Subject : Request for Refund of Down payment for XXXX XXXX Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address a matter regarding the purchase of a XXXX from your car lot during the summer of 2022. I had financed the vehicle with your dealership and unfortunately encountered a significant issue that was promised to be resolved but was not adequately addressed. At the time of the purchase, I was assured that the air conditioning ( A/C ) system in the XXXX would be fixed before delivery. However, despite my numerous follow-ups and attempts to have the issue resolved, the A/C problem persisted, and I was left with a vehicle that did not meet the promised standards of functionality. As a result of the unresolved A/C issue, I had no choice but to return the vehicle due to stop payments. It is important to note that this action was taken as a last resort, as I genuinely intended to resolve the matter amicably. Regrettably, the lack of response and inability to fix the A/C issue left me with no alternative but to take this step. In light of the circumstances and the fact that services were never rendered as agreed upon, I kindly request the refund of my down payment made for the XXXX purchase. It is only fair that I am reimbursed for the amount paid, as the vehicle did not meet the promised condition and the issue was not resolved despite my efforts to communicate with your dealership. I must emphasize that I would prefer to handle this matter amicably and avoid any legal action, which would be the next step should my request for a refund be disregarded. I believe it is in both our interests to resolve this issue promptly and in good faith. Furthermore, I would appreciate it if all correspondence regarding this matter could be conducted through mail or online communication, as it allows for a clear and documented record of our discussions. I would like to mention that the negative impact on my credit report resulting from the return of the vehicle has already been rectified, as the service was not rendered due to the fault of Adonis Car Lot and not my own. I kindly request a response to this letter within15 days from the date of receipt. Please provide the necessary steps to proceed with the refund and any additional information or documentation you may require to expedite this process. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Under the guidelines of consumer law, when a manufacturer or dealer fails to repair a product within a reasonable amount of time, the consumer is entitled to either a full refund or a replacement vehicle. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer or dealer to provide satisfactory repair work and make things right for the consumer. In this particular instance, as a result of the amount of time that transpired and the failure to resolve the issue, I consider the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX to be a defective product. XX/XX/XXXX I purchased a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. 3 days later it shuts down on the highway leaving me stranding in the middle of the night. A few days later Adonis had the vehicle towed to a XXXX dealership and after about 2 weeks, Adonis decided the XXXX dealership would cost them too much money to replace a better and alternator and had the vehicle towed from XXXX Louisiana to XXXX Texas. From there it took an additional 6 weeks before the vehicle was in my possession and working properly. Upon receiving the vehicle, it was entirely cleaned out of all my personal belongings, and even my warranty and contract paperwork with Adonis is missing. XX/XX/XXXX the air suspension on the vehicle malfunctioned and Adonis had a wait time of 2 weeks to set an appointment for them to only diagnose the issue. XX/XX/XXXX I am in Mississippi and the vehicle completely shuts down and all electronics are malfunctioning. Adonis had the vehicle towed to the XXXX dealership in XXXX Mississippi for the to repair it because it would be too much to transport it to their service center in XXXX XXXX Texas. XX/XX/XXXX Adonis had the vehicle transported to their service center to complete their own diagnosis because the XXXX dealership in XXXX Mississippi stated the problem is a gps tracking the device installed on the vehicle by Adonis that has malfunctioned. Adonis has not tested that issue and has replaced a computer module in the vehicle and it did not resolve the issue. The service manager has stated if the vehicle is not able to be fixed by XX/XX/XXXX then I may be offered a mechanical trade out if the account managers approve. The vehicle is a XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX with XXXX miles. Their inventory has newer year model cars but nothing equal to the size and options available on the XXXX. The service manager also does not have information on how the mechanical trade out works so I am not aware if they will give me a random vehicle or let me choose.

I took a loan out on a car from Adonis Auto Group in XXXX, Texas XX/XX/XXXX and it has been a nightmare ever since. Within a week of me having the car, it had to be taken back to be serviced for the brakes and rotors. When I got it back, it was doing the same thing it was when I took it in. My car shook really bad when braking, it jumped really hard when pressing the gas to go from a stop. The vehicle was wrecked and they failed to tell me about it and when I told them about it, they said they don't pull any reports on the cars they sell. In XXXX, my payday changed to Thursday instead of Wednesday. I emailed them 4 times and called them to make sure they received it. They said they did and would update my account. They did not and proceeded to illegally report inaccurate credit items. On XX/XX/XXXX, the engine went out on the vehicle an hour away from home. I called Adonis and let them know. She said she would update my account and I would hear from the higher ups on Monday. I did not. I got a call on Wednesday, from Adonis, asking if I was surrendering the XXXX because I did not make the last payment. I let him know about the call on Friday and he said there was nothing in their system about me calling them Friday. I've spent XXXX of dollars trying to fix this piece of junk they sold me. I tried to get my money back last time I submitted a complaint against them and was instructed by the XXXX to let them fix it. Now I am out a vehicle, my credit has dropped because of them illegally reporting late payments and now I'm about to have a repo. They sold me an unreliable, previously wrecked vehicle to put my family in. I pulled a XXXX on it and when I brought it to their attention, they said they don't pull XXXX on any of their vehicles. The vehicle was totaled out by the insurance in Florida in XXXX. The way they do their customers is not right. The way they are supposed to do their job, is not done correctly. This whole process has been horrible from the very beginning.
