A letter was sent from ADVANCED CALL CENTER TECHNOLOGIES LLC about a XXXX credit card by XXXX XXXX. This company, XXXX credit card XXXX XXXX changed the address without my authorization. The address on the letter is only a forwarding address to mail to. All correspondence should be sent in a brown envelope with any letter statement with the original address. Secondly contact was made with this comp any. I asked them to recall the debt to the 1st party. The rep stated they are XXXX XXXX and can not do that. This company is debt collect tor and not part of XXXX XXXX they are a th ird party. ForThe ( insert name ) changed my address without authorization from me the account holder. The company changed it because it was forwarded to a different address only for the purpose for " care of '' mail. The company never notified me for authorization nor was i given notice of the change until i received my mail from the care of address did i notice the company changed it automatically without consent. purposes of this complaint they are to Cease and desist all communication via phone and mail Restore the original address on the statements Recall send the debt back to the 1st party

I received a voicemail today ( XX/XX/17 ) from a number I did not recognize which was a recording stating that I was in default on a tax bill and a bill collector would be coming to my home. It told me to call their number immediately. I called back very upset because I dont owe taxes and have heard of this scam before so I demanded to be taken off their list. I was informed by the man who answered that it was intended to get me to call and that he was from Advanced Call Center. He laughed at me while he said this because I was so upset that my voice was raised. I was shocked at him laughing and at this deception so I hung up and immediately sought out a way to report the company. I am paying a small monthly amount on a credit card balance they are trying to collect. I have been in contact with them before and they know Im paying but they continue to call me multiple times every day. In this instance I believed that a tax debt would be due to a municipality or the federal government. Clearly they impersonated such a department in order to get a reaction and it is an obvious violation of the Fair Debt Collections Act.

I paid this debt down to XXXX $ and then they suddenly say I owe XXXX $ + dollars. I do not appreciate it and then just today I get a certified letter that says They will do legal actions on me by XX/XX/XXXX which is crazy for the debt I do not owe at all. I think they are trying to purposely due it because I owe nothing and did not until they started this. They purposely edited it and said I owed XXXX $ + They now expect me to call telemarketers numbers that I do not trust and talk about my personal information and they call like 10+ times a day. Which is very harassment fully. I did nothing to generate the amount at all. No one but them did it. I owed nothing at all on the card and such. They make you call things that are not even related to the debt and you talk to some company who does not state their name. Just some untrustworthy call center and the first notice they put they gave me a CELL PHONE number which means it is a fake debt because I know I owe nothing in 100 % honesty.

need to Reverse every single transfer that's happening.. I believe they been doin it for the last few years now charges feeds just to empty out a bank account. There stealing my money using using company and there fraud department verify my identity using a look a like or someone with my SSN. You are in Direct Violation of The Fair Credit Reporting Act ( Account Name & Number #. ) has violated several of my rights. 15 U.S.C1681section 502 A. Clearly states that I have the right to privacy. 15 U.S.C1681section 604 A. Section 2 : it also states a Comsumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my instructions. 15 U.S.C 16668B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open consumer credit plan as late for any purpose. Remove these late payment and update this account immediately as you are in direct violation or several laws under The Fair Credit Reporting Act.

I currently have a part time job and unable to pay for my debt that 's been sent to collections. Spoke about a payment plan I also can not commit based on my income. It 's frustrating to know how the government deferred my student loans based on my income but this company can not do the same. I addressed I do NOT wish to abandon my financial responsibilities, but with their repeated calls everyday ( 4 times average calls throughout the day ), they expect me to already have a new job when In fact I 'm still looking for a full time job.

I have a delinquent account. I have made previous arrangements to pay the balance. The first payment cleared in XXXX, 2017. I set up subsequent auto payments in the amount of XXXX for 5 months. I have the confirmations. They continue to call and continue to give me wrong information for transactions I did not authorize. They are calling to the point where I am being harassed. They have the payments set up, I do not understand why they continue to call or why they have the information wrong when they call me.

I received a bill in the mail a few days ago that was from a collection agency, but I never received the original bill, it was an outstanding amount ( $ XXXX ) so I could not jump to pay it ... within 2 days I have receive repeated called as early as XXXX XXXX up until XXXX XXXX from this debt collector. I than blocked them and they called me on a different number. I literally could not keep my phone on me while working because of them constantly calling.
