlement. The debt is approximately {$4600.00}. Upon speaking with the first agent I was told a settlement of 70 % of the debt would release liability for one party but the other party on the debt would remain responsible for the remaining balance. I did advise I would call back when I had the funds available. During the time ( less than XXXX weeks ), I received multiple phone calls on my cell phone which I did not consent to but never left a voicemail I can only furnish the phone logs, when advising the agent of TCPA laws i was advised in Florida they do not have to adhere to those laws. I continued to ask about the settlement in my last call and was advised it was never guaranteed and the " manager '' XXXX XXXX is declining a settlement. I asked the representative XXXX XXXX to pull the phone call from my original attempt and she advised me they do not record their calls and her peer is not a liar in her documentation.

I have contacted Advance Collection Bureau , Inc. on the following dates requesting validation of the account that are being reported to XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. The dates are XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020, XX/XX/2020 and XX/XX/2020. This company has failed to provide appropriate validation of the account. After receiving a letter on XX/XX/2020, I called and spoke with a representative on XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX, who reports that is the only information received from the apartment complex that the debt was purchased from at the time. The representative inform me that I would have to send a type letter to her manager if I need additional validation. I inform the representative that I will not be sending her manager a letter when I have requested validation four time. The representative became upset and I did inform her that I will be submitting a complaint to CFPB and she said okay no problem I will make note of that. Attached is the letter I received from the collection agency on XX/XX/2020.

This company is reporting a debt on my consumer reports that does not exist. After numerous disputes and a XXXX complaint, the company finally sent over what is has as validating documents and it is truly a joke. The documents show no proof that I owe the original creditor nor do they show exactly what this supposed debt is for. If this company had done a proper validation of this debt they would clearly see that the original creditor is overreaching and I owe them not one red cent and, if anything, they owe me money. I have attached what they have sent as validating documents and, as you will see, this company is in clear violation of several consumer protection statutes for the amount owed being reported. Business practices like this must be curtailed. It is truly disgraceful that this company calls themselves reporting a $ XXXX debt ( effectively ruining me and my family 's lives ) with the attached documents as their only validating documents. It's disgusting and shameful.

I have a medical bill that i am paying payments on, i have notified both collectors they are not only reporting on a bill i have a set payment plan on with the original collector ( the hospital ), but im not behind on any payments. I was neither notified or anything of items going to collections. I work for the government so they provide Insurance that was supposed to handle all of these. Now i have multiple collections agencies adding collections for the same debt with multiple bureaus and these were applied to my credit only ONCE I GOT APPROVED FOR A MORTGAGE. These are from several years ago, some from XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. Not only are the bills paid but they are inaccurate and both adding the same collection. Its not fair to the consumer. XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX are both adding collections for the same debt that is being paid to the original collector. XXXX tactics and the credit bureau or the collections service i have no contract or obligation to pay will fix.

XXXX XXXX from Advanced Collection Bureau has been calling since XXXX trying to collect on debt that is not valid. I have explained this to her on the phone and told her to send me the paperwork proving this debt. She is saying I owe {$11000.00} on a lease debt. I wanted to complain also about the repeated calls daily and using abusive language. She has said they is a court judgement. There is no judgement. I never received any letters/notifications from the company who told her I owe this debt. She has made false statements or representation of the wrong amount. One account was opened in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX dollars. The other was opened in XX/XX/XXXX for XXXX dollars. I then sent a validation letter via certified mail to Advanced Collections. I then waited a few weeks and they sent something back. I expected something signed saying I owed money and instead they send me no Validation to owing on these these debts. During this time, said debt is on my credit report, damaging my credit report and influencing decisions on loans, credit cards, insurance, etc.

This is affecting the number of accounts I have in collections which is false information because there is nothing to collect on this. I have filed direct disputes with the company. This is illegal. They are reporting a debt as open that there is no way I can resolve as there is no amount of money owed.

An apartment complex is attempting to collect fees associated with the unit we ( my now wife and I ) shared for repairs which the apartment complex refused to fix during the time we lived there. My wife filed for bankruptcy in 2012 and the amount owed was discharged. The credit bureaus and the collection agency are refusing to remove the debt. Louisiana bankruptcy laws considered the debt community property and even though I did n't file, it is to be discharged for the full amount.
