I received a loan from star of Texas in XXXX since then I been having financial issues and struggling to pay it back my phone was disconnected etc I received a email from Star of Texas today and this is what it said by XX/XX/2022 we will file fraud charges with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Because I havent made a payment also the card they have on file is invalid because I got a new one due to the other one being compromised and totally forgot to update it. I have been threatened and intimidated by star of Texas of charges of fraud because I have not made any loan payments which is totally crazy that they would go to stuff low depth to get a loan payment from me.
